this blog is just me voicing my thoughts. but yeah, sometimes i wish i had someone to share ideas with and bounce them off of and actually do with me, you know? not related to rpr, but other platforms and other activities and stuff. i want friends i can talk to about creative ventures i want to undertake and friends i can have help me with them, but i don't know where to really look for them ig. like i wanna start seriously working on i've been planning for years like my webcomics and also rps that i want to try on other platforms, but i think i keep getting stuck on things because it's just me and my brain doing everything. idk if i'm making sense. i just want someone to think with and talk to about things ig. feel like i need that for both motivation and progression purposes. ik in the end, i'm gonna do on my own and formulate how to make things work for me in both situations (like for webcomics and other platform rps) but i don't know... brain hurty every day and i wanna spazz over some thoughts i get and things we might come up with too. where do y'all go when you feel like this? do you guys have some place where you share ideas and talk to people about them? do you just go to your friends and share ideas? what do you guys do in situations like this?

i haven't touched fanfic or writing solo for a long while. and any thread idea I've, it's usually my fav ship or muse and I just spam few people I with my thoughts. ngl, it's easier to get a clear understanding of my own characters and goals when I try to explain it to someone or they ask questions about it.

i agree with what everybody else has said before! of course there's nothing wrong with trying to befriend more people that are fandom/interest specific, but it can also be about you having people in your current circle that you know will be willing to listen or chat about ideas you have/help flesh them out. sometimes friends come to me to help with an idea or thought that i might not know much about or be the MOST interested in, but regardless i try to give as much input as i'm asked! and 99.9% of the time when they start explaining whatever it is to me, i kinda go "?! wow, this is really interesting, actually. how does this work? what about if you add this + this? would it make sense to add this?"

i know it's not easy because you don't want to be a bother, but for sure there ARE friends like me that are more than willing to help any way they can. not only that, but your ideas are pretty ing amazing. can't imagine NOT wanting to hear about them, even if i might not be the most experienced in said topics/interests. :)

i honestly just go to my friends and share my ideas! but most of the time we don't necessarily bounce ideas off each other. usually i just spew some random bull and they're like wow sounds fun! lmaoo

+ sometimes I don’t ask, I’m just like “oi I have a thought let me talk to u about it” and they have to listen lmfao. I also message people who have a similar creative through process to me if my usual victims aren’t available haha

fortunately i have my irl partner and a few friends who i share fandoms w if we wanna talk abt fics or ships or just theory/discussion with. tbh the best places are probably just sharing thoughts in fandom spaces like meta-commentary or fic ideas if you’re doing that and then if you get a strong enough friend relationship(s) then maybe you can talk about original story ideas. that’s just what i think. i’m always open to chatting but i do take v long breaks when it comes to talking since it overwhelms me but ive always loved chatting w you so i never mind it ♡

i tend to post my ideas on my account wall or in g-docs (to at least get them out of my head) because even though i DO want people/friends to scream ideas at/with it's hard for me to take that first step ? since i worry i'll be, like, annoying or something (even though that's probably not the reality, but the irrational parts of my brain are v strong dhskhshs). and when it comes to things like fics/fic writing, i have whole threads on my twt account that i'll just post an idea and if a mutual response we'll usually yell back and forth about it until the thread dies or gets lost LMAO anyway ! i'll always be here (or on other platforms like discord, tumblr, twt, etc.) if you ever want to bounce ideas/just talk in general !!

no because i'm literally in the same predicament because I'm always full of random ideas but no one to really bounce ideas off of to actually figure things out and bring them to fruition and get it done ;;
