Concept: The Maze Runner
for those of you who don't know what the Maze Runner is, I highly suggest you watch the movie or read the books but also i don't suggest you get invested in any of the characters. Spoiler alert, people die and not the people you want to die. It's an emotional roller coaster and many things will make you angry.
MOVING ON
Ive decided to make a dystopian scientific RP like the maze runner. It's basically I giant experiment. All members will be drugged, giving you amnesia, and then sent into a locked Petri dish that will serve as your new home. Each "Dish" will consist of everything you need; tools, food, and materials to assist with construction. Welcome to the Stone Age basically.
Since you've all been drugged, it'll be up to the town leader (whoever the group elects) to name the newbies until they can remember their own name.
there will be evens that open these large metal/rock walls that lead into the maze and of course, the maze is dangerous and will only be open for a limited amount of time. Within each maze is an item that may be useful to your town.
now you can decide as a group to escape the maze to meet what waits for you outside of it OR you can live peacefully within. And just for funsies, to incentives people to test their luck at escaping the maze, if too many decide to stay, we'll unleash the maze monsters on the town!
you will not know how many mazes exist nor will you know how many people exist in this world.
Now a select group will be the scientists conducting these experiments and administering the drugs. (If you'd like to be part of that group, HMU, let's talk) I encourage you all to come up with an interesting life background because we will be using it against you! Feel free to work with me if you'd like to be a "spy" or "ex-scientist". ;)
