Do you ever just let your mind wander? Like, really let it be free?
I'm not talking about meditation, or clearing your mind, or anything like that. There's nothing wrong with those. They just aren't what I mean right now.
I mean like...like the times when you can't sleep. You mind is active, probably focused on something that is keeping you from falling asleep, but you don't want to do that. Your mind is working against you there..if that makes sense..?
In moments like that, if you stop trying to force sleep, and just focus on your mind, you may find the issue. You may not.. It can be complicated..
But letting your mind wander is like that. Sometimes happy memories from long ago will resurface, and you will be filled with joy. Other times you could be filled with really negative emotions.
I might be Crazy.. But I try let my mind be free. Let it show me both sides, not turning away from either.
Does anyone else do that?
