Here at House of Cards, you can be whatever you want. Human, vampire, angel, demon, hybrid, shapeshifter, vampire hunter, ghost, werewolf, whatever. All are welcome. House of Cards is a place for everyone to meet, a seperated area from the normal flow of 'people', so a count of everyone is needed; which is why notification is mandatory. This town is not blocked from the outside, it is just a little ways off so that the creatures that live here feel more safe. However, the occasional outsider slips in and they mean harm so be careful, always watch your back. Of course humans are allowed to live here, it's just that most choose not too because they fear the others already here.
