[𝟏𝟐/𝟎𝟑/𝟐𝟐]  —  I fell short the last time I opened up commission requests and I apologize if you were one of the customers waiting to either hear back a quote for your request or I had to refund you on a commission I took on. 

I should be more available this time to complete requests but I will only accept a certain handful for my own sake. It will not be accepted on a first come first serve base. I am an individual coder running this shop on my own and I code according to my own inspiration and muse. Therefore, I will only take on commission requests that my interests align with, that being the type of layout you are asking from me. It is very likely that I will decline your commission request if I feel what you are asking is not my strong suit as a coder. If I reject a request, it is for your sake because I believe you should receive what you are paying for and I would hate my shortcomings to interfere with that.

Additionally, I will not accept requests if you are requiring me to finish by a hard deadline. I design, source the materials I need, and code all on my own so I can not adhere to hard deadlines. If you are an admin aiming to open a roleplay by a certain period, you can give me your desired timeline and I can do my best to work with your schedule but it is still not guaranteed I will finish by your desired opening date. Therefore, it is best to place a commission request weeks to months in advance. I can take anywhere from one week to a month to complete a request depending on my inspiration as well as the time you decide to place a request.

𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 — My strengths are roleplay layouts and profile layouts for AU roleplays. My layouts tend to be on the large end. They are more rigid and boxy. In terms of themes, I rely a lot on cohesive color palettes and graphics so as long as those are thoroughly communicated clearly to me, I can execute any theme/genre.

𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒 — NON-AU/General roleplay layouts. Small & cute layouts are not my strong suit. I also despise clustered layouts so I will very likely not take requests for smaller-sized layouts that require me to squeeze in various contents of information. I do not specialize in “quirky” layouts, for a lack of a better term. I like to keep things clean cut, simple, and straight to the point for public use. If you are wanting a very specific layout with very exclusive features, I am not your coder. However, if you request an exclusive layout, I tend to be more willing with these requests because those layouts won’t be for public use.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 —  If I do accept your request, I will expect you to abide by all my guidelines listed below and communicate with me throughout the entire process of completing your request. I prefer Discord to communicate but if you do not want to give me your Discord, I can accommodate and rely on PMs on this platform, although that will result in slower responses.

If I ask you a question regarding your request and I do not hear back from you after 15 days, I will discontinue your request and will not refund you the initial payment for wasting my time. In the same manner, if I fail to complete my part, I will refund you fully, including the initial payment I took.

I only take Paypal (friends & family). My prices are not negotiable. I price fairly for my skill set and time needed to complete requests. I will not entertain any bargaining or lowballing. I ask for half the payment once we finish discussing what you envision and the rest of the payment once I finish the code(s). I ask for half the payment first to ensure you are a serious customer who will not disappear on me. If I am unable to finish your request for any reason, I will provide a full refund, which is also why I ask you do not pay me fully until I am finished. For the same reason, I am entitled to keep half of your initial payment if you either fail to keep up with the communication throughout our progress or you suddenly change your mind and ask to drop the commission request. This is to compensate for the time and effort wasted on my end.

» Regular main page layout for a roleplay (meaning everyone who has access to my platforms can utilize it): $60 
» Exclusive main page layout for a roleplay (meaning only you can use it & no one else will be given the access code by me): $90 
» Additional page layouts for regular requests: $10 per page; ex masterlist page, locations page, items page, directory listing page, couples page, informational page, etc (anyone will have access to these codes)
» Additional page layouts for exclusive requests: $20 per page; ex masterlist page, locations page, items page, directory listing page, couples page, informational page, etc (only you can use it & no one else will be given the access code by me)
» Examples: Reformation, Resonance
» Example of an exclusive layout: Insidious

Profile Layouts:

» Regular profile layout (meaning everyone who has access to my platforms can use it): $40
» Exclusive profile layout (meaning only you can use it & no one else will be given the access code by me): $70
» Examples: Lowkey, Poetic Beauty

Other Layouts:

» Regular special request layout: Price to be decided after discussion. Your request will fall into this category if you are questing a very specific type of layout that do not define as a roleplay or profile layout. For example, a badge layout, social media feature layout, music playlist layout, an event-specific layout, a layout your muse would like to gift to their partner, couples’ anniversary layout, etc would fall into this category. Price will range depending on the difficulty of your request. (These layouts will be made public for usage unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to keep it exclusive to your use. I can not give you a quote until I fully understand what you want.)
» Examples: Precious, I Like Me Better

!! Requests that require me to incorporate graphics & editing into any of the layouts: $10-40 depending on the skill set and materials it will require from me, meaning if it’s free fonts/PSD colorings/textures that I can access on the internet, the price will be lower (~$10) and if what you are requesting isn’t difficult for me to edit, it will be lower (~$20). Higher/more difficult requests = higher additional charges (~$30-$40). This price will be added and totaled up at the end; I can not predict it from the beginning because I myself won’t know what the layout will entail until I finish it. Only agree to commission me if you understand this. THIS APPLIES TO ALL LAYOUTS !!

Revisions:

» I offer revisions for free, as I am a firm believer you should receive what you asked for without being charged additional fees. However, to prevent people from taking advantage of this, I will limit it to 2 revisions. If you have been thoroughly communicating with me throughout the process as I’ve asked you to, two revisions are more than enough. This offer applies to both regular and exclusive requests.
