It's unfair when:
- It's one set of rules for us, and another set of rules of them
- We have to meet impossible deadlines and qoutas, but they don't
- Even though what we're doing/working on involves multiple people, we can and will get penalised for any and all delays
- Technology decides to stop working, and we get in trouble, even though it's not our fault
- You need a break, but you can't take one for fear of being replaced
- They take breaks, and don't have that fear
Tell me...
Does anyone else think this is unfair?
