a game for the dirty.
figure out what order you are going in (age, time you came into the room, alhpabetical order, etc).

** once the game has started, no one else can join!

you start with 5 fingers (turns). each person states something that they have never done. if anyone has done that thing, they must put a finger down. someone will keep track of how many lives each person has left.

the winner gets to change the name of the first one out of the game, to whatever they want, for 24 hours.
