@ilhoon "You still the same". Tia listen to everything he said, it hurt her bad though. "Can't I at least be the reason for you to smile?". He's always like that. He's always said something that could make people hurt but she knows he didn't care about it whether people will get hurt or not. "I didn't say I don't want to be here". She bit on her lower lip, it's hard when talking to him. He always got anything to say and make people gave up with anything.
Tia still pulling him with her, not sure where she wanna take him to. Slowly she stop her steps and let his hand go. Turning around to him, she looks at him for a moment. "I'm sorry I left you, Ilhoon". She approaches him as she slowly hug him, he's still being the taller one. "I miss you so much, Ilhoon. I regretted for leaving you like that. I'm not being a good friend. I just wanna see you're smiling like before. But I know you won't ever smile and you don't even want and I don't even deserve to see your smile" she said as she's tightening the hug.

@Tia (h) Her words seem to hit him hard for some reason; she had changed so much yet she was still the same person he had known. She was pretty loud back then, she was always the oposite from Ilhoon and today was no exception ''It's not like it's your business'' he mumbled out loud, loud enough for her to hear; he knew what she was thinking- that he was depressed but that was no new; he had always been this way, closed to the world and living on his own. ''The world you live in is not the same as mine. My world shows me each time more I got no reasons to smile'' he answered her quietly before he sighed ''But if you find reasons to smile, then do it yourself, don't make me do something I'm not willing to. I don't want to smile, you don't deserve to see my smile either, do you? I'm sure you don't. Nobody does. Because each and every human being contributed to the person I am now, be thankful for me still being here, speaking to you'' he spoke finally, not really thinking of his words as they just came out of his mouth without permission; he always kept calm, not really seeing he could be hurting the female more than she had hurt him. ''You said it yourself, you don't want to be here, why are you saying the oposite now? It's like we don't know each other, right?'' he continued after hearing her, forgetting once again he had to think before he spoke; typical of him.
Ilhoon kept quiet, knowing that speaking in that moment would lead him nowhere; he simply let her lead him to wherever she wanted to go, not caring about anything else.

@ilhoon "I won't regret. I used to walk away and I won't walk away anymore". Tia look at the guy in front of her, she knows he's unhappy but she knows he's depressed even if he denied it. She kept silent for awhile, she hate the fact she can't win or be right for everything she said because he's always got more and more to say. "Even if I trade my life with yours, I still can keep trying the reason to smile. It depends on how we live. If you keep think negatively, you won't be able to see the reason for you to keep smiling, Ilhoon" she said, her eyes never leave him. She bit on her lower lip, once again she can't debate with what he said. She completely know how he felt. She know it was her fault. "I'm glad your mom ask me to come. But even if she didn't ask me to come today, I will always find you. I'm sorry. I didn't even want to do that-". She sighs softly, couldn't find the right words to say. "You're lying. My life never been good since I left. I shall say I ruined my life". With that, she stood up, taking his hand. "Get up. Follow me". Before he could say anything, she pull him with her, walking out of the cafe.

@Tia Ilhoon's eyes followed the female's moves; she seemed different for some reason or maybe he had forgotten about how she was when they were kids, it was possible. ''If you regret staying then you can't blame it on me, I gave you the oportunity to walk away, keep that in mind'' the male reminded her before he nodded his head once at his own comment. He rolled his eyes as a sigh escaped his lips ''I'm not stressed'' he kept his calm tone ''And? You should know I'm not like everyone else, not that actually makes a difference but I'm not who you think I am. I'm not depressed, I'm just not that happy'' he shrugged his shoulders slightly, taking a look at his hot hands; it hurt a bit and he watched to scratch them since they were itchy but it would give away he was in pain so he simply lift his head to face the female. ''Do you want to trade? You come live my life and then we'll see where are the reasons to smile, what do you say?'' He challenged her, shaking his head right after. ''God damn it, were you expecting me to kiss you as soon as I saw you come in, Tia? How do you think I felt when you left? Did you even think of that? You know, even though I may not look like, I have feelings, I grew up to be something I didn't want to but I have damn feelings.'' he stared at her, she wasn't the only one hurting if it was the right word to express what was happening. He, more than anyone was feeling down, perhaps he even fit in the word she had previously said, depressed. ''The fact you confessed to me has nothing to do with this, Tia. You knew perfectly well the state I was in yet you still wanted to drive me to my limit. Want me to clap? You've done it. I'm not blaming you for leaving, I'm saying you're idiot for coming back. Especially under my mother's orders.'' Ilhoon sighed heavily and shook his head, knowing he felt lonely. He said to himself he wouldn't mind if she left but deep down, he knew he would. ''My life's good.'' he lied, biting his bottom lip slightly out of an habit he got when lieing. ''What about yours?''

@ilhoon Tia shakes her head again and again. "I never feel bothered. I won't go. I'm here and that's it. I won't go or leave you". She look at him curiously, she knows it's hard to make him smile. Even when the first time they met, he was hard to smile or laugh. "You are stress. I took psychology and I know you are stress or depressed. I'm majoring in law, something I don't even like". She stares at him for awhile as he sipped on his coffee. "You still have reasons. For yourself". His question make her feels clueless. Does she even free? "I don't know. I just feel the same".
She rest her chin on her palms while looking at him. "You're being much more cold than before to me. Is it because I confessed to you what I felt for you before I left? Is it because I left without a proper goodbye? I'm sorry if you're mad at me for leave you like that", she sighed. Yeah, she used to like him when they were friends. And he never felt the same. And a day after her confession day, she left him without saying goodbye. "How's your life now?".

@Tia The male was just very quiet, it was his nature. The moment her hands took the drink away from his, he frowned. He didn't want to be there. Sure he didn't want to make the female feel bad because of his actions but he didn't want to be with her either. After having her away from him for so long, he got used to this loneliness feeling. ''It's alright'' he skipped her first question, staring quietly at his hands ''It's not like it will hurt later'' he commented after she suddenly worried for him. He quietly watched her hands caress his red palms.
''You're free to go if you feel bothered'' he told her, not wanting to keep her there as there was nothing to say. She was away from him for so long that he grew even more distant than he already was. It seemed like he had grown up in a world, apart from the 'normal' world. He didn't care about anybody, not even himself. Seeing her laugh brought back memories of when they were actually little and used to play around. He still didn't let a smile invade his lips. He didn't bother to show her any kind of happiness. ''It's your life so you do what you want with it. That's why I'm saying, if my mom brought you here against your will, you should go. Before she actually asks something else from you'' he commented, remembering how the character he was, being his mother's fault. ''How could I change? The world changes, I don't. I guess I just got taller, apart from that, I'm still that quiet and colorless kid.'' he shrugged his shoulders, knowing perfectly well she understood him. His eyes followed her hand before they looked back at the female. ''I'm not stressed. You did, but that doesn't mean I actually have to. I have no reasons to'' he shrugged his shoulders, bringing his coffee up to his lips before he sipped on it and took a look at the outside ''How's it..How does it feel like? Being free'' he asked her, not looking at her.

@ilhoon Tia take a deep breath and look at him again. She know he won't be expected she's the one who came instead of his mother. "Can't I be here?", she asked, slightly feel disappointed with it. He seem not wanting to see her there. Tia scanned the guy in front of her. He changed, he looks better than before at least. When was the last time she met him, she could not even figure out. No proper goodbye were made, she just left like that and she felt bad for Ilhoon. She shakes her head lightly, removing his hands that were holding the hot glass. "You'll burn your hands". She rubs his palms with her cold hands, showing a small smile that she used to show to him.
"I don't think I need to leave. I'm here already, and it doesn't matter", she said, still rubbing his palms before she stops and look at him without letting his hands go. "I have nothing to take care of, I think?", she laughed though there's nothing funny. "I just want to see my friend, can't I ? You didn't change a lot, don't you?". She move her hand to his hair, playfully ruffling it, just like how she did to him before. The fun time they used to have. She miss it though. "Stop being so stress, Ilhoon. You should smile and laugh. Didn't I told you that before?".

@Tia Hearing the female's voice made the male turn his face to face her, especially because she said his name. Ilhoon's eyes scanned her face before he tilted his head slightly, keeping himself quiet. How he hated the fact his brain remembered her and how he hated the fact his mother didn't show up yet. Suddenly something made sense, his mother wasn't going to come, she set up this lie adding it to the amount of lies he had lived in. Yet again, his lips pressed into a straight line, as if stopping him from talking. His hands held tightly onto the glass that was pretty hot; he felt his hands burn but there was still no reaction for it. ''Why are you here?'' he quietly asked her, lifting his eyes as he let her hear his voice for the first time; sure he remembered her and sure she changed. By the look on her face, she didn't want to be there and this was uncomfortable; this made him feel even more out of place. Was he that hard to accept? Probably, especially because of his own closed personality. His brain started thinking, his mother had set this up to give him a break but this only made him feel worst; he wanted to work, that way he wouldn't be there...standing in front of someone he had liked but now means nothing to him since he doesn't mean anything to her either. He didn't bother to smile at her, he didn't bother to show any kind of surprise nor any other emotion since she probably didn't care either. Whatever she was speaking, couldn't make it to his ears; her voice disapeared in the air; he had to look at her lips and try to understand what she was saying, it was like she was speaking a different language he wasn't able to translate. Human interactions was not something he appreciated after all. He wasn't paying attention to her words at all, he wanted to run away from there but he still didn't panick; he kept his poker face, perhaps showing her he didn't want her there. Deep down, he knew he wanted to talk to someone and to be comprehended, still there was no use.
His brown eyes scanned her features once again, noticing how much she had changed; her hair had gotten longer and her cheeks were no longer chubby; she was slimmer and taller. He didn't change though. His eyes were still empty like before, his hair was still messy as he didn't care much about his looks. He had turned a bit pale though; those were the changes that occured, other than that, he was the same. Perhaps a bit empty than before. Still the same Ilhoon.
''You don't need to be here if you don't want to. My mom set this up, I'm sorry'' he whispered quietly to her, knowing she was able to hear him; he simply didn't want to speak louder as his words didn't amaze him; his words were empty, perhaps dry and sharp like before. He didn't understand how she kept up with him, he had always been a headache for everyone around him and he was positive she was no exception, perhaps her parents had taught her that even if she didn't like him, he was lonely. Perhaps her smiles back then were as empty as he is now. Or perhaps he was just living in a lie again. She knew who he was, she could also be there wanting him to work on something, with that thought, he straightened his body and looked at the female ''Is there anything you want me to take care of?''

@ilhoon It is just a few days she's staying in Korea, she had to move from California to further her studies there. She wasn't really interested in studying law, the fact she's not that suitable to be a lawyer; she never be a serious person. She doesn't has anyone she knows there and she's alone - until this one lady ask her to meet her son, yeah he was her childhood friend before she moved back to California and lost contact with him. She refused to see him at first but his mother kept insisting and persuaded her until she gave up and agreed.
Today is the day, after a few years they had lost contact, she's going to see him. With a proper clothes, she makes her way to a cafe she's supposed to go. Since it's been a long time, she had forgotten the way in the unfamiliar city, everything have changed; it's so different. Having difficulty to find the cafe, she finally there, standing outside of the cafe. She took a deep breath, somehow felt nervous to see her childhood friend, he's surely couldn't recognize her, probably. She entered the cafe, looking around till she spotted this one guy, she knows it is him from the photo his mother showed to her. Slowly, she approaches him and stood in front of him for awhile. He doesn't even bothering himself to look up at her. He seems different, of course he is, they have grown up in different ways. Without saying anything, she took a seat in front of him. With an awkward cough, she broke the silence. "It's been awhile, Ilhoon". It feels awkward to call his name. She seems has forgotten the way she called him in the past. "It's me, Tia, if you still remember me. And I'm sure you're still not able to remember my full name, just like before". Whatever it is, she doesn't even know what she was talking to him, the fact it could embarrassed herself; especially if he doesn't remember her at all she will leave right now.

@Tia Ilhoon's lips were pressed together as he stared at the table right in front of him. His mother was late and Ilhoon just didn't like waiting, especially for his mother, but, as usual, he kept quiet and listened to her; he was so much more than his mother thought but he also knew she would never see that because of their situation. Being a spy was nowhere near easy, he had to give up on his life - which he never really had - and give up on whatever relationships such as friendship he had built until then. Truth was, his friends list was never that big, due to his mother's sharp words. Ilhoon always kept his lips shut, knowing whatever he said wouldn't change a thing.
The male had already ordered something, just to keep himself warm. Sure he didn't have friends but he didn't care about other people's thoughts either; it was like he could read them all, especially the ones in the waiter's head. He kept calm though, having everyone staring at him was nothing new to him, he had always been different, he had always been the one standing out, for the reasons people thought weren't acceptable. His looks sure were pretty much acceptable but inside his mind, everything was redirected to a one word sentence; people could see something was just not right with him, perhaps he grew up to be a robot he didn't choose to be.
His eyes glanced at the watch before he noticed someone aproaching the table. He wanted to say something like 'finally' but he wouldn't dare to speak to his mother like that, not when he could say something that wasn't actually suitable for him to say. Seeing a skirt made him realize it was just not who he was waiting for. His mother never used skirts; the male looked away, not bothering to look at the female who aproached him, probably it was just someone who was going to sit on the table next to his anyways.
