1 there will be two voting system going on. one is to select the nominees, and one is to vote the winners
2. awards will happen every month
3. winners are not allowed to be nominated for the same category for the next two months. this is to allow others to have a chance of winning as well.
4. rookies or new comers will have their dp's on the wall for a total of three days.
5. everyone is encouraged to interact with the rookies or new comers to help them feel welcome and a part of the family.
6. everyone is encouraged to participate in the voting of every category for the awards.
7. you are not allowed to nominate yourself or your partner. for example, sinb is not allowed to nominate i.m. for any category and vice versa.
8. F and O is the form to nominate and R and M is the form to vote for winners
