meetings are often held on this floor, as it's filled with lots of long tables perfect for meetings. and by meetings, i mean screaming at each other for two hoiurs and then discussing for the last fifeen minutes of the assigned time. the last time the seven department heads had a meeting was absolutely chaotic - hell was almost torn apart.
