i think it's definitely hardest at the beginning and tbh you'll probably start sounding like but once you get the handle on the basics things will get a lot easier. frankly, learning a new piece is always hard but after a while you just understand where the piece is going so you don't sound nearly as bad. in terms of easiest piece i would start with the suzuki books as a good guideline and then work your way up to concertos or solo pieces. also as a tip it's always a good idea to listen to the song first before you play it because it gives you an idea of how the song is supposed to sound. lmk if you have any other questions!
