@myoui mina ★ "Haha, that's true! I guess I'm not too old, is seventeen old?" Joohyun rambled, chuckling softly as she stepped off the ice and sat down to take off her skates and out her winter boots back on. "You'd teach me? That's so nice, wow." Joohyun nodded excitedly. She chuckled at the sweet excitement hot chocolate brought on. "Okie dokie, we can go now."

@bae joohyun "The good thing about ice skating is that you can learn it at any age~ Just not too old!" Mina said, raising her forefinger to state a point. "And I can teach you if you'd like!" The chance to share her knowledge and love for ice skating rarely ever came to her. Her eyes lit up at the mention of hot coffee, child-like delight twinkling in her them. "Let's go, let's go, let's go!"

@myoui mina ★ "Ah, I see." Joohyun nodded, careful to stay paying attention to her feet too. "You did ballet too? Wow." She sighed. "That's awesome." Joohyun let a small, shy smile rise on her lips, a small shrug of her shoulders. "I was too scared, I was a pretty introverted child, still am sorta." She chuckled softly, looking back up to Mina as they approached the other side of the rink. "Say, wanna get some hot chocolate now? We can go to the bonfire."

@bae joohyun Mina watched Joohyun carefully, listening to her speak. "I was pretty serious about ice skating, you know?" she said. "I was learning ballet when someone suggested to me that I should try ice skating! We were at a public ice rink for fun~ And that's when I met my coach!" Her tone had taken a more cheerful and excited tone, she was happy that she could share this with someone else. "Why didn't you try it back then though? You're a quick learner!"

@myoui mina ★ Joohyun slowly eased her hand away from Mina's, her posture straightening up as she slid on the skates just as slowly. "You had routines, wow, I'm envious." Joohyun mused. "I have always loved skating, I watched it on TV a lot as a child." Joohyun looked back up, seeing minas smile had her grinning back with a childish grin, a happy grin that she'd kept herself upright for a few moments unassisted.

@bae joohyun Mina really smiled a lot toward Joohyun, and Mina could say that she definitely liked the other. "I'd let you see me skate someday! When I remember some of the routines, though," she replied. There were still a few routines she could remember but not fully and she didn't think her memory was accurate as well. She had videos of herself skating though - she could watch that, or maybe let the other watch it as well.

@myoui mina ★ "I'm hanging in there." Joohyun chuckled, letting go of one hand and pushing forward on her skates, actually moving forward and not down on her bottom like she expected. Joohyun let out a nervous laugh, seeing the shy smile upon Mina's lips. "You must still have some skill to be able to just waltz about on the ice, I'd love to see you really skate."

@nakamoto yuta listening to you, my eyes shifted up at you with lips curled into a grin that caused the dimples to dig deeply into both of my cheeks. it was nice to see you like this, to see you speaking so passionately about this. I took a moment to appreciate the special smile that this amount of passion brought to your lips, or the way it caused your eyes to sparkle. it was a sight to see, truly. and for a moment, I was happy that I was able to witness such a thing. "would you look at that, you're gonna be amazing." clasping my hands together, I look forward and rub them together while reaching out to take the handle of the cafeteria door to open it, soon slipping in before you and turning to face you with a wide grin. "maybe you're right. maybe we both have met someone. I guess time will tell, huh?" wiggles my brows playfully to you while pointing to you, soon turning back around while my fingers tug down the zipper of my large coat before I remove it and set it upon one of the tables. I also remove my hair from the ponytail that it was in, exhaling in content. "finally, some warmth. but yeah I mean, I don't really look for relationships. i'm more of a -- what comes, comes. and I don't really care about what people think about me. it's what I think that matters, and my family and my friends." takes a step onto one of the tables carelessly before doing a little spin, then looking down at you. "okay, what's your dream country to visit?"

@ariana grande "Maybe I will do that. Become a huge company and have tons of stores across Korea and maybe Japan. I can prove myself in a different way. I'll be a fair guy as well, but strict as well. After all, you don't want personal relationships to interfere with business relationships. Drama happens. Corruption, lawsuits, and then bankruptcy. I will make sure to have no tolerance for knuckle-headary." I smiled proudly, already dreaming my new future that I just started thinking about seriously. It was weird, but my eyes were being opened wider. It was a weird feeling once again, but I liked it. "You'll fit either job. But I know you'll excel in both." I gave encouragement since you had done the same for me. I just needed to reciprocate the gesture. Finding out you also didn't have a dating history like me, it seemed off that no guy had wanted to date you. You appeared a womanly vibe and you were attractive. It was upsetting that people were sticking by spread words and not the truth. "That's not cool. They just believe stuff from other people. I'm sure there is someone for you out there. And who knows, you might meet that person here, or you may have already met them." I ran my fingers through my hair to fix it. "Your dream sounds nice. I want to travel as well. I have yet to visit another country besides the one I live in."

I mean, I think you could do that! that's really cool, physical therapy and all. who knows, maybe one day you'll have your own company where your this huge ceo and can be your own boss and everything. I can see you doing that." nods with a smile lit upon my features, looking up at you before laughing softly at your words about dating. "well, my dream - surprise - is to be a singer. but if that's not realistic then.... maybe a stylist. like a fashion stylist. or a vocal teacher? something with singing, probably. that's my dream. i've always been told i'd never be able to do it, so i'd like to see myself achieve something like that, you know?" shrugs with a quiet laugh before pursing my lips. "I actually haven't dated, guys don't seem to be into me, I guess. people would hear things about me back in california and would stick with it. there weren't really people that wanted to get to know me for who I am or what I like. but i'm kind of like you. I wanna marry early, but mostly because I want to do things with my person, you know? travel and see the world together before kids get into the picture. i've always dreamed of adopting one day. y'know, things like that." nods my head in almost certainty, turning my head to look up at you.

@ariana grande "My dream job is to be a physical therapist. But I want to be an owner as well. So like being a CEO, but a worker too. I don't know if I can do that, but it never hurts to try." I smiled and had fantasized my dream. "I actually one of those people who want to get married early, but I can wait though. Problem is, I never dated before, so I'll probably freeze up when I meet the person I like." I looked at you and thought of my question. "since you asked two, I will ask you two. What's your dream, and have you dated before?"

@nakamoto yuta “that’s a nice dream to have. what’s your dream job?” I question, eyes shifting to you as my nose peaks beneath the fabric of my coat once more. I felt as if bringing up your situation at home was a sensitive topic. but I was curious to know if your dream job even matched closely to the job that you mentioned your parents wanting you to have. you must’ve heard how I reacted to your situation multiple times by different people, but i wanted you to know that it’s okay if you’re tired of it. and if you needed anyone that I would be there- yet I was stuck and unsure how to put it into words. so instead, I just anticipated whatever response I would receive about my question

@ariana grande For a while, none of us talked, maybe you may have said a word or two, but they must've been soft whispers, undetectable for me to hear. When you finally spoke up again, I just nodded to your words, feeling like I shouldn't have said what I did say. But like usual, I already said it so there was no point of taking it back, all I could do was just agree and just do what I had been doing with you today. "My dream is just live a good life. Be happy, have a wife and kids, a nice home for all of us. Stable jobs and income."

@nakamoto yuta realizing that it wasn’t my place to say anything about your life, I could only press my lips together and stay silent. but, I knew, anyone would really, that it would be tiring. especially the way that you spoke about it just now. maybe it was bad for me to say anything in the first place. “sorry,” my words came out in a small whisper, my throat clearing softly while I shook my head. “thanks. but I dont— I don’t need sympathy, you know? or to be treated differently. it’s doing things like this, with people like you. I’m getting through.” stays silent while we walk for a few moments, soon looking up at you with a wide grin. “my turn. what’s your dream?”

@ariana grande "I'm used to it though. It doesn't tire me out anymore. Don't worry about it." I looked away, my expression changing darker, despite saying it was all good. Listening to your story changed my expression once again, saddening as you went on with your story. Suddenly I felt bad for asking your background, but I had asked anyway, so there was no point of regretting to take it back. "Wow, your story is really heart-wrenching. I may not understand what you been through, but I can do my best to sympathize with you. I'll truly be here to listen if you ever need an ear."

@bae joohyun "Yep! The easiest ones, anyway, if it's possible," Mina said as she nodded in confirmation. "I'm pretty confident you'd get this down before this day ends, so hang in there, Joo!" She smiled widely in encouragement. Joohyun learned faster than Mina expected—she had originally thought it was going to be a lot harder, but she was glad and happy that she was easy to teach to. Her cheeks flushed a hint of red at the other's words, lips curling up shyly. "Well, I used to skate a lot before I stopped a year ago. This is actually the first time I've stepped into the ice after a while."

@myoui mina ★ "Some moves?" Joohyun smiled, her laugh hesitant as she wobbled a little, regaining her balance with a little assistance from Mina. "I love figure skating, but for now I'd just like to not fall." Joohyun chuckled, fingers curling around Mina's as she slid forward. Only now she realized that Mina had been skating backwards. "You must be really good at skating to be skating backwards." Joohyun smiled, sliding forward as she slowly moved across the ice.

@bae joohyun Mina had to move one foot behind so they wouldn't fall together. "Be careful!" she said, tone laced with concern and worry. Her hands instinctively went to to the other's arms, holding onto them tightly. "We have a long time ahead together, so take your time learning! Who knows, I might teach you some moves," she said with a grin, moving her eyebrows up and down playfully.

@myoui mina ★ Joohyun slowly felt more secure, the longer she stayed upright and not falling she felt more at ease. She smiled shakily at Mina as she watched the other place a hand on her chest, momentarily distracting the elder, almost causing her to lose her balance again. "Eek!" Joohyun chirped, grabbing for Mina again. "I'd like to be skate buddies!" She chuckled, trying not to tumble.

@bae joohyun Mina felt like a proud mother for some reason - it was strange because Mina wasn't the type to get along well with children - but watching Joohyun finally be able to stand by herself in the ice made her feel proud. Was this what teachers felt? Her hand went to her chest unconsciously. She then smiled widely, showing her teeth. "Yep! I'll stay with you! I want to see you skate, you know? And~ we might become skate buddies!" Not to mention, she wanted to watch Joohyun's progress.

@myoui mina ★ "Oh no, I love the outdoors! I'm just clumsy at sports." Joohyun chuckled, pushing forward on her skates a little more, slowly gaining her confidence. "Baby steps." Joohyun repeated, nodding as she loosened her grip a little more. She took hesitant steps, finally letting go of Mina's hands, but shaky as she slid forward just a touch. "I think I'm getting it." Joohyun chuckled, looking up at Mina for reassurance. "You- you'll stay with me though right? I don't think I can manage across the rink alone."

@bae joohyun "Oh, so are you not the type to enjoy outdoor activities?" Mina asked. She had a lot of friends who didn't enjoy them, choosing to spend more time inside their rooms than have to face more humans. While she could definitely relate to them, she still held the love for ice skating, despite not doing it for a year or so. Mina chuckled shyly, "I just wanted to help, is all," she said. She could feel that Joohyun might be getting more confident in her balance and allowed the other to loosen her grip on Mina's hand. "Baby steps, baby steps, you know?" she had muttered that without really thinking about it. "Hmm, do you want to try moving toward me on your own? I'll have to let you go, but I'll try to catch you if you fall!"

@myoui mina ★ "It really is, I'm not very good at sports either." She chuckled, feeling the shake in her legs lessen the longer she stayed upright. Joohyun glanced down at her feet, straightening up a bit, still a few inches shorter then Mina. "You're very kind, Mina." Joohyun replied, a soft crooked smile upon her lips. She loosened her grip upon Mina's hands a little. "Am I? I feel like a child." She laughed wholeheartedly.

@bae joohyun "It's really hard the first time! Everyone goes through this, so don't worry about it too much." Mina could remember how much her legs struggled. She used to be quite clumsy when she was a child - she had no idea how she became a dancer and an ice skater with how clumsy she was before. She gained a lot of injuries and wounds, most disappeared as she grew up but the ones that stayed, she covered with a bit of makeup. She smiled warmly at Joohyun's apology. "No need to apologize! I offered this from the bottom of my heart!" She watched Joohyun's posture, how the other balance herself. "Ooh! You're doing great!"

@myoui mina ★ Joohyun nodded, hands holding onto Mina's with a vice grip, still shaking as she slid her feet apart and tried her best not to let her ankles buckle. "Okay... Okay." Joohyun nodded, breathing carefully. "Its a lot harder then I thought." Joohyun chuckled softly, fingers gripping Mina's as she met the girls gaze with a look of a apology. "I'm sorry for this."
