masters are allowed only one kitten at a time. it is possible for them to disown the kitten without their consent. it costs 100 points for someone to adopt a kitten; however, it is requested that you.. gain the kitty's trust, and have their agreement to the adoption process. that said, you technically do not require the consent of the feline to adopt. however, if a complaint comes from a kitten to nullify the adoption, the master will be put on a penalty for a week and they will be freed.
