Dorm #4

Kai had been waiting a substantial amount of time waiting for his roommate to exit the bathroom, and during this time, he had entertained himself by dancing. They were short, simple moves- void of any effort or unneeded noise. The male stayed stationary for the most part, preforming a freestyle popping routine for the inanimate audience of the four suitcases that lined the small wall.

His thin but toned arms rippled fluidly to the self-engendered rhythm in his head, and despite the aching muscles, Kai found himself moving with surprising ease. He didn't even notice the door crack open, and it wasn't until a soft voice sounded that he snapped out of his dance-- gasping softly in shock, only to become even more overcome in embarrassment than he already was the millisecond previously. Standing before him was a small boy, dripping wet with water droplets. A towel was wrapped loosely over his hips, though the entire expanse of a milky white torso exposed itself to Kai's wide eyes.

"I- I... uh...", muttered the male, flustered on every level. Not only had he been caught doing a rather absurd dance, but on top of it, there stood his roommate- a million times more attractive than the male would of imagined. So there stood one of the most popular individuals in the university- mouth slightly agape as he searched for the right words to respond with. "Yeah.", he finally blurted out, quickly cantering over to the other's male's suitcase without another word. Picking it up with a small grunt of effort, the brunette muscled it over to its proper owner, purposely looking in the opposite direction. "Here.", he muttered softly, hoping the other hadn't quite identified his reddening face.

Kyungsoo let the clear liquid smooth over the soapy planes of his body. The pleasant, warm water soothed his aching muscles. After making sure his form was free of suds he reached out to turn off the water. The male began to shiver slightly as he stepped out to grab his towel. Halfway through drying off he suddenly realized he couldn’t spot any article of clothing around him. He spared a moment to glance at the clothes he walked into the bathroom with. With a disdainful expression he decided against re-wearing his dirty laundry.

Kyungsoo gripped the doorknob and turned slowly only to push and leave the door slightly ajar. With his towel around his waist he peeked out in hesitation. Spotting his roommate near the bed he shifted his line of sight to his suitcase near the other. He uselessly opened and closed his mouth several times before attempting to lightly clear his throat.

“U-um…” Kyungsoo began timidly, “Could you hand me my suitcase over there?:” he emphasized his words with a stubby finger pointing at the desired object. His eyes were widened on their own accord. The arm that wasn’t gesturing to his belongings was across his chest trying to cover up his exposed expanse of skin. The man belatedly inserted a tiny “please” when his finger wilted and eyes flickered anywhere and everywhere but at the other. His cheeks were dusted with a light shade of pink due to the embarrassment he was currently experiencing. He couldn’t believe that he had forgotten to grab an extra change of clothing before taking a well needed rinse. Kyungsoo had deeply wished the seemingly taller male wouldn’t have a bad first impression of him.

@Twin~Kyungsoo Before he could even register how utterly careless he was being, the brunette passed out upon the bottom bunk- much too exhausted from his dance competition the night before, and not to mention from running around the school's faculty office in order to correct a mistake with his class schedule. Thirty minutes or so had passed before Kai's eyes had fluttered open, his body shooting up upon the mattress in confusion to his unknown surroundings. Quickly, as his senses returned, he recognized his new living space and let out a soft sigh. It was then he could hear the faint noise of trickling water from the bathroom. /That's strange.../ With a furrowed brow, Kai scanned the room to find another pair of sizable suitcases lined neatly against the wall. So his roommate must have arrived while he had been sleeping- . The male had wanted to greet the roommate at his arrival, in hopes that establishing a warm greeting in the beginning would help things continue on smoothly with the both of them for the entire year. But now, Kai had introduced himself with closed eyes and a likely unbecoming unconscious expression. Now, he could only wait for the other to come out so that he could properly meet the other.

Kai rose from the lower bunk, trekking to his belongings and beginning to unpack. It didn't take long before the male had put away his clothes in his own allotted dresser, along with the infinitely numbered pairs of boxers his mother had forced him to take. Once completed, Kai began to set out his very few non-clothing items out upon the floor, attempting to decide on a non-evasive location for them. Curiosity sparked at this notion, and the young man couldn't help but wonder if his counterpart was hell-bent on preserving his own territory. If that was the case, Kai was fine with simply leaving his belongings in the now-barren suitcase for the duration of the term. Unless challenged or perturbed intentionally, Kai was an overall accommodating person. Not to say that he didn't possess his own strong opinions, but the male certainly wasn't one to waste his time over a trivial matter that could easily be solved. Now semi-completed with integrating his things into the flat, Kai decided to wait for the arrival of his colleague before allowing himself to become too comfortable with his limits.

@Twin~Kai Kyungsoo was breathless once he finished trudging up the staircase. He was irked that his mother had forced him into bringing two large suitcases. He rolled his belongings behind him as he looked for his dorm room. Kyungsoo was reaching for his neck to take off his necklace key chain when he had a sudden apprehensive thought pop up, 'What if my roommate is already in there?' Kyungsoo gripped his key tightly between his fingers and inserted the key slowly. He opened the door quietly in fear of startling the roommate. Kyungsoo wasn't even sure he was in the room, yet he still took precautions. Taking a peek into the room his eyes caught a glance of a lanky male draped across the bottom bunk of the bed. With great care he entered gradually and silently with his belongings in tow. After setting his things against a wall he strode towards the bathroom to freshen up. He felt disgusting from the sweat clinging onto his skin from his trek up to his room.

"Finally here.", muses Kai softly to himself with a small grin once approaching the white-painted door at the middle of the corridor. Setting his suitcase and duffel bag aside, the young brunette fumbles in his jean pocket for his keys and successfully unlocks the door. The new ambiance of the room instantly stimulates his senses as he looks around observantly, taking an immediate liking to the the cleanliness of the room. It doesn't take long for Kai to find the comfort of the closest mattress, launching himself upon it as his luggage takes a nonchalant, lopsided position in the middle of the dorm.
