it's a good idea in theory but there's always going to be a little bit of alienation when you make things a dice roll. sometimes ppl go into an rp wanting their character a specific way and then the dice decides to them over and now they have to try and start all over, or they lose muse instantly because of it. it's an interesting idea but i would just take into consideration that if you're making people dice roll for important things (like what fantasy species they are, if they're a slave or free, etc.), you'll have a much smaller pool of interested people.
I think it would work if the aspects were vague
so like
if you roll for an occupation
it could be smth like caretaker
that could be anything from seniors to animals and allows rpers to keep their creativity while still having things chosen for them
