his words replay in his mind a few times over as the two walk hand in hand toward the park, only taking a few cycles for him to realize exactly what he'd said. a small part of him hoped you wouldn't notice, but those hopes are crushed when you open your mouth upon reaching the park.
b–but, people say they love each other all the time! i mean...um...the real confession needs to much more romantic. i take it back!

it's with brisk steps that i interlace my fingers with yours, leading you over towards the greenery with a soft hum, for many minutes i had been more focused on finding my way to the park than actually what you words were before but now that we've made it, my mind recalls the words that you uttered before and i can't help but let my eyes sparkle with a playful mirth

slowly starts heading towards the park, tucking my hands in my pants pockets and kicking at a rock on the ground. Begins to take in the scenery while walking along the sidewalk, watching the birds and the leaves blow in the wind. Looks ahead of me when the park comes into view, releasing a quiet sigh and smiling faintly as the beautiful flowers and tall trees takes over my vision.
