Like with anyother rant, I'm not going to mention anyone specifically because I also think that's against the rules too? So either way I'm not going to mention anyone but just behavior and general things that had made me write this rant in the first place.
One Word Replies. It seems to always be this, they just write one word replies and it's like, if I wanted that I'd just start texting one of my friends, when you might say 'oh let's meet up at maccas and then watch a movie.' and then they reply 'Kay' because nothing else really needs to be said, but roleplay's and texts are too different things, in roleplays they might not have much to say, like the text example but you have expression too and movements, it doesn't have to be realistic or you'd be stuck with roleplaying like this
[blink,blink, breaths in ] yeah okay, [blinks, breaths out ] sounds fun [ more breathing in and out, more blinking, smiles ]
Yeah, I don't think I'd be able to do that. Realisim isn't the problem though and I've gone off topic slightly, but what I mean to say is that there are plenty of things to write about, with expression and movements too, not just speaking. No one likes one word replies, not even if your doing second pov. I'm patient at the start, but after I keep roleplaying with them, I just end up giving them one replies back, so I can show them how annoying it is. But it ends up annoying me too? A little ironic.
