@★ koo junhoe /feels a little amused at how nervous the kid is just from being spoken to, though he guesses he might find it a little embarrassing/
Yes, you. I noticed you were watching me.
/smiles slightly at his enthusiasm, plus it’s a little gratifying hearing all that; it’s not that Sungyeol doubts his own abilities but it’s always nice to hear some praise/
Thanks, it’s good to hear. There’s a race coming up—don’t know if you’ve heard word of it, but I’m entering so I need to make sure I’m not rusty. I haven’t really had the time to practice lately.
/raises his eyebrow slightly at the immediate refusal he gets, actually a little surprised; from the way he’d talked about racing Sungyeol had surmised he definitely seems passionate about it so he’d actually thought it pretty possible that he was a racer/
/though it seems his first impression wasn’t mistaken, he can’t help being a little curious/
Why can’t you? You like it, don’t you? What’s wrong with giving it a try?
Have you raced before? Or even driven a car? I’m guessing no, because I don’t think anyone who has can give it up like that.
/straightens up and walks closer, tilting his head slightly to the side as he considers him/
You know, if you haven’t even tried, it’s stupid to just give up like that.
My baby’s driver’s seat is off-limits to anyone else, but the shotgun is free.
So what do you say? Want a ride? There’s a huge ing world of difference between just watching and being in the car, you know.
And if you’ve never felt it before, there’s nothing quite like it. It’s something everyone should try once.
/his lips lift in a smirk as he reaches out to pat the kid on the shoulder before he turns to walk back to his car, glancing over his shoulder at the kid/
So what are you waiting for? Get in, or I’m driving off without you.
( ) That's okay, I like that <3 Also I'm also sorry that Sungyeol insists on calling Junhoe a 'kid' when he's really not much older. OTL
@kim hanbin [It's alright! ; v ; I'm on hiatus now anyway bcs of exams, so don't worry. My responses will come way slower now bcs of it orz]
In all honesty, Jinhyeong hadn't expected the other to initiate such a friendly gesture. Not that Hanbin had never done so before, but now... Now after such a lapse of time and such turn of events, he couldn't help but think they would never be the same... But perhaps if they both tried, if they both put forth the effort and met one another halfway. "Ridicul- Wait, how the hell were they ridiculous!?" He questioned, jostling the elder a bit in a teasing manner. "She was candy apple RED when I got her! She looked like a damn fire hydrant... Smoking hot all the same, but not my taste!" Plus... There were a few other things... 'Little tweaks here and there', Jinhyeong liked to call them... No matter how excessive and time-consuming they were. But he couldn't help but nod in overzealous satisfaction at the other's admission, his steps coming lighter now. "Damn right~ And wait... You will!? Wow... To think you used to always wrangle me into paying..." Though 'wrangle' was a strong word... It was more so the fact that Jinhyeong at bets... and rock-paper-scissors. He glanced down to peer at his feet, the makings of a warm smile appearing on his face before he could fight it down. "You're still a sap..." He murmured, shaking his head as if he truly minded. "I guess I uh... missed you too every now and again."
@♠ ahn jaehyun /regards you with growing interest and growing... hunger, my eyes sweeping across your tired, yet immaculate features
/my lips subconsciously curl into a coy smile as my minds begin to wander to all the things I would prefer doing with you, rather than watching this race
/normally not the type to play around with a total stranger so suddenly, but after all, I'm bored and you seem to be a very attractive alternative
/getting a little excited, the spontaneousness of the whole situation making the y butterflies in the put of my stomach begin to stir, partly because I'm nervous and wondering if this is really alright
/watches you in silence as you lean in and lets my eyes flutter shut, tilting my head slightly to give you better access to my neck area
/I can feel your warm breath tickle my skin I find myself nibbling on my lower lip
/this is definitely the right thing to do
/my for deep voices is getting the better of me again and even though yours isn't all that bass-y, it's still low enough to make something inside my stir
/however, I don't let you play around for very long and the decision to take action myself comes quite easily
/gently yet firmly, I push you back into your seat, my eyes straying from your face more than once
My turn~ /hims downright mischeviously and my lips, slowly letting my tongue glide across the soft, painted flesh
/swiflty raises myself up and positions myself so that my legs stand on either side of yours
/my hands on your shoulders, I hold you against the back of the chair and being a mechanic by occupation, my grip isn't that weak either
/smiles at you, my eyes flashing as I take it a seat on your lap, straddling you, like it's the most normal thing in the world
I'll let you in on a little secret Jaehyun.. /whispers, locking eyes with you as I lean forward
/presses a kiss against your neck, then your jawline and finally flicks your earlobe with the tip of my tongue
I'm not your baby girl..~
/smirks as I sink my teeth into the now slightly moist flesh and tug on it
I'm a baby boy
@♦ meto (Ah, i see. Okay then I don't mind it. And I think Meto should say that he's not a girl when Jaehyun would use female pronoun around him. )
To say that it wasn't arousing Jaehyun when the other said his name, was an obvious lie. He loved it, adored it, because rationally thinking Meto was the only girl who caught his attention so easily as he was pretty picky when it was about girls. He preferred males, because they felt better honestly and of course they didn't had that weird humor swings that Jaehyun simply couldn't handle. Meto however was unbelievably y in his eyes, girl who was too hot for her own sake, Jaehyun wouldn't be responsible for his in that moment if it would jumped out of his pants randomly, asking for the other to him off like there was no tomorrow. Finally he managed to find girl for his own standards, one he wouldn't ashamed to walk around with. However it would be better if she'd be s guy of course..
"Meto?" Jaehyun nodded slowly as he proceed the name in his head, making sure he won't forget it as he leaned closer to the girl, nuzzling lightly his nose against the other earlobe, his lips managed to escape a soft moan, name "Meto" followed right after as he was teasing the girl right now. "You're so tight my baby girl." s were never stopping as Jaehyun never meant to stop on his teasing as well. It was fun, for sure.
@♠ ahn jaehyun (I'm also for them 'doing it' in the car, should it come to that. But oral... Meto wishes to tease Jae a little. He's quite proud so he isn't just going to give himself like a or a . He first needs to exert some dominance of his own. Meto's intention is to as I said, him off in public. The best scenario is if Jaehyun felt uncomfortable other people seeing, then Meto would dare him to keep quiet. If Jae wouldn't react that way, it's fine too. s.o. Off while being watched is fun too.)
@♠ ahn jaehyun (Nono, the point is that there are people around~)
Meto couldn't help but laugh at his comment about him looking better when in bed with him. Oh he was good at this, really good. Just that sentence alone had his mind changed from reluctant and careful, to willing. He was so, so tempted to respond with something along the lines of 'I'm looking forward to see that.', but that would be too quick of a development even by his standards. Of course Meto didn't demand to go through the 'three stages' before actually getting down to business, that would be absolutely ridiculous. But he had an idea of his own he was beginning to want to try with...
"Jaehyun~", Meto repeated after the other, testing how the name lay on his tongue, how it sounded. His naturally bright green eyes twinkled in the dim light, revealing that he was beginning to feel rather playful. "Call me Meto.", he hummed, almost cooed. Since before he could remember, everyone around him - parents included - had started calling him Meto, a quirky spin-off of 'mechanic'. And the nickname had just stuck. Barely anybody, certainly nobody in South Korea knew his actual name. On a slightly different topic, he noticed that Jaehyun was a very comfortable name to moan, since the first vowel was 'ae'.
Meto now had a pretty clear idea of what he wanted or did not want to do with Jaehyun. He wanted to play around a little, not give himself immediately, but . Before he let the other take him - he'd already decided that was definitely going to happen - Meto would like to push his boundaries a little. Was he an exhibitionist, was he shy about PDA or did he just not care? Any way, what he had in mind was going to be fun. For him, at the very least.
@♦ meto (Sure just that there's some people around them, shouldn't they do it in the car better, sweetheart?)
Step by step, Jaehyun slowly started to believe he saw an angel in front of him. Human form of an angel who decided to visit him from above, begging him in his head being shamelessly ed against the car, being pounded hard from the back by Jaehyun and he honestly wished in that moment that scenario that was created in his head become the truth. Would it even be possible? It's not like girl looked cheap or easy yet, she had that glint in her eye that somehow made Jaehyun thing that she's willing to spend time with him, whenever it is day or night, she'd bring him pleasure and he himself would do the same for her. "Hangover, love. Don't mind it. I promise I look better while being in the same bed with you." He winked at the persona, averting his gaze back on the track. He didn't really mind that his hand was brushed away as he was confident in himself, knowing that even so he'll be refused now, he'd find his way to get into the girls pants anyway. "Jaehyun. The name is Jaehyun. Yours?"
@♠ ahn jaehyun Meto got a bit cranky when he didn't use up enough energy, not to mention he was also proud, so he considered jumping in his seat to be extremely embarrassing. Especially when he'd finally, finally seen something he liked (the stranger). As such, he needed to release his embarrassment in a form other than stuttering and blushing, so it became anger and so the innocent, empty seat before him had to suffer the consequences. But it seemed the handsome stranger hadn't been put off by his display. Meto noticed him sit down beside him and after taking a few more seconds to calm himself, looked back up. He smiled at what the other had whispered and ran a hand through his hair, making his long, blonde hair fall more freely. Since he'd relaxed again, he had no trouble matching the other's gaze. Meto didn't show it on his face, but he was surprised with how forward this guy was being.bit was painfully obvious what he was hoping for.
"Thank you~," he mused simply, the corners of his lips quirking up into a smirk as he felt the other's hand on his thigh. He ignored it for now. "You sure know how to dish out compliments.", he teased and then added: "But you're looking a bit worse for wear... rough night?" Meto un-crossed and then crossed his legs once more, making the strangers hand slip off of his leg. It seemed he was being underestimated. Yes, the other was handsome and he probably knew it all too well and yes, Meto wasn't too keen on staying till the end of the race... but this guy was in for a surprise if he thought compliments and skinship were going to get him anywhere. The main problem, was that Meto wasn't in the right mood yet to go along with what this guy wanted, or seemed to want. Obviously, this wasn't even close to the first time Meto had been hit on. "Give me a name to associate with that sleepy face of yours.", he smirked. Somehow, the guy being so forward made Meto want to .
(Would you be alright with Meto off Jaehyun right where they are?)
@♠ park jinyoung -huff a little- I wasn't hitting on him... I was just admiring his equipment. Can you blame me?
- an eyebrow and sighs at you- Also, I may be apart of the gang, but I can still talk to whoever I like...
-leans against the railing to wait for the races to start.-
Later...
-glaring out from under my fringe, not even seeing the race. Jumps at the sharp flick to my forehead and turns the glare on you- Mmm...
-irritably rubs the red spot on my forehead and snapping a little through clinched teeth- It's fine!
@♦ meto Seeing girl punching a seat beside him was honestly the last thing he expected to see today. Even though she had somehow different style of closing, not like the average girl would have, she looked calmly in Jaehyuns eyes in the beginning, yet her actions later on proved that first impression might be wrong to begin with. It's not like he minded, because he didn't but doing something like that in front of the stranger, someone like Jaehyun wasn't at least inappropriate. Well, he didn't have a change to be with tough girls yet, but who knows, maybe if he'd play it well it would be his first time? Because hell, she was beautiful, almost perfect in his eyes, plump lips covered in red lipstick made him want to taste them almost, already imaging himself how good would they felt in his southern parts too. Girl surely looked skillful for him, not being a appreantly. "It's kind of rude to not answer to strangers." He whispered towards the gorgeous person beside him when he procced to lean closer as she stopped using a chair as a punching mat finally. She's was somehow weird, yet intriguing as Jaehyun couldn't help himself but placed his palm on the others fit thigh, squzzing it gently he finally managed to meet the eyes of the person he craved for so much in thst moment. "Baby... , you're beautiful."
@♠ ahn jaehyun (it's no trouble at alll!!!!!!! Whenever you get busy again, just let me know and I'll wait till the world blows up into smithereens and beyond <333)
@♠ ahn jaehyun As Meto examined the nail on his pinky, he felt something, like someone was looking at him and he looked up just in time to see a dishevelled, but still good-looking person flash a smirk. The first moment he felt caught off guard, partly because of the other's appearance (the good and the bad) and partly because he was surprised someone didn't have their eyes glued to the tracks. But it still took him less than a second than to respond. Leaning forwards slightly, he brushed a few strands of his hair behind his ear so that he could get a better look at the stranger and curled his lips into a welcoming smile. Might as well. He was happy to have a distraction and an excuse not to pretend to be enjoying this race. Well, not that he'd been putting all that much effort into his pretense, but.. hey whatever. Meto took a moment to let his eyes take in the details, as he waited the other to approach. He definitely looked beaten up, not in a literal sense, but like the weight of the world and perhaps a hangover weighed down on him. And yet, it was obvious he was quite handsome when cleaned up. He had slightly effeminate features. No, soft features. And he was tall, jesus was he tall. For a Korean anyway. Meto paled in comparison, but he'd stopped caring about being small (he hadn't, but he does try very hard). Whenever he saw a tall person - like now - or worse, was standing next to a tall person, he told himself it was better this way. After all, he loved all his healed and plateau shoes.
Just then his seat neighbour broke the little sliver of atmosphere that had been building up, by jumping up in his seat and practically roaring a cheer, for his/their teammate who had just taken the lead. Meto almost screamed along with him, but more in surprise than joy. His scream however did not come out, it got caught in his throat due to the shock. He merely jumped in his seat. I suppose one could also describe it as a very visible flinch. With a rather panicked expression he glared up at his neighbour, who was perfectly oblivious about everything. God how embarrassing. He could feel a faint blush creeping onto his cheeks and needing something to vent on, Meto lashed out at the still empty seat in front of him, punching its back. His heart was still thundering in his chest and he couldn't bring himself to look up at that stranger again. How embarrassing. How embarrassing. How embarrassing.
Jaehyun was mindlessly wandering around, hair ruined, face features rather sleepy as only two hours ago he managed to wake up from the whole night drinking session he had with himself. He surely wasn't someone to look up for but he didn't cared about that at all, minding only his own life and maybe sometimes he minded his friends but other than that it was only drinking and that existed in his life. He loved it, thats for sure. Alcohol was able to relax the male, why helped to bring physical ease he craved for so much. He had only one night stands, a hookups that ended up with Jaehyun leaving the next day. He was homeless currently, not really looking for an apartament as he preferred to spend money on drinks or , instead of buying some decent place to himself.
One of his racers was participating in current race and as leader he had to come, even so he was still slightly drunk from the later, but he managed to not show it as moving through the crowd of people to take a seat and watch, maybe he'll be even able to sleep there. He found some empty spot yet what was better than empty spot was person who had a place behind him. "Wow," he managed to mumble unadibly to himself as girl with long, blonde hair was occupying the seat her so gracefully and he knew he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he won't at least talk. "I guess I've won lottery today. The best seat, near the most beautiful girl in the world.. Wow, doing good today." He send his signature smirk towards the persona, how cute she was afterall.
@lee sungyeol /considers this day as his 'day off', Junhoe wondered off from the garage where he had mostly spent his day, to go and breathe fresh, well not that fresh, a bit car tire and smoke-scented air/
mmm~ what a polluted air, and i'm loving it
/he mumbled to himself as he was passing by the race track, a bit unsure of what he saw, he decided to venture inside and witnessed someone racing all by himself, maybe he is practicing, he thought to himself, quite intrigued he decided to go forth and watch, admiring how smoothly the racer drove his car/
awesome, i know i can do that too,
/he lowly spoke as he imagined himself inside the car, somewhat mimicking a professional drifter doing some weird moves/
hm, yeah i wish
/he then bitterly smiled, snapping out from one of his delusional dreams knowing that he could never, and would never do such thing, when suddenly the sound of the engine stopped, it didn't quite registered to him that the latter was starting to talk to him/
ohh huh?
w-what? me?
/though he knows that he is the only one watching, he looked at the man that had asked him, looking around just trying to confirm if he was referring to him/
heh, yeah, i was just watching you,
i saw how polished your turns were, and you're pretty cool!
/he started to blabber, extending his arm to show a two thumbs up at the man; he quickly shook his head as he heard the others idea/
nah, even though I'd love to, i can't
I don't do racing,
/he then shrugged , quickly rubbing his nape with his left hand, a bit ashamed that he had once again turned down an offer from someone that seems to have the skills/
@kim hanbin It felt... nice. Jinhyeong wasn't ashamed to admit that it felt pretty good just flickering back to their old routine again. The amusement in the other's voice tasted of nostalgia and Jinhyeong couldn't help but admit that he was relieved in it. "No really though. Next time someone bring wheels like that in my port, I'm gonna tell 'em there's a self-disassembly requirement first." He heaved a small sigh in favor of a shudder at the memory of some of his more 'complex' conquests. "Wait, what?! I'm a pretty bad- driver, if I do say so myself... No one could handle her like I can and--" He paused to release a soft chortle, reaching up to rub at his nape. "Ugh, between you and me, though, she likes you more than me too." He thought on that question because honestly, he'd just been walking... Not at all a thought paid towards where they could go or what they could see. "Anywhere. The sky's the limit, yeah? But maybe we could try the boardwalk first?"
@★ koo junhoe /pulls car to a stop as he crosses the finish line again, satisfied with the day’s practice; he’s been too busy trying to make nice with his new gang to get any decent practice in lately/
/considers wrapping up practice for the day to drop in on one of the mechanics to ask about a little fine-tuning for the upcoming event when he sees a figure by the side of the race track, apparently watching—his lips twitch slightly at the thought of having a spectator to his practice and he gets out of his car, not bothering to close the door as he turns to address the unfamiliar boy/
Well, you’re a new face. Just here to watch, or do you have a ride of your own?
/smirks slightly, leaning his elbow on the top of his car as he tilts his chin towards the other challengingly/
If you do, a race would be a fun change of pace. It’s kind of boring just racing around the track by myself.
/for the moment he doubts that the kid’s actually a racer, but hey—he’s been surprised before and if he is, there’s never harm in a casual race/
@♠ park jinyoung -poking around under the hood of a guy's car, not-so-secretly chatting him up AND ogling the engine in front of me.-
-lifts my hand to playfully slap his arm at the joke he just made and stops mid-gesture, when you call out to me-
Uhh... -looks down and blushes, looking away from the guy. Quickly excuses myself, wishing him good luck in the race and scurrying towards you-
-deeply frowns at you with my hands shoved in my pocket-
... Hey. When did you get here?
@kim hanbin Jinhyeong couldn't help the amused scoff that filtered past his lips, a slight, easy smile drifting against them at the other's response. "Oh wow, thanks forever, bud," he countered with just as much dripping sarcasm, though there was definitely a ring of truth still in his tone. Their feet grated against the asphalt as they led towards the end of the tracks were the exit lay in wait. "Pfft, yo, speedy oil changes can be a pain in the depending on the make." He almost shuddered as he was reminded of the intense training he, himself, had endured before even entering a legitimate garage. He chose, however, to ignore the reference to Hanbin's arm for now- hoping not to down the mood again, lest he throw another onslaught of apologies the elder's way. "I-- Wait, what?" he gaped, blinking in surprise to make sure he'd heard correctly before tossing his head back in laughter. "You really have NO faith in me, do ya? Nah, Blue Jay's fine... She's all tuned-up and resting at home and just itching to spoon-feed everyone our dust. But uh-- Heh," he chided a bit, "I'll let her know you care~"
(Meto wouldn't cheer all that much, but I dont think this will ruin the plot right?)
"WOOOOOOOH!! GO TEAM THREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!", the guy next to Meto screamed at the top of his lungs, all the while waving his arms frantically as if the racers would actually bother to risk their lives and flash him a smile. The 1/2 Icelandic male felt like he was going to go deaf sitting next to this screaming freak. He was really into it, eyes sparkling.. almost drooling even. Meto, on the other hand was simply following the cars' movements lazily with his eyes. Street racing... He didn't get it. Why the fuss? Why the hype? This all looked insanely boring. Compared to Offroad competitions back home - his one true love - this was like a stroll to the supermarket in his eyes. His non-existant enthusiasm was eventually noticed by his seat neighbour, who immediately encouraged the reluctant male to vocalize more. Not wanting to be bothered out this anymore, Meto obliged and yelled out a cheer for his teammates. Might as well, right? ...Why was he even here. Meto began to absent-mindedly peer down at his lacquered fingernails. And he smiled. His nails were professionally manicured and quite long, the reason why he always wore gloves when working. Anyway, his nails hadn't even chipped since he'd arrived in Korea and that was like his worl record. Back home in Iceland, he would have to be reeeally careful to avoid ruining them. The person next to him looked at him accusingly, as if judging him for not being head-over-heels in love with street racing. Then agsin, he was probably the only one here who didn't really care for it. It was already early evening and rather chilly. He was glad he'd decided to put in a little more. Presently he was wearing a black top (http://i1279.photobucket.com/albums/y528/AhjummaNR1/image.jpg2_zps9feij5ht.jpg) and black leather pants (http://i1279.photobucket.com/albums/y528/AhjummaNR1/image.jpg1_zpshbt7m0ry.jpg), wiith his long blonde hair flowing over his shoulders.
@kim hanbin [Ish fine hun!! I'm sorry Q u Q *le huggles you*]
"Heh, exactly..." Jinhyeong smirked lopsidedly, undoubtedly glad that the other was playing along, even if only for a moment. "Which was how I get in such deep half the time." For some reason, it felt odd to hear Hanbin's words. It was like taking a too-strong dose of reality all I'm one go and reeling from the side effects. "Yeah, I know but... Humor me," he requested softly this time around, his stubbornness warring with himself. The two of them could easily walk separate paths, as they had been right after the crash. But Hanbin was here now. He was here and alive and, damn, it really had been forever since he'd seen him. But just as Jinhyeong had himself convinced that the elder was through with him, Hanbin offered something... A chance. "Aish, even before, you always acted like you had a busy schedule." Laughing softly, he curled a familiar arm around the other and made to lead them along the railing. "Clear your 'appointments' for me, okay? I wanna see what I'd been missing all thesemonths."
@kim hanbin [Bby, lemme know if ever you'd like to change things up or quit okey? ; v ; I'm hella bad at signals tbh orz ]
Jinhyeong listened as the other spoke, bidding himself to stay a bit silent for once as Hanbin continued. It was- for lack of a better word- scary to behold. He honestly never thought he'd see someone who'd once been so passionate reduced to a mere husk. But the boy wasn't really in any place to blame him... Not after almost losing his life. And honestly, he didn't really have much else to say to the other, not like he'd been really holding anything in since they'd last seen each other. But somehow it felt so wrong to leave him like this, to leave them both wallowing in what could've been and whatever else was lost. "Not really, nah... But when have I ever really needed something to say?" He shrugged softly, the makings of a small smile chancing his lips. "Nah, we don't have to talk about this anymore- racing and stuff... But what about just talking? Ya know, elsewhere? Hate saying goodbye on a bad vibe."
@kim hanbin For the second time in all of three minutes, Jinhyeong flinched, this time donning a completely incredulous countenance. He couldn't really fish for a proper response at first, too busy dwelling on whether or not the other was wryly pointing out his totaled vehicle when his own condition was far more important. But all too quickly, Hanbin moved, reeling up his sleeve to reveal a scar that ran along the pale skin of his arm like a scarlet fissure. It stunned the younger to gaping, and the realization that it was indeed the arm he'd tousled so playfully only drained the blood from his face. And for another moment, that was all he could do up until the nerves in his brain kicked themselves into rewiring again. "I... Hanbin, I'm-" He cut off from the apology, all too aware that the elder didn't want any of that. And at the suggestion that it was HE who committed the act in the first place, Jinhyeong was quick to shake his head- almost violently so. "No... No, hell no. I wouldn't- , this is..." He could see it now, why Hanbin had avoided it for so long. "I see what you're talking about... Because you're right, this IS dangerous... And we're a bunch of idiots to keep doing it." As they were... As every single one of them was. "Look, do... You wanna chill somewhere else? We don't uh... We don't have to be 'here', ya know. Nostalgia or not this has gotta be painful..."
@kim hanbin Through the haze of his own fury, Jinhyeong had the decency to at least flinch upon hearing the sudden bout of laughter spilling from Hanbin's lips. Eyes widening, he surveyed the other with a look drenched in a cocktail of confusion and shock, topped off prettily with a swell of anger. "You-" He'd parted his lips to counter once more- surely prepared to let the elder have it- until Hanbin spoke... And there was a shift. The playful breeze around them that tousled the fringes of their bangs stilled to nothing. The distant rumbling of car engines thundering down the tread-marked tracks drew to silence. And it seemed his peripheral fell away from him, fragmenting to a fog-like mist of grey shades. "You were... A crash?" Impossible. That was impossible. Immediately his mind was flooded with news reports, car wrecks centering around people on safe but busy highways who actually drove the speed limit... Lined up against the wreckage caused by a racing incident until the neither the vehicle nor its driver were recognizable. And all those times the two of them would laugh about oncoming meets and biddings on results. The time they both felt so ing invincible. Because in their eyes, they were. "Don't..." Don't what? Jinhyeong knew the other was speaking the truth, deep in his gut he knew that there was a peril in their practice. He always knew. Yet that never stopped him. "I'm sorry... All this time, I thought--" He didn't even want to admit it, that he'd pegged Hanbin for a coward when in actuality the man was in recovery. "... I'm sorry, Bin. Your arm uh... How is it now? Wait, , was it the one I hit? ..." He couldn't really stop the litany of curses tumbling from his lips, after all this was such a shock. He'd known such a thing was possible but perhaps he truly was naive to think it couldn't happen to them... That it could befall on the unfortunate shoulders of every other racer but not... not them.
@kim hanbin [pFFFFFT ISH FINE! ; U ; That's what I thought you meant, bby <3]
Quietly, the younger observed his elder, searching for something he was clearly missing. What the hell was going on? Just recently they'd been racing either off into the sunset like the ending of some cheaply-made 'ricer' production. But now... Now the young man before him seemed to want not a damn thing to do with the sport... or him, for that matter. "The hell-" he seethed, hopping off of the railing only to turn right back around and regard the other face to face. "What's your problem? I saw the way you were staring at the tracks... The ing look of love and adoration-- and since when the hell did you start sounding like my mom?" Though Jinhyeong knew he hadn't really the right to succumb to such anger- after all, it was certain he was missing something- he couldn't fight the sways to give in to it. "What the happened to you? You're nothing like the Hanbin I'd been with." Crossing his arms, he could feel an occasional surge of a twitch here or there, the urge to reach out- lash out. Punch something. Turn from commands. His commands. Everyone's commands. It was overwhelming and if he weren't about to let it all go.
@kim hanbin [Lawd- I'm gonna hate Jinhyeong here ; u ;]
Jinhyeong heaved in a breathe, releasing it long and hard in one go past his lips. Obsidian eyes trailed back towards the track, casually trailing its curvature in idle amusement. But he could still make out the other's words... Which was why he couldn't help but turn to regard Hanbin with a look of something akin to horror. "I... What the hell?" A moment's pause was all it took to get him to chuckle wryly, lightly pushing at his friend's broader shoulder. "Yah... Hanbin, what're you saying? Your love of racing rivaled mine just a while back!" He could remember it so clearly, the days they'd spent tailing the tracks and throwing petty insults at one another regardless of the result were etched into his head. And to think that could all end so abruptly. "Why the hell would you give up racing? And don't pull some more 'racing isn't my thing' bull..." That was like saying breathing was overrated... a heartbeat was just for sport...
aye boo - im sorry but im letting go of roleplays. i did what i could, but i think my characters have been inactive potatoes enough to show how far my muse goes. it's been SOOOOOO much fun, so hit me up in other roleplays if you see me around.
