@⁂ Xiumin Lay jumped out of his skin as soft breath past his air, rocketing to standing, the book still in his hands. Blinking rapidly, he saw his teacher and grinned back at him, saluting back. His brain whirred out of fantasy, crashing into the real world at break-neck speed.
"Ay ay captain." he laughed, putting the book away hurriedly as his heart pounding excitedly as he knew the french lesson might be coming. It was a strange sight, to see a child's excited grin on a majestic royal, but perhaps and hopefully and endearing one. Following the man to the rooftop, he concentrated. /Really/ concentrated. On every word that was about to fall from his teacher's mouth. He didn't want to miss a thing as he looked down at his adorable dumpling.
@♚ Yixing Xiumin pushed open the heavy doors of the library, waddling in as his satchel was making him squeeze through the small space he'd created. Once inside, he squinted and sighed, looking at the huge library and for a moment, thinking he'd never be able to find the bookworm no doubt engulfing book after book. Until he remembered what the student had last read. Snapping his fingers, quietly, the brunette bowed to the librarian before making a quick beeline to the fairytales section, popping his head around some of the corners before zoning in on Yixing who was engrossed in a book, on a beanbag. The man looked funny to the teacher who bit back a laugh, the royal's legs far too long for the item he was seated on, the book in his hands not something someone would expect him to read.
"Bookworm, let's go" The older whispered in his students ear, walking in front of him and smiling over his shoulder at him, saluting with two fingers and signalling for the other to get a move on, to follow him to the rooftop where he'd begin their French lessons.
The man smiled and settled down with Hans Christian Anderson's Fairytales and a coffee from the library cafe. The beanbags were meant for the younger students, but as they were right /next/ to the fairytales, the student had no qualms about settling into them. They were comfortable after all. He chuckled to himself as he thought about the teacher finding the brownie, half wishing he could have seen those chubby cheeks munching down on it, but knew that would ruin that surprise.
Ah well... He opened the book and started on The Snow Queen - Starting with Hans and Ida, the young children that were the protagonists, quickly engrossed.
@⁂ Leo Eun wished she could be the smartest kid in math but at the moment she was the dumbest. Everything was so complicated & you could have gotten 2000 answer & they would all be oh so very wrong. She kept looking up at the ceiling, already seeing the scene that was going to happen in a couple of hours when she told her parents she in math. However, she quickly snapped out of it when she heard someone speaking to her. Eun quickly sat up on the chair & fixed herself the way a government official was suppose to look; elegant & relaxed. Eun laughed lightly & looked at the male who spoke to her, then looked back at the problem. She didn't want to sound stupid to him so she simply said "Psh N-No, i'm fine. This problem is the easiest in the book, i can figure this out in no time" Eun grabbed her pencil & stared down at the problem, not knowing what to do with it. So she just started to rewrite the problem in her notebook to look like she knew what she was doing when in all honesty she was completely clueless about the whole thing.
Jae Ah hastily went to the library, but stopped when she saw the librarian. "Must remain calm and silent, or else the librarian might scold you, or if you're absolutely lucky today, kick you out." she told herself silently, sighed, and went to the selves to find the book she needed, and kept mumbling "Earth Sci." again and again. "Earth Sci, Earth Sci, Earth Sci, gosh this is harder than splitting an atom..." she mumbled to herself.
@♞ Su Eun He watched her stomping her feet cutely as she leaned back and pushed the book further from her. *That's it.* he thought. Over the past weeks he had seen her trying hard but always ending up frustrated that's why now he slowly made his way over to her table.
"Excuse me, do you need help with that?", Leo asked pointing at the displayed problem.
@⁂ Leo Su Eun sat in her seat frustrated, she had always been bad in math. Her parents always told her that she needed to be good in all subjects but no matter how many times she tried to study the subject of math, but it was like a foreign language in her eyes. Eun sighed again & moved her hair from her face, tapping her pencil on the table as she looked down at the problem the book had given her. "How am i suppose to find X with that?" she groaned under her breath & frowned. She didn't know what to do or how to pass a rather difficult math class her parents had assigned her. Eun stared at down at the problem some more then let out a small groan before leaning against the chair & throwing her head back. She looked up at the ceiling & stared up at the fancy glass lights that hung from a single wire. "How am i suppose to figure this out?~" she whined a little & slightly stomped her feet.
As Leo returned to the library he saw once again this particular student sitting quietly in the corner howering over -judging by the folorn look on the students' face- a math book. A light smile grazed his features.
He sat down at his table trying to focus on his previous task. But somehow he couldn't stop thinking about the girl. He saved his progress and just looked at her and studied her motions.
As the distraught student passed by his table Leo lifted his head. *Should i console him alone?* shoot through his head but he dismissed the thought although he wasn't pleased with that.
Disgruntled he placed a sign on his table "I'm taking a short break. If lending books, leave a note stating your name, your class and the title. Thank you." With a last look at his desktop and reshuffling a few paper to tidy his desk he finally headed to the Café to ease his mind with a slice of cake.
@♝ Chanyeol Jae Ah slighly jumped, and bowed at the boy.
When she bowed, she just realized what she did and face-palmed herself.
"I think it just automatically happens. Bowing, I mean." she said, and chuckled.
@♟ Baek JaeAh He tapped the girl's shoulder and smiles. "Is bowing to others become part of your life or you do that as a hobby?" He sat next to her, tossing his I-phone and looked outside of the window as enjoying the view of Jeguk High School. "If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun. Just be yourself anyway."
Jae Ah just stood still the entire time, not knowing what to do. Whenever she'll open to speak, she always gets interupted, but for her it's okay; she's only a commoner, after all.
When the librarian left, she gave a 90-degree bow, and faced the weeping boy earlier, who was now leaving the library. "Umm... Sure. Whatever makes you happy." she uttered, and sat at one of the vacant chairs near her, but immediately stood up when she felt the heir's piercing stare and sat at a farther one.
Jungkook didn't like anything about this school anymore, all he really wanted was to get out of there. The bad dorms, no piece to study without getting bullied by the students that weren't as low class as he was. And he couldn't help but keep quiet about everything even when the teacher came to ask about what was happening. He wiped his tears and looked at the girl once more before bowing with a slight smile to her. " T-thank you... I think I should get going now... " He said and nodded before rubbing his eyes and walking away being glared by some students on the way out. He looked at the teacher o e more time before he keft from the library completely.
@♝ Kyungsoo "Is that so?", looking straight into the girls eyes and not really bothering to acknowledge the student who just answered. "Well if there's anything I can do let me know. Just keep it quiet and don't disturb the others. This is a place to study and enjoy books in peace."
And with that he turned around but not without throwing a suspicious look at the former crying student. Although he didn't like leaving the scene like that were wasn't really something Leo could do so he retreated to his table.
@⁂ Leo Kyungsoo rolled his eyes and looked at the teacher "Don't worry. Everything I'd sorted out. You can go back to your Job." he said and bowed his head slightly at the teacher before sitting back down.
Leo took a step back as the female student bumped into him. Raising an eyebrow he repeated his question while looking back and forth between the three students.
"I'll ask yet again, what is going on here?" Frowning he looked down upon the scared girl
"No worries. It's no problem you bumped into me. Such things happen...But tell me, where you the cause of the noises around here? You do know the rules of a library, right?"
He crossed his arms and continued staring at the two students in front of him.
Jae Ah was flabbergast when she saw a guy, heir to be exact, and told them "and you two. Get up from the floor you look like beggars." rather harshly. She immediately stood up, and helped the guy she just met moments ago get up, too. Jae Ah faced the heir, head down, and uttered "We are terribly sorry if interrupted you...", and brisked-walked out the library, when suddenly she bumped into someone. She looked up, and uttered a "Oh, shoot. This is how I die.." when she knew that the one she bumped into was a teacher.
While looking through the database and trying to figure out which students neede to return books because they expired the length of the lending allowed Leo was startled by some sobbing in the normally quiet place.
Though at first he ignored it after a while it began to bother him so he started to go through the aisles to find the creator of the noise. His grumpy aura was radiating around him. He entered an aisle in which he saw some students talking among themselves. One of them had tear streaks on his cheeks. "What's going on here?", he inquired to know. Slightly concerned, although it seemed didn't seem like that combined with his piercing glare.
Kyungsoo groaned hearing everyone chattering around him "if all you idiots dont drop it you will really want to kill yourselves.." he growled glaring at everyone in front of him "and you two. Get up from the floor you look like beggars. Pathetic" he muttered at the two scholars.
@♟ Jungkook " How could I be okay when they are telling me
to go and die or they will kill me themself...?" Jae Ah immediately paniced. She didn't wanted to make him feel bad. 'Aish, Jae Ah, start thinking would you?! I thought you got in here because of your brains?!' she tought.
" Is it really that bad for a crown prince to be touched? "
She was shocked. And it shows. Jae Ah's eyes went big and her jaw dropped. "Really? That's the reason why they want to "kill" you?!" she whispered, so only the two of them can hear.
"Well, its the crown prince, and we're just commoners and such, but really? KILL?!" still whispering, but kind of emphasized the word 'kill' too much.
She let out a sigh. "Equality, really. And justice. i can't seem to find it. Haist, if we where only like them..."
@♟ Baek JaeAh Jungkook looked at the other and smiled slightly while wiping his tears and shook his head. " How could I be okay when they are telling me to go and die or they will kill me themself...? All because Jeonha -mama touched me in the cafeteria... " He said and looked down at his hands. " Is it really that bad for a crown prince to be touched? "
Jae Ah woke up, realizing that while she was reading her notes she was dozing off. 'What's with all the commotion..' she drowsily said, and found a boy crying. She instantly lit up, swearing that the boy was a scholar like she is, and immediately went to him.
"Hey, are you okay?" She said, and instantly added "Oh, well, its obvious that you're not, but..." and mentally face-palmed herself.
@♟ Jungkook Kyungsoo hummed looking up at the other Boy. He hadn't even done anything that bad and the boy was already crying over what people said. It was sad really. He looked back at his book and yawned quietly continuing to read it quietly.
@♝ Kyungsoo Jungkook silently tried to walk away as the other students kept pushing and the last one so hard he fell down to the floor. He couldn't help but let a tear fall down his cheek as he then stood up and took his bag running out of the library getting yelled at by the students. ' Don't come back! ' ' Exactly, you better just go and die or we will do it for you! ' Jungkook wanted out of this school, he had promised to the prince he wouldn't cry again but how could he not when they are telling him they will kill him?
Jiho Curled up in a seat reading Wurthering Heights unconsciously mouthing the words as he read, unaware of someone walking towards him as he reads the book.
@♟ Jungkook Kyungsoo looked as the other boy walked away "buh-bye" he mutter placing his bag on the table and sitting down on the empty chair. He opened his math book and began studying quietly
