@[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki [S.H] Since he had been at Hongki's place for few times already, he didn't have any trouble to find where it was. Besides, he had recognized the streets well, due to his streetfighting past.
However, this time he didn't pass through the usual path. This time he tried to experiment--passing through new pathways. Not because he was bored, but because he saw one alleyway where he onced ever fought in--in the past.

As he was carrying his back, breathy chuckle left him as he stared blankly at the clear--slightly dark past. His mind was elsewhere, remembering back then when he had one fight in there. He could remember his shouts and the opponent's filling the air as they were launching various attacks towards each other. That made him realize, that it's been a while since he last fought for money--but now he somewhat missed that past.

After finally letting go of the short moment of flashback, the young male decided to continue his journey to Hongki's place for the free dinner he had offered him. Before he could even reach the right neighborhood, the next thing he encountered stopped him immediately.

He saw him. Hongki, and a few smugglers(?) doing some kind of a.. transaction? But why would Hongki even be related to them? And why didn't he try to arrest them or something?
But as he went a bit closer, he finally caught what they were talking about.

Apparently Hongki was providing them information about the Police Department.
His eyebrows furrowed instantly at the scene before him, almost couldn't believe it. Hongki was betraying the PD... and probably he was one of them as well.

He didn't realize when he moved slightly forward-- stepping on a can--making a rather loud sound.
"," he cursed, as few of the smuggler-looking males turned at him--finally catching him eavesdropping redhanded.
With his jaw hardened of rage, Daehyun purposely ran himself away from the scene--already knowing that they would be chasing.
And they indeed chased them--knowing that they shouldn't even let an eyewitness stay alive.

Two men were nearing him but he didn't try to fight, until he reached a dead end. He kept on running--but then immediately jumped to the rough wall. One of his feet hit and pushed the wall in order to launch himself towards the guys behind him. With a loud shout he landed a kick right across one of the men's face. In a swift motion he spun himself to make a roundhouse kick--kicking the other man on the face.
Being slightly small bodied, the two men were bigger than him--but he was too fast for them. As they tried to barge forward, the young cop immediately threw powerful side kicks on their faces. Their pained screams and his angered ones mixed in the air.

As the two men were down, his eyes noticed few more coming to him. Seemed like their getting serious with this.
With his common fighting stance, the young male eyed them with the gaze every wolf would give to their teritorrial enemies--ready for whatever might come.

@[Cop in Training] Jung Daehyun Hongki walked or more like half jogged to the secret meeting place which wasn't far from his own apartment but was hidden enough from the eyes of the civilians. It wasn't an old run down building but was close to it.Well his neighbourhood was made of old buildings with ancient architectures and less use of modern technology. It was filled with old people which made it a perfect spot since the old people didn't really care about what the younger generations did as long as it didn't disrupt their life.

Hongki reached the place and leaned against the cold wall, his hands shoved in his pocket and waited for the smugglers he was supposed to meet.He scowled. They were supposed to be earlier than him given the way they had called him so urgently. That reminded him of the young cop.He had invited Daehyun.Though the younger male had been unsure, there was a possibility he might stop by later. He had to make this quick and head back to his apartment.

Less than a minute had passed when he heard the sound of footsteps and then the shadows of the men.He looked up to find five of them looking like a typical group of smugglers."you are late"Hongki said pushing himself off the wall.
"not really..we just wanted to make sure you were right guy before making our grand entrance"the man at the right end spoke up.
"whatever"Hongki didn't have time to hear their stupid explanations. He pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket and stretched out his arms for the men to take it."I have written the names of the places with less police patrolling. The ones circled have almost none patrolling squads but has been known for the surprise raid that takes place every once in a while."

One of the men took the paper from his hands and Hongki retracted his hands placing it back in his pockets."make sure you don't get arrested.I am not helping you out if you do.That isn't part of my job."he warned. His face was blank, devoid of any emotions, his voice monotonous. This was the gangster Hongki at the moment who really didn't give a ."and do avoid killing people"he added after a while"I don't like having to wipe off the evidences.Too troublesome"he scrunched up his nose and wondered about the time.He wanted to be back home. The unsettling feeling was still lingering at the back of his mind.

@[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki [[sorry dear i realized that i accidentally deleted my post]]

The elder's playful act made him laugh, his eyes forming cheery slits--hinting that it was genuine. Even though his laugh had faded, one grin still remained on his face, as he watched how silly the hyung was--not in a bad way though. The way Hongki acted was almost like a child, excitedly expressing his feelings. Even though most people would see it as exaggerating, Daehyun kind of liked it, since it made him forget that he was literally the youngest--in the organization--for a while. One of the things he's fond of in this hyung, was that he acted much younger than his age.

When a phone call distracted the elder cop, Daehyun simply moved away from him--knowing that it definitely wasn't any of his business. Not anymore paying attention on the elder, he took a moment to gaze up at the hanging wall clock, only to notice that it was their go-home-time already. It took him quite a while for him to pack his things up, and soon he slung a strap of his black wornout backpack around his arm. He attempted to leave the room but stopped in front of the hyung for a moment.
"Well there's always next time, right hyung?" the young male grinned, patting on the elder's arm few times. "Tonight?" his eyebrows lifted up, he wasn't really in the mood since he wanted to go to bed early tonight. But on the second thought, free dinner is a good idea also. "I'm not sure... hopefully I can, I'll let you know soon,"

"Bye hyung," the younger cop waved, before proceeding to leave the building.

@[Cop in Training] Jung Daehyun Hongki mock gasped and placed his hand on his heart for dramatic effects."how could think so low of your hyung... you wound me young man.."he said before grinning at the younger with a shake of his head.Hongki was successfully distracted from his eerie feeling at the younger's playful punch. The feeling was pushed back into some corner and locked but it would sure come back with full force.
"I was being me..and besides we should always let the people we love know how much they mean to us... and you mean a lottttttttt to me"he said stretching his arms wide as he emphasized on the word 'lot'. Hongki was good at acting especially at putting up his childish facade in front of his colleagues but around the younger male,he didn't feel the need to pretend as everything came out naturally. It was amazing how his mask crumpled into mere dust in front of the people he truly cared about. He said a silent thank you to the younger male hiding the words behind his smile.
Hongki opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by the sound of his ringtone from inside his jean's pocket. He fished out the phone and his expression turned grim at the name of the caller. It was someone from his gang.He picked up"hello"
"what?? you mean now??"
"fine..wait for me at the usual place" Hongki ended the call, his eyes shining in frustation but the look was replaced as quick as it had come. The call was from a member who dealt with drugs in his gang and they needed him to tell him about the safe zones where they could smuggle without the interference of the cops.Hongki had already done his research and had listed down few places. He didn't want to go now but he had no option. And just like that, that unsettling feeling was slowly creeping back up.He pushed it away and looked at the male in front."hey Daehyun..hyung has some emergency to take care of.. so I have to go.I was hoping to have dinner with you so it would be great if you could come at my place tonight. My roommate misses you too.."Hongki said ruffling the younger's hair once again before waving him bye and ran out of the station.
[Cop] Jung Daehyun 9 years ago
@[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki "Whoa..." the younger male sounded as the other suddenly clung onto him, and he couldn't help but let small chuckles out. Daehyun was fine at the elder's actions actually, but he couldn't help but find it a bit awkward this time. Something about the cop-hyung seemed to be off, but he really couldn't define.

This actually was not the first time the elder did silly things though, in fact this was one of his common, unique habit. Probably this was one of those reasons why Daehyun was drawn close to the elder--not that much but kind of--because of the elder's funny, silliness. Daehyun himself was fond of humour, so it didn't take too long for him to get along with the elder. The way the elder talked to him, although a bit exaggerating at times--was far from how elders usually do, sometimes almost like siblings of the same age. Being the youngest among all in the Police Department, having someone older who acts his age sure was precious.

"Oookay..?" the younger awkwardly responded, looking up at the other with a totally confused expression. Small grin formed as the elder ruffled his hair, acting more like a brother to him.
"What's with you, hyung? ....don't tell me you're about to borrow some money again," Daehyun squinted his eyes, arching an eyebrow, letting out a joke. A moment later he playfully punched the latter's arm away.
[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki [S.H] 9 years ago
@[Cop in Training] Jung Daehyun After the embarrassing shout,Hongki sat down on his chair mentally cursing himself for being so loud.Everyone resumed to their activity, well if yawning, scratching heads, taking a nap were considered activities.Hongki groaned again feeling utterly useless. He was a gangster AND a cop,his life should be filled with activity and cases and running around, everything that said busy not a boring sitting-behind-the-desk-counting-moles-on-someone's-face.
He thought it was better to take a nap like half of his colleagues but that thought was short lived as he saw the male whose name he had shouted rather childishly just sometime ago."Daehyun~"He jumped over his desk clinging onto the younger one"I am bored..There is nothing to do.. did you know Kim has 13 moles in total on his face??though it can be barely seen but you get the point"The mentioned Kim shot him a glare while he just shrugged it off."by the way, where were you?you are never late.."Hongki said as he stopped clinging and looked at the male pushing his glasses up a little.Hongki felt rather scared when he didn't know where the younger had been or what he had been doing. There was always a possibility that the younger could be looking around for the gangs and that was the thought Hongki didn't want to entertain. He wanted the younger to stay away from anything dangerous but he wouldn't be vocal about it.He knew the male was strong enough and also stubborn and he didn't want to look suspicious in front of the younger male.Boredom wasn't the only reason Hongki was looking for Daehyun. He had this nagging feeling since yesterday that something awful was gonna happen and his feeling were never wrong. For the time being he wanted to be on the safe side.Time had a way of toying with people and he didn't like the way he felt Daehyun was somehow going to be connected to his unsettling feeling.
He wasn't sure why but his next words flew out of his mouth before he could stop himself."you are like my brother Daehyun..if something happens later on,don't ever doubt how I feel about you.. "Hongki smiled and ruffled the younger's hair hoping that whatever bad feelings he was having was just him overthinking and nothing else.
[Cop] Jung Daehyun 9 years ago
@[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki When he had nothing to do, nothing to work on, he wouldn't just stay there boring himself. The young cop in training spent all his free time to pump his physique in the police station's gym. Even though he was no longer a street fighter, he still needed to practice and practice everyday--or else his body's going to stiff itself. No matter how good someone's skills are, without constant daily training they would be basically nothing.
And so he spent hours at the gym, clad in only his black tanks and cargo pants, stretching his legs the most and practice his kicks--his main weapon of hand-in-hand fighting.

After a while, Daehyun eventually realized that he had spent more time than he should. After closing his training with few satisfying flips and tricks, he eventually stopped--taking a quick shower and get properly clothed.
The young male, now clothed in overcoat and buttoned shirt beneath, returned to the office. Just as he placed his bag down, one of his fellow cop poked him, "Hongki is looking for you,"
"Oh really? Why?"
"Dunno, he was like ... shouting your name out in the office few minutes ago, maybe he got something important for you?"

It took a moment for Daehyun to settle down to his desk before finally he made his way towards where Hongki's desk was. Just like everybody else, the young cop considered the other male as his brother--but of course not as much as his own brother that had passed away. He was still unable to let go, thus unable to give such deep feeling to anyone yet.
"Yo hyung," he called, approaching Hongki, "You're looking for me?"
[G.D. Cop] Lee Hongki [S.H] 9 years ago
@[Cop in Training] Jung Daehyun Hongki couldn't have been more bored than he already was. There was nothing to do,no cases,no reports to type, basically he had nothing. He laid his head on his desk as he groaned at the lack of work. The hell, there were 3 big gangs and numerous small gangs in this city so there should have some case, even a theft would have worked. For a while he thought his gang and the other gang were doing a pretty good job keeping the cops busy.Cop's life would be boring if not for them.He mentally patted himself at the thought.

He groaned once and looked up from his desk to find all of his colleagues with the same expression as his.It wasn't that hard to figure out that they were plain bored just like him.He gave them a nod of acknowledgement not bothering to plaster his fake smile. They understood pretty well that he wasn't in the mood.He glanced at the clock at the far end wall.'where is this kid?'he thought of the young lad who was training to be a cop.He was the only one Hongki actually bothered to consider a real friend.Well he thought of him more as a brother. He remembered he had befriended the male to keep him from finding out some truth and to stop him being an obstruction to his gang but who knew he would start to sincerely care.He was a nice guy with a _____ed up life.Hongki felt the need to be there for him.But sometimes it scared him to think that the male would find out his true identity and lose the trust.Hongki didn't want that.He hoped he never found out.He didn't want to lose a friend,a brother. He didn't want to lose his family again."Daehyun, stupid brat..where the hell are you?"Hongki yelled in frustation ruffling his hair earning weird wtf looks from everyone. All he could do was give an awkward smile at his outburst.
[B.D. Leader] Kwon Boa 9 years ago
@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji The young woman smiled at the other's perceptiveness and didn't mind the other knowing who she was. This was her city and she wasn't afraid of anything. Everyone died at some point and to her, it just meant seeing her mom again. She'd been hurt in almost every way possible while learning as a child, so it really didn't bother her anymore. In fact, now when she got hurt, she simply ignored it. Most of the time she didn't even go to the doctor. When she did, it was only because she was forced to.

Boa shook her head. "Nope. You are absolutely right. I'm not a threat to you though. I'm sure you've heard that I'm the weird gang leader, because I'm generally harmless and like to help others." It was because of her father and the things he'd done while alive.

As she stood there, she thought of the long night ahead of her and all the work she still had to do. It made her never want to go home, but then it wouldn't take her long. It never did and she had Joo. The kids would be asleep by the time she got home and she wouldn't disturb them. Since they liked to sleep in her bed, and Joo usually slept on the sofa, she'd have some motivation to be up and working instead of slipping. If need be, she could sleep on the sofa in her office, but she needed to get the reports done and finalized tonight. She knew it too.

Hearing that the other wasn't hungry, she just shrugged. "That's okay. You really don't have to pay for my dinner. Besides, I'm sure you could have taken them yourself, so need need to do anything. Just take care of yourself and have a nice night." She obviously didn't owe Boa anything and the elder woman wasn't going to bother her if she didn't want to be bothered. Boa wasn't inconsiderate. If anything, she was the exact opposite and that meant letting the woman enjoy the rest of the evening if that was what she chose.

She had a good point. There was simply one problem with it, the woman actually knew exactly where she belonged. She wouldn't tell her that though. Youngji obviously didn't want her to know. "Well, I was married to Suho and I know his pet and you're not. I suppose you could belong to his second in command, but I don't have a problem with him. Just Suho. Anyone would if they'd had to endure the years of torment he put me through." She then shrugged. "I'm sure you wouldn't care though. It's not like anyone would." She shrugged. It didn't matter anymore technically, but it did still bother her. She couldn't lie to herself about that.

[B.D. Leader] Kwon Boa 9 years ago
@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji As the other lectured her, she simply stood there and listened. It was the same things her father would say if he were alive, thankfully he wasn't. Not much scared Boa and death was included on that list. Besides, being little had it's advantages along with looking so petite. She had more strength than would ever be visible, but she only used it when necessary. She just shrugged off the chastising.

Looking at the woman in front of her, she admitted that she didn't in fact know what type of animal she could become, but it mattered very little. This was a woman who had grown to believe that everything happened for a reason and what was meant to happen would, no matter how one tried to stop it. "Well, there's really not much anyone can do that could hurt me more than what I've already experienced, so I don't worry about it. As for you being dangerous, well I'm sure you are, but if you were going to hurt me, you'd most likely have done so already. Besides, I'm no threat to you." She knew the other would probably be irritated with her logic, but it was true for most situations.

Hearing the last part of the woman's statement made her laugh. Now she really sounded like her father. "Sorry. I don't mean to laugh, but you sound like my dad. To answer your question, yes I still want you to eat with me. And I'm never reckless. There's a simple logic behind everything I do. But out of curiosity, who exactly do you think I am?" She was curious if the woman actually knew about her. She was thinking back to a conversation she'd had earlier that day with Jae. He'd mentioned something about one of the Eagles' hybrids and she knew it was a woman. She also knew the woman was beautiful, but that was all she remembered. At the time, she hadn't really been paying attention to his words. She'd been distracted by the plans they were making.

Glancing back at the woman, she tilted her head. "Are you on of the Eagles? If so, you /really/ don't have to worry. I would never do anything to harm one of Jaebum's members. And I like doing things for others. Besides, helping you just helped me keep my skills sharp." She smiled. The woman didn't owe her anything. That wasn't how Boa opperated and she likely never would.

"So, how about it? Are you hungry?" She was well aware that the taller woman didn't trust her and that was fine. Again, she understood the logic and necessity behind it. She just didn't want the woman to think she was like every other _____er in the city. That's when she realized something that had been nagging at her since before the delinquents were taken away. "If you are an Eagle, please warn Jae. We've got some new kids and they're trying to take over Diamond and Eagle territory. I'm curious if they're working for Suho. It would be just like him." She sneered at the mere thought of her ex-husband.

@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji Boa smiled and nodded. "It's nice to meet you Youngji." She meant it and she hoped the female heard the sincerity in her words. One thing about Boa was she never said anything she didn't mean and that got her in trouble at times, but she didn't really care. After all, look who she was. The woman had a lot of balls given that she was a woman in a man's world and yet, she could easily outdo any man. Jae was easy though. She didn't have to outdo him. Suho on the other hand, she wanted to see him suffer.

Every chance she got, she did something to hurt him too. That's what he got for making her miserable the entire time they were married. She wasn't one to sit around and be a "good little wife" while he was out doing what he wanted. The Diamonds were hers and he had no right to them which he'd quickly found out, when he first cheated on her. She smiled thinking that that was precisely why she and Jae were going to snatch up some of his territory for the Eagles.

Fixing her clothes, Boa knew at the very least one of her two tattoos was visible. The words down her side were nearly always visible on some spot, whether her thigh, hip, waist. She was proud of her gang though. She preferred not to fight or wage war unless she absolutely had to, but they were her only family aside from her brothers who still hated her for "taking what was theirs." It hadn't been much of a competition though. She'd been trained to take over in Seoul. She hadn't wanted this. Looking back at the woman in front of her, she smiled. "Well okay then. As long as you're okay I will leave." She thought for a moment when the other asked if she had anymore questions. "Actually, yes. One. Would you like get some food with me? My treat." She hadn't had dinner yet, having spent so much of the evening with Jaebum and she was a bit hungry. She didn't feel like cooking tonight though.

@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji Boa just shrugged off the thanks. She'd have done the same for anyone. It wasn't a big deal and it kept her on her toes as well as in good condition. "No need to thank me. It was the right thing to do. I'm Boa by the way." She didn't expect the female to know who she was of course, but since she was a hybrid, she likely belonged to one of the gangs. No one in this city had the kind of money necessary to own a hybrid outside of the gangs.

Her evasiveness didn't deter Boa. It didn't offend her either. With a slight shrug, she smiled. "Okay. Well, I was just wondering, because I have a hybrid. He's a wolf and so sweet." The woman wasn't fooled. She knew the girl didn't trust her and in this city, that was a smart move. Boa was just naturally one who helped and trusted most people. A lot of that had to do with instincts and hers were the best of the best. She'd always been able to read people well as well as figure out how to outmaneuver them when it suited her needs. Her IQ was greater than most people would believe. Only a select few people knew that she was a certified genius. Her mom had been proud of that fact and had made sure she was registered with MENSA. Boa didn't give a crap honestly.

Besides, in this life, what good was it, except using it to defeat one's opponent. She wiped her bloody knife on her pants and then returned it to the sheath inside the waist of her pants. She enjoyed using knives. She felt she had more control over them and that made her feel more powerful. Not that she needed it, but it was always good to have power, just in case. That was why she also carried 2 gun concealed on her person as well. This way, she could handle anything and anyone. Looking back at the girl, she sighed. "What are you doing out here so late? Isn't your family worried about you?" By family, she meant gang, but she wasn't sure the girl would know that.

@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji Boa saw the agility with which the young woman moved and instantly knew she could take care of herself. She also recognized that she was a hybrid. No human could move with such grace and speed. Besides, she had seen B-Joo do so many times in the past, so she spotted it immediately. It didn't bother her in the least. She wasn't afraid of anything, but she could also tell the woman wouldn't hurt her as long as she didn't threaten her.

Taken that chance, she saw the last man come at her and like a little girl, he grabbed her hair and pulled it, trying to use it against her. Normally she would put it up before fighting, but this time she hadn't had the chance. Time had been of the essence or so she'd thought. It wasn't a problem that he was pulling her hair. She decided to use it to her advantage. She let him pull her until she was near the wall and then she flipped over his head and used the wall to give her the leverage to donkey kick him right in the chest.

As he fell, she grabbed another knife and shoved it through his shoulder, pinning him to the ground. "Don't worry. I'll make the pain stop." She said this as she pushed on a specific pressure point and knocked him out. Seeing that the woman had the other on the ground, she pulled out her phone and made a call. Pretty soon sirens could be heard in the distance and she smiled as an officer came running up to her. "You said they tried to attack someone?" She nodded and looked at the other woman. "Don't worry. We'll take it from here. Thank you both." He kissed Boa's cheek before letting them all be cuffed. She woke the one up and pulled the knife out of his shoulder. Looking back at the man she'd just been talking to, she smiled. "After the doctor patches those two up, can I have my knives back?" He winked and nodded. She knew where she'd hit them, if they pulled the knives out now they would bleed to death.

When they were gone, she went up to the other woman and smiled warmly. "Are you okay?" She noticed how beautiful the girl was. Her striking blue eyes in contrast to her pale skin was mesmerizing. She was curious about what kind of animal blood she had. "What animal are you mixed with?"

@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji As she got closer, careful to stay hidden in the shadows, the young woman heard what the man had said to the girl. She didn't like it. In her eyes, these were the worst kinds of people there were. They prayed on the weak and defenseless. From where she was standing, she could easily shoot 3 out of the 5, but then what. By that point the 2 left would likely attack the girl and she didn't want that. Instead, she thought of a more effective way to take out all of them or at the very least, injure them all.

She wanted to give the girl a chance to escape. Not only that, but these were the same goons that had been bothering her godbabies and she couldn't allow them to keep harassing people. Not in her territory. Grabbing three knives from her waistband, she flung them in the air and hit the three men closest to the girl. Once got hit in the lower back and then she made a noise to get the others to turn just seconds before she'd thrown the second and third knives. They caught the other two men in the stomachs. She liked these odds a lot better. There were only two men left and two of them. Boa stepped into the light and smiled at the girl. "Can you take him?" She directed her gaze at the man farthest from herself as she asked the question.

@[B.E. Polar Fox] Heo Youngji The evening was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to finally get outside where the gentle breeze was blowing. The feeling of the sunshine was wonderful too. Boa had been shut up inside all day for various meetings. She was glad to be outside finally. As she walked down the street, she inhaled the smell of the city around her. It was one she'd never get over.

Since her childhood the gang leader had enjoyed having freedom. Once she'd gotten old enough to train though, she hadn't had much of that. Her dad forced her to train vigorously and if she got hurt, he made her fight through it. Most would call him heartless or ruthless and at one point she had too. Now, as an adult, left all alone to run her father's gang, she understood why he had pushed her so hard even when she'd complained. It had been for her own good.

Little did she know that her various forms of training were about to come in handy again. As she walked past a rather dark street, she saw some guys surround a girl. It didn't look like something she could just walk away from. That's when she saw the weapons gleam in the bit of light there was. The girl needed help and Boa wasn't going to allow her to be hurt.
