Every common room is free, but for personal rooms, such as apartments, houses and other living quarters you will have to pay a price. A house with 3 rooms is 500 points, every extra room is 50 points. The price can be split between two inhabitants. If you have two character, one of them may "lend" points to the other. ~~

Alice moved away and to the Tokyo Institution so she can be as far away as possible from her close friends and family.
