if you're going to remove someone from a roleplay for a reason other than inactivity, why can't you at least attempt a conversation or discussion first? why's your first choice instant removal instead of being mature and an adult and talking first? if there's some kind of issue, communicate ????? maybe don't contradict your own rules and have a random toddler character when the rules explicitly state ALL faceclaims have to be 19+ as well. instantly removing someone without any attempt to communicate what they did or the reason why will never make sense to me.
