Wen clan leaders are known to be merciless and Ronghua is no exception. Under her rule, traditional Wen clan laws are actively enforced. Alphas rule, betas are tolerated and omegas exist to be used. In her eyes, your worth is decided by your gender, your core and the rank she has granted you. Occasionally a deserving omega and beta are granted a rank, but they have a much harder time proving themselves than the naturally superior alphas.
Ronghua hates weak things and people. She hates people who complain and talk about ludicrous things like 'equality' and 'fairness'. This is a wolf eat wolf world, and if you are too weak to fight for yourself... that's your problem. Ronghua will happily squash you, as she squashed her sisters and the former Wen leader.
Her mother had started the war years ago but she lost, and the Wen clan has no place for losers.
She keeps a close circle of friends consisting mostly of alphas and all people who have earned her respect and proven their worth. Occasionally she graces civilians with her presence, but they better give her the respect she deserves. She will not hesitate to hurt you. Ronghua is a tyrant and a dictator, but is that so bad in a dangerous, power-hungry clan such as hers? Strength rules all, and she is the strongest in the clan.
