Midnight Game Revived!
Unwanted people of a civilization are chosen to forgo the Midnight Game. These chosen people range from many things such as thrillseekers to the "cursed" ones. When the time comes, these chosen ones are to be “sacrificed” and given to the Dark Mansion in the farthest, darkest part of the world. A Black forest that waits for the chance to consume their soul if they fail the game. But this story starts with what happens in the mansion. Just know, never linger in the dark for too long, it may be your last.
The Mansion is a dark and mysterious place inhabited by nothing but horrible monsters, or so people think. The Mansion is actually run by the headmistress and her two sons. Although they are in fact human, those who have been sacrificed to the mansion would argue. The headmistress is veiled and rarely seen, but her two sons appear quite often, to toy and mess with the chosen ones.
It's been said though that if you appeal to them they might help you survive, at least for a night or two. But really, their only here to watch the chosen ones suffer.
