@hyuna m. Honestly, Hoseok didn't know why he was here. He's not much of a person who likes to hang around and do nothing; his life is rather always on the move. He didn't like sitting in a place and wasting his life; but today seems to be Hoseok's lazy day and he didn't want to do nothing except lazing around in a cafe, enjoying a glass of strawberry milkshake and a piece of blueberry cheesecake. Hoseok was honestly doing nothing. He completed all of his assignments earlier to avoid being stressed out by the incoming deadlines; and now, he really had nothing to do except for watching funny videos on Youtube. Even that gets boring after am hour of laughing, feeling his abdomen to be tense due to the the aftermath of literally laughing out loud. He scanned around the cafe; there's this cute waitress and a pair of couple. Sweet. Oh, wait. They were bickering. Not so sweet. There's a rather pretty lady-- which looks familiar to him. He tried to recall his memories on the girl, but to no avail, failed so but he knew he met this girl before. He was just unsure where he met her.

@hyojong k. Chanyeol was more than sure this man could tell that Chanyeol has a rough night. It’s not like Chanyeol looked like his job, definitely not. Chanyeol was a smart, laidback student at the local university and had a peppy attitude and an unfathomable optimism. Not everyone is what they seemed, was probably the best way to describe who Park Chanyeol was. Despite his tired half smiles and taps of the fingertips across the marble counter, he was much more than just a university student.

“What’s life without a little poison, hm?” He smiled, and his regular charisma floored back into him with a wink. “Makes things more fun, don’t you say?”

He was quite sure this coffee was going to taste like complete crap with a side of tar, but hey, he was used to it. Chanyeol never made coffee enjoyable, because was it really? It was just supposed to keep him awake for the next few hours, and if the espresso lived up to it’s disgusting title, it may keep him awake for all of his classes. Chanyeol wouldn’t bet on that, though.

Said tall lanky man strolled over to a seat and sat down in it, tapping his fingers once again on the surface of the table, peering out the window to the awakening city. The sky was a light blue but the buildings still held shadows. This was a time of day Chanyeol really didn’t mind.

@chanyeol p. Hyojong raised an eyebrow at the strange request, scoffing a little. "So, you want me to poison you?" he asked, resting his head on one hand. He observed the other man, noting the bags under his eyes and the marks on his sweater. It would be rude to call him a mess but there were other ways to get around that. "You look dead already, so I'm sure a little bit of an overdose will be fine." he shook his head,, before standing upright again. "I'll give you four." he covered his mouth with his fist and cleared his throat, glancing behind him at the door to the back, then whispered. "Plus one."

With one more glance backward, Hyojong winked and put his finger over his mouth, using the other hand to point the stranger to a table.

There was nothing wrong with five shots, as long as he didn't have any more coffee. The man would probably be bouncing off the wall but that, quite frankly, wasn't his problem. Hyojong also wasn't completely sure if the taste would be pleasant, but maybe this man could handle it. He had seen more surprising things than this, after all.

@hyojong k. Usually, Chanyeol didn’t have rough nights. He had been setting up for years to make the nights easy, so that he wasn’t so drained and disheveled come the next day. He was a college student, after all, and would really like not to look like complete crap when he went to his noon class. He only had one morning class, and usually he didn’t work at night, but tonight he had to. The class was in about two hours, and Chanyeol needed to look alive after a long night working. It was hard to when his sweater was slightly stained and the circles were prominent as ever.

After a shower and a cup of coffee, Chanyeol was sure he would look at least somewhat presentable.

So, there he was, wandering the streets at some early time in the morning, on a quest for a coffee shop that was open and that was hopefully, not very full. There was a little quaint one he found, that only had one barista in it, and he thought that hey, maybe that’s where the coffee was.

He trudged in, but he tried to put some sort of bounce in his step. He probably failed, though. “Well, uh... just black coffee. But put some espresso shots in there— whatever the amount you’re allowed to give me... times ten.”

@chanyeol p. Hyojong leaned against the bar, eyes lazily trained on the entrance. There was only one other person working this early in the morning, no one had even started coming in for coffee before they went to work or to class, and it was the weekend so he didn't expect too much this early anyway. With a glance at the clock, he confirmed that it had still only been ten minutes since they opened and he was sure it would be a while before anyone came in, but he had to stay waiting just in case. He didn't want to get in trouble again for taking time to rest a little. But... it wouldn't be bad if he just closed his eyes a little, right?

He had never fallen asleep. It had only been 5 minutes or so, and Hyojong had just closed his eyes, basking in peace and quiet for a little and listening to the nice, natural white noise. He was knocked out of this peace by the sound of the bell above the door. He flinched, quickly standing upright and blinking to readjust, noticing the tired looking customer entering. "A-ah, welcome," he cleared his throat, silently scolding himself, "Welcome- what can I get for you?"
