Sugar daddies are allowed to own their own place (ex. house or condo).  But they can also purchase "rental spaces". These are temporary housings for whatever their endeavors are. Theoretically, a sugar daddy can totally puchase a space per each sugar baby they own, if they want to keep it personal.
Sugar babies at Sweet Tooth are required to live on the facility for a.) easy access and b.) accountability. Their suites are lavish, apartment style living. They can choose to reside in their daddy's rental space if they want. If they get into an official relationship, they're allowed to leave the facility and get a place of their own.
