This was just a sudden thought as soon as I woke up so all the plot holes haven't been worked out yet but feel free to ask questions for give some input. I'm cool if someone runs away with this idea since I don't have the time to make the rp myself and keep with it. I just want something to keep everyone on their toes and keep their plot smoving forward.

Location: Tropical Rain Forest for stage 1 - Tropical Island for stage 2 - City if you leave the Festival without eating the full fruit
Time: Modern day
Premise: The Legendary Mythical Music Festival has come and it's the 10th anniversary! For the special occasion, they extended the usuual 3 days to 7 days of all kinds of music set out in the worlds most couragous venue, The Tropical Rainforest. The reputation of the Festival is not only the experience, but also the strange return rate. After attending the festival, it seems many don't return home to their usual lives and after 10 years of investigation, those bodies have still not been found but the rumour is, they've stayed at the festival in the forest. There's s special fruit available for purchase that is guaranteed to enhance your entire experience at the festival however it's only available at the festival.
The Fruit: It closely resembles a mandarin however the fruit inside is all white and there are only 8 pieces. You can eat just one piece, share the fruit or, devour the entire thing yourself. Each option has its own side effects.
Option 1: Just a piece will grant you a sort of high feeling. Colors are brighter, sounds are more aherent, touch and taste are more intense. Just one Piece within a 12 hour window will grant you this much.
Option 2: Sharing the fruit will grant you and the person(s) you're sharing with each must take 2 to 4 pieces of the fruit, this will set your pair or group into it's own "bubbled" experience. You all now one and fused - not physically of course. Your now bonded to each other for the remainder of the festical and will not be able to part. This is a good way to keep up with your group but of course, you're enjoying the festival without the interferrance of others. Those opting for this option usually join as cautious groups of 4. At the end of the festival, your 'bubble' will be popped and you'll all be given an option, experience the festival again separately or go home. If you pick the first, you'll be given another fruit that leads to option 3, if you pick the second, you will have the memory of the fruit erased and you will be sent home.
Option 3: Welcome to the ultimate form of the festival - The Mythical Village. You've now taken a leap into a new world by eating the enitre fruit by yourself. You no longer know who you know nor who you are and the life you had before. You are now 'reborn' as a being of the Mythical Village, transported through a different dimension where the humanly incapable is no longer an issue. (Think of it like Avatar, the blue people but you stay in human form). You will be lead to the village leaders and creators and they will work with you to find your speciality - a characteristic of you that makes you unique. Once you have that, you will be sent out into the village to enjoy your time. However, Please keep in mind, the fruit is not controlled. The side effects of you taking the full thing will not always react the same. You must take the full fruit to be able to see and interact with the village however, when the time comes for the side effects to wear off, you will experience excruciating pain and will be given an option, take another fruit or leave the village. If you take the fruit again, your life as it was the first time may not be the same - it's a gamble. The fruit is not controlled. If you choose to leave, you will have your memory of the fruit and the village wiped and replaced with generic time at the festival and then sent off to a base in the middle of nowhere to fend for yourself.
The base: There are secrets hidden here. What you don't know is you're now part of a social experiment. You and the others here are now on an uncharted island somewhere on earth...that's it. Good luck, have fun!
