what's our name? what au are we?
we're the perseus and we're a penthouse au which is very plot based - the rp surrounds the premise of a murder. in this au, 3 weeks ooc is equivalent to 1 week in the ic world.
will we know who the murderers are?
no, you'll only find out who the murderers are at the end of the rp.

what povs are allowed?
3rd pov is preferred.
who do you accept as fcs?
both asian and international fcs are allowed. the only fcs on our banned list are - celebrities who are deceased, celebrities who do not want to be rped, celebrities who are married as well as celebrities who are problematic. if you're not sure about an fc, feel free to contact the admins.

the history of the perseus.
The Perseus was developed in 2015 as a joint project by Goryeo Land Corp. and Daesan Corp. It was designed to encompass comfort and luxury for its residents. The 100 floor building boasts 185 units of opulence, with each unit spanning 3000 square feet, complete with a 24/7 concierge service, in residence dining and housekeeping services. The crowning glory of The Perseus is the penthouse. At 10,000 square feet, the only thing that resembles an apartment of this mansion-like penthouse, is its unblocked view of Seoul's skyline.
The Perseus was completed in 2018 and since then, the owner of the penthouse has been Go Minhyuk, CEO of Daesan Corp. and his daughter, Go Jihyun. Most of the VIP residents were invited to bid for an apartment even before its completion. Many of these residents are alumni of the prestigious ChungA High School, a privately owned high school that has gained the reputation of being the co-ed 'Eton College' of the East for producing outstanding members of Korean society. Residing at the Perseus only makes applying for entry to ChungA High all the more convenient as the school thoroughly screens their applicants before acceptance.
The Perseus has attracted the rich and influential from all over the world, providing them a safe and comfortable home to settle in within Seoul, the heart of one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Interested buyers have to receive a certificate of recommendation from a resident before they may live here.

all ameneties in the building are strictly for residents only with the exception of the high end boutiques on the second and third floors. residents can shop from the comfort of their own homes while our sales personnel delivers the latest collection of high end fashion to your home for your consideration. non residents may use a designated guest lift. vip residents who live on the 92nd floor and up have access to a complimentary bar on the 91st floor.

players are not allowed to have characters who live within the same household. you may play family members and friends but only if they live in separate apartments.
race-bending and gender-bending without reason is prohibited. ic drama is encouraged but we draw a line at , and relationships between minors (under 18) and adults as well.
