@α Woo Jiho Looking at the other in confusion he bit his lip. Play? Won't ? Touch? What exactly was the other planning. But if he were to leave....would it be worth it? Mulling it over in his mind a bit he nodded slowly. "P-play how?" He asked, not caring if he had just stuttered or not because in a time like this it seemed acceptable to him. But he still was hesitant to show any weakness in front of the other, trying to keep himself on his toes.
@α Woo Jiho Biting his lip he kept his eyes down, finally just closing them as he felt the others gaze on him. Why did it have to be so close to mating season? And why was Bambam positive that his heat would be here in a week or two? All this just made him that much more vundurable yet he couldn't bring himself to call for help as the other sniffed his neck. Opening his eyes slowly at the tickling he looked at the other in the eye, still partially scared. "And you shouldn't take advantage of me then.." He said, eyes turning to look away. Now he wished he wasn't the fastest, that he could just be at home and have let some beta/alpha take care of this.
@α Woo Jiho After morphing the first thing he did was cover himself the best he could, hoping his cheeks wouldn't betray him now. Bambam also kept his gaze on the ground refusing to let himself look at the other, knowing that his omega instincts would probably turn on. "Shut up in not that young I'm sixteen." He said, immediately scolding himself in his head for letting that piece of information slip. Growling slightly at the word 'twerp' he mistakenly looked up to glare at him, blushing instantly and looking back down. Sighing he replied while trying to keep his voice as steady as possible. "I'm the fastest in the pack so they figured I would get here sooner than everyone else and stop you from coming too far in.."
@α Woo Jiho Thinking about it he tried not to flinch when the other moved closer, gaze casted downwards. Bambam was a bit nervous because he hadn't brought his clothes with him and it looked like the other didn't either, being in front of a alpha who could potentially take advantage of him? And on his own land? It would be pathetic. But the other was already morphing and if he said no then the other would know he was afraid. Sighing mentally he responded with //Fine..but if you touch me I'm screaming.//
@α Woo Jiho Stiffening at the others tail he growled lowly at the other, not liking where this was going at all. Once the other sniffed him he froze, realizing exactly what he was talking about. Pulling away from the other he backed up a couple steps, not liking being so close to the elder. //No I'm not.// He said sternly before continuing. //Bambam..my name is Bambam.// He said, his voice slowly losing its edge. //And don't touch me.// He said, still feeling the others tail lingering on his coat.
@α Woo Jiho Even how frightening the other looked to Bambam he held his ground, knowing that if he needed help he could simply howl and his pack members would be here in seconds. //Watch your mouth while you're on our lands! How dare you disrespect my alpha and I don't take orders from a sorry excuse of an alpha like you.// He hissed back, knowing he was pushing boundaries. Pawing at the ground he leaned down, ready to pounce if he had to. Bambam showed none of the fear he was feeling, knowing he had to be brave and stand up to the alpha in front of him.
@α Woo Jiho Sighing mentally he ran after the other, getting ahead of him and cutting him off. //I can't i'm under my alphas' orders and you need to leave. Now.// His ears were flat against his head and he barked at the other, trying to show him that he meant business and wasn't someone to be messed with. Yet his smallness made it a bit too obvious he was still barely a pup, and no one would find him intimidating anytime soon. But he still tried, growling loudly at the other.
@α Woo Jiho Bambam hated having to do things like this but as the fastest person in the pack he had been ordered to. Originally he hoped it would be a another omega, those were easy to warn off. But of course with his luck it was an alpha. This was bound to not go well. Growling at the other he looked at him, his yellow eyes shining. By his stance it was a clear 'you can't be here'.
@β Lee Jieun He nodded slowly, taking in her words. "Yeah they seem to be in a really bad mood..." he agreed, "I'm from the South pack by the way."
Taemin nodded again acknowledging the beta's words. Of course he wouldn't touch anything when the stuff wasn't his. "Yeah don't worry, I won't. I'm Lee Taemin, it's nice to meet you," he offered with a small smile.
@β Lee Jieun Taemin sat up and cocked his head towards the door when he heard the sound of approaching footsteps. He bit his lip and shifted into a defensive stance just in case, wincing in pain as he did so.
When he saw the female enter the room with a tray of food, he visibly relaxed. He didn't sense any bad intentions coming from the other.
Taemin nodded dumbly, shifting back to his original position so he could rest his aching back. "Ah yeah you're right..." he trailed off quietly, shivering again at the memory of what took place before. Even now, he still didn't understand why he was attacked. "Ah yes I'll know better next time sorry...I was just lost in the area and I didn't know how to get back home but some alpha just suddenly attacked me out of no where for no reason..."
The omega nodded again and meekly reached for the tray of food. He took the bowl of porridge and slowly started spooning some into his mouth, smiling a bit at the good taste. "Okay I will...on and um," he scratches his head and smiles shyly, "thank you for saving me.."
@ω Han Young Since he wasn't sure where the male came from, he definitely wasn't sure now. In fact, Yifan was even more confused as to why the male would've shown up in his territory all bloodied and nearly passed out. It was a mystery that he feared solving in case something were to put his own pack in danger.
"I helped you because you're on my land and I'd rather you leave it alive." Yifan said, crossing his arms over his chest. He made himself comfortable on something to sit on, deciding that if they were going to have a chat, he would have to be somewhere sitting down just in case. He was intrigued by the male and wanted to know more, but he was suspicious as to how much more he could learn and be safe. "Just tell me how you got here and I think we'll be fine. Call it a temporary truce of some sort."
@β Lee Jieun Taemin furrows his brow and groans as he slowly regains consciousness. He tries to sit up, hissing in pain and dropping back onto the bed. Sniffing at the unfamiliar scent, he slowly surveys the room to figure out where he was. None of it is recognizable so he must have been taken in by someone, he figures.
He doesn't remember much that has happened to him, only fragments of memories. Taemin only recalls that he was lost and then some alpha attacked him and afterwards, he tried to crawl to safety. However, he doesn't know how he actually got here since he passed out in the forest. He just sighs and closes his eyes again, trying to will the stinging pain coming from his back.
His mind, however, doesn't seem keen on letting him get the rest that he wants. The scenario of being attacked keeps playing in his head, over and over. Taemin starts trembling unconsciously as these memories are replaying in his head. He has been jumped in the past but it was never this severe. Alphas sure were a scary bunch that he never wanted to cross paths with again.
Taemin rolls over onto his side and scans the room again. He can't hear anyone nearby though so he relaxes slightly. "Where am I..." he mumbles softly into the air.
@β Lee Jieun Taemin limped towards the exit of the forest in his wolf form, injuries slowing him down quite a bit. He was almost to the exit which would lead him to the outskirts of civilization but his legs gave way and he collapsed before he could reach it. Whimpering pathetically in pain, he shifted onto his less damaged side and lay there, cursing his own misfortune. Why did all the bad things have to happen to him? He only happened to be lost in the wrong territory but some vicious alpha had to spot him and attack him. He hadn't even done anything wrong, just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe the alpha was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on him.
Sighing, Taemin closed his eyes and and tried to ignore the pain all over his body. The alpha had really done a number on him. Slowly, he reverted back to his human form and tried to staunch some of the bleeding, most coming from the deep gash on his back. He sighed again, mentally berating himself for his own powerlessness. Taemin doesn't know how long he's been lying on the ground but he can feel his consciousness slowly slipping away. Perhaps he had lost too much blood and it was finally time for him to die? He didn't know but he didn't really care either, knowing no one would miss him anyway.
@ω Han Young When pacing got tiring, Yifan resorted to sitting down with his feet propped up onto another bed. He had been reading the same magazine for some time before he gave up on that too and began to amuse himself by rolling the magazine up and smacking it against various parts of his thigh to elicit different kinds of sounds as quietly as possible. He almost gave a giant sigh of relief that the other finally woke up.
"You're in the north territory." He answered, tossing the magazine onto the bed where his feet were. Standing, Yifan stretched out his arms, stifling a yawn. He should've had someone else take watch but didn't think of it before. "I found you on our land and took you here. You'll be safe with us as long as you don't do anything stupid."
@ω Han Young By the time he got back to their grounds, the wounds were closed enough to where they weren't bleeding so badly. But the smell. The smell was absolutely horrible. Yifan had to call over a few others in order to prepare a bath in their small medical center. Then, he sent them away once they had done all that they could. He even wasn't particularly sure what to do but if he had found the male, it only seemed right to stay with him until things were sorted out.
Once the blood was cleaned up, the air felt better. Yifan could see what made the wounds but he didn't want to see who caused them in person. He was mainly surprised that he crossed over onto his territory and nobody had noticed. The smell of blood to Yifan is so distinct that even a human can smell it. Repulsed over lingering over the thought for so long, Yifan got up and began to pace around the bed where they had put the passed out male. Hopefully with medicine, he would wake up soon.
@ω Han Young Yifan was doing his rounds around the perimeter when he picked up on an unfamiliar scent. Instinct stupidly told him to go toward it. If someone was wounded on his territory, he didn't want to be responsible for it at the end the of the day. His property - his territory - means his responsibility in his own mind. Running a bit faster than before, he kept his eyes wide open for the source of the scent. When he located it, he found not a hunter like he had been expecting, but a wolf on his land instead. Sniffing the air, he sensed some other wolves in the area but once they caught Yifan's scent, their presence seemed to fade a little bit.
As if to make sure it isn't a trick, Yifan came forward cautiously. The male was passed out and he seemed to be bleeding. Cringing, Yifan made a face and crinkled his nose. The smell was unappealing up close. Making an instant decision, Yifan put an arm against the male's back and the other underneath his knees and lifted him up. It would be a longer run back with someone in his arms but it was better than letting him lay there injured.
@α Kim Joonmyun In short, Yifan doesn't always like to share. But he understands the times that they're in now and accepts that what is his might have to be shared. The land he has marked as his territory was supposed to be just his when the pack had split up but there are times when original plans have to be modified for survival. Yifan is finding that this is one of those times.
Testing out the land that they're standing on, Yifan kicks at the dirt, hoping that if something is nearby, the wind will pick the sand up and trigger something helpful. It doesn't. He grimaces when he realizes that there's nothing else they can really do except risk going for it. "Maybe it would be better to circle around the area. If we look at the whole perimeter, we should be able to decide if it's really safe or not. I don't feel like risking anything right now but we can't just keep walking. We won't get anywhere if we just keep wandering."
Stretching his arms above his head, Yifan closed his eyes while tipping his head back, trying to get the cricks out of his body. In the north, Yifan found it easiest to just roam around in full wolf form but that was a risky way of going about things. Too easy to be recognized and caught. Frustrated with their lack of progress, Yifan walks on by himself a few paces, eyes scanning the land in front of him as he tries to pick up the various scents and sounds around them when he hears something. "Yeah," he agreed, "I hear it and I don't like it. If we have to, we just need to run. I hope we don't though."
Yifan officially hated living in the mountains. With too many wide open spaces and echoing sounds, it was driving Yifan insane. The rustling and pounding heartbeat was starting to bother Yifan. He wanted to know the source of it, but didn't want to move forward in fear of finding something out that he wasn't meant to find out. "We can run faster as wolves than humans. I wouldn't recommend running up a mountain in just tennis shoes."
@α Kim Joonmyun Yifan, for the most part, hates being in the north. The open space and vantage points for hunting his kind made Yifan regret even fleeing to the area. The idea had been, flee north to cross the border in hopes that he could sneak past into North Korea - even if it was only for a little while. But that never happened. Instead, the mountains became the heart of his territory.
On the positive side, Yifan was quick to learn the terrain. The mounts in Korea turned out to be strikingly similar to those in Canada. Small talk between the other alpha was very minimal, restricted to debating on which parts of the mountain were good enough to hunt on and which ones were not. Most of the places that were good to hunt on were mostly depleted of resources. Areas that were already depleted had the scent on hunters lingering around, putting Yifan on guard.
As they walked, Yifan kept his distance, nose crinkling every few seconds as he sniffed at the air. His mind told himself that they were safe while his instincts were begging to differ. His fingers twitching, Yifan felt his ears perk up, picking up the sound of water but not quite seeing anything just yet.
"Yeah." He just agreed, thinking of a more suitable answer. "It might not be a good idea to approach them though. If they scatter, we could trigger a trap of some sort. I'm not sure if I want to take that risk."
