If I was a scumbag I would have given you a low price, sell the place for high price and keep the benefit money for myself. You're lucky I'm not. /he said, humming to himself as he tried to give a raw estimation about the place, getting cut off by your words. Your next words causing him to laugh, he looked at you, trying to see if you're joking with him but he had a feeling the man wasn't joking. He knew no matter what price he'll give that he can sell the place for higher price, after all he does know how this business works/ ok deal, I think this place is worth about $800,000 plus dollars. Remember what you said, if I can sell for a higher price, you owe me a dinner. /he took the entire thing as a joke, thinking he won't lose anything by participating in this little game./ but... let's say I can't sell it for a higher price, what then? Dinner is gonna be on me? /he said half amused /

@★ Christian Yu Somehow, Jaejoong liked the other's attitude. He wasn't like those sellers he encountered before, with an extremely smooth speech and almost flirty way of interacting. Yu was keeping it down to business, just as he needed to, and Jaejoong could only nod to the other's words. "No, the kitchen just wasn't my taste, so I replaced it." He chuckled, smiling at the next words spoken aloud. That was great- if he could get a high price for it, maybe he really could pay off a large deal of his debts. "How old... I think it was built around 2007? But I'm not sure. Also, the price... I'm not familiar with house prices at the moment, I'm afraid." Jaejoong bit his lip, thinking, then a mischievous smile tugged on his lips, eyes fixed on the handsome estate agent. "Wanna make a bet out of it? You name a price you think this place is worth. If you sell it higher than that, I'll treat you on dinner." It was a gamble, for it might just make the other lose all interest in the whole case. Then again, Jaejoong really wanted the other to try and get the best out of it, and he sure wouldn't mind spending a dinner in his company.

He patiently listened to the man's words, taking mental notes of everything he is telling him about the apartment and about the price he wishes to get for it. At first sight, Christian thought it will be a piece of cake to get the man the price he wanted/ apartment like these, at the center of the city are snatched very fast. Your house has a very good starting point because of the location. The large windows are also a big plus for the apartment. /he explained, following the man around the house and taking extra attention to the small details that usually slip away from people's eyes. He walked to the kitchen, looking at the sink and the high ceiling/ the kitchen is looking good, did you had leaking problems here before? /he casually asked, continuing to follow the man thru the house and once they reach the bedroom Christian nodded thoughtfully/ some customers might want the furnitues put but I'm sure most of the people won't mind them at all. The place, overall a pretty good one. The chances for it to sell are high both because of the location and because it's very large. How old is the house? And while we are at at, what is your price to kick of with?

It was clear from his stance, the tension in his shoulder and the way he kept his lower arm, like he had just looked onto his watch - what was a very plausible guess. But Jaejoong couldn't turn back time, and so he just nodded. "I'll keep it quick, then." Jaejoong shut the door, giving the other a moment to look around on his own. Almost all furniture was still in place. It was too modern a style of XClusive, and so he kept it here. He looked at the estate agent, who looked (as far as looks mattered) like he knew about his expertise. Good. Handsome, too, a real face of the company. Jaejoong offered him a small smile, hoping to apologize a bit for his coming late still. "Alright, as you say. Yes; I've made quite some investments recently, and it would be great if I could pay some debts back. The house is fully paid for, so there's no hurry. I'd rather you take a longer time selling it if it gains a higher price." After that he hesitated for a moment - usually he would offer any visitor a drink, but since this Yu was in such a hurry, he decided not to. He made an arm movement. "Well, as you see we're in the living room now. It has quite a lot of windows, to the south. The kitchen, over here-" He walked to the open kitchen. "... has been renewed three years ago. It has the most advanced functionalities one could wish for." As thus, he led the agent through his house, with two bathrooms (one smaller downstairs, one bigger upstairs), two large bedrooms, an office and a small extra room he now used for storage. It was clean, spacious, with an oak floor, just like downstairs. Jaejoong led the other into his old bedroom at last. Everything was still intact, although the closet was empty now, and the bedsheets missing. "As you see, I'm leaving behind quite some furniture. I hope that's no problem. What do you think so far?" he asked, turning toward the other male.

@♚ Kim Jaejoong /if there was something Christian hated when it came to work and meetings, it's was people being late to a meeting. He never understood how people's minds are like, he never understood how they think it's OK to let a person wait for them as if the world is revolving around them and as if what they say or do goes. He sighed, slightly frustrated he peeked at his watch. He's been waiting for almost thirdy minutes now and the man he set the meeting with is not even seen. He walked back and forth in front of the house, hoping he got the right address and cursing under his breath. He decided to wait for ten more minutes - if the guy doesn't show up he'll leave. He waited, the minutes passed and as he was digging his phone from his pocket he heard a voice, an unfamiliar voice. He turn his head immediately and scanned the figure in front of him, waving his hand dissmisevly because there was no point to say anything. What could he do if it did affect him? He had enough experience to know that it's just something people say to sound less careless./ let's hurry, I have an other meeting across town in two hours. /he said dryly, stepping inside the house as soon as the man opened it for him. He stood there, the first thing that caught his attention was how large the house was , from outside it really didn't look that big/ show me around first. So I can estimate the value the of the place. I'm guessing you want the highs price, right?

@★ Christian Yu Jaejoong cursed, once more checking his watch and urging the taxi driver to hurry the up. He had an appointment with an estate agency to sell his old house. The place had been empty for a few weeks now, but considering the hectic days around XClusive Jaejoong just couldn't muster the energy to hurry up and sell it. However, he did need the money - Building XClusive had cost a small fortune, and Jaejoong owned quite some money but not -that- much, so he needed the pay from the house to pay back some debt. However, time was already heading quickly towards half past four, and their appointment had been at 4. . Jaejoong hated it if others were late, and thus hated it even more when he himself was late. But he couldn't have left that angry customer shouting at nobody, now could he?

Quickly he hopped off the taxi and hurried towards his house. The agency didn't have a key yet, that too was to be handed over today, and so someone was indeed waiting in front of the house. "I apologize," Jaejoong said first, taking a deep breath. "Something came up. I hope it didn't affect you too badly. Shall we get in?" At that he opened the door, inviting the estate agent to the already empty house.
