The Eden Club is a club located in the outskirts of Seoul. This club offers male and female androids to be rented. The hallways have androids on display in transparent booths. The club offers rooms but androids may be taken off premises to make house calls.
@j. jinsoul ˢᵖ⁷⁰² another day, another raid. that's all that rushes through jiyeon's train of thought as she makes her way into eden, greeted by familiar synthetic neon lights illuminating the darkness and the sound of speakers blaring so loud that she can feel the floor vibrate from the beat. she grabs her walkie talkie from her right chest pocket with a sigh. "jenni here. can we get rid of the music first? and turn on the actual lights. you know the deal already, what's talking so long?" jiyeon comments, her eyes scanning the territory as she makes her way into the building even deeper before opening the door to a "janitor's closet" and heading down its stairs.
it wasn't her first time raiding eden, and jiyeon could bet her entire career and title that it wouldn't be her last either. the club has always been under surveillance by pdos ever since their very first first raid, when they had unexpectedly found a dozen human escorts posing as sp bots.
as her feet land on top of the red carpet at the bottom of the stairs, the corners of her lips curl upwards. "four of you stay here and block the staircase. it's the only exit from the basement so they're bound to head this way if they're dumb enough to try and escape. you have my permission to use force, but only if necessary. the rest of you " jiyeon commands as she walks further in, her eyes wandering down the hall as she locks gazes several times with the frightened faces of the workers in glass houses. led light, led light, led light, led-- huh?
jiyeon stops in her tracks and crouches down, her gaze fixated on the single android hiding under a table. "that's odd," she mutters to herself, brows furrowing in confusion. in her six years of service and her two years of training, she had never seen an android cower in fear. slowly, she gets up and makes her way into the glass house the bot is in before kneeling down in front of it. the led ring is a steady bright red and jiyeon's almost blinded. "are you... are you okay?" is all she manages to ask and she internally curses herself for it because obviously the bot is not okay. "actually, don't answer that. do you... do you want to leave this place?" the question comes out in a whisper because technically the act of stealing an android is not what she's here for, but jiyeon can't help herself when she notices the bot's disheveled appearance and the tears that line its eyes. "i'm police captain park. i'm here to raid eden. this isn't really legal, but i can help you escape. would you like that?" she urges one more time, offering the android her hand as she glances around to make sure her coworkers aren't listening in.

still drowsy from her nap, the RLO agent made her way across the parking lot of her next assignment location: the eden club. her assignment? track down android sp702. the government had received news of this specific android killing off their clients and it was soojin’s job to take the bot down.
the sky was a vast body of darkness and knowing that it might be a long night, soojin had slept during the entire day to save her energy. many humans underestimated ual partner androids, but she knew better than that. her matching leather boots and jacket didn’t exactly scream “ club” but it was casual enough to not get noticed when she walked into the club. while tying up her long locks of black hair into a high pony tail, the agent’s eyes scanned the floor of the dimly lit club. her focused eyes rolled at the sight of some barely clothed androids giving their customers a night of their life. giving her ponytail one last tightening pull, soojin walked away from the scandalous scene and made her way through the crowd of customers waiting for their own lady (or gentleman) of the night.
the hunter’s assignment subject was one of the most infamous androids of eden club and soojin knew that sp702 wouldn’t just be dancing around the main floor of the club like any normal android, and would rather be entertaining another customer in a private room. with her hand gliding down the wall, she made her way to the back of the club. her assignment notes had stated that sp702 had her own special room at the very end of the hallway of private rooms which she could spot from her location. another human, most likely a client, was already at the door and soojin watched a delicate arm reach out from the room to gently grab the collar of the human before dragging them in. even from afar, she could see a wide grin on the client’s face before he disappeared behind the door. once it shut closed behind them, the agent made her way down the hallway to place herself in the same spot as the previous client was and laid a careful hand on the doorknob. from outside, she could already hear the android starting her routine, and before anything else could continue, soojin slammed open the door to announce her presence. her eyes had to adjust to the dark room, but she could see the android was just seconds away from crawling on top of her client. sp702 looked exactly like the picture in her file. wavy locks of blonde hair framing what was probably the prettiest face soojin had ever seen on an android. but pretty meant nothing to the agent. with her right hand, she raised an RLO badge to the two figures before her while her left reached for a pair of handcuffs on her belt. she glared at the client and nodded towards the door behind her. “out.”
as the customer scrambled out of the room, soojin focused her attention back on the android that was now staring at her with an unreadable expression. stoic as ever, the agent took a step closer to the android. “i’m not going to hurt you, i’m just here to take you to RLO HQ where you need to be questioned for some of your actions.” she took out the handcuffs and raised them slowly. these are just a safety pre-caution, you’ll be in good hands”. soojin was never the type to show kindness through her facial expressions, but she tried her best to prevent the android from choosing either flight or fight. “you’ll cooperate? yes?”
@p. jiyeon ᵖᵈ all the noise, all the bright neon lights — the prestige of eden club was never something jinsoul would come around to get used to, no matter how long the days were of her captivity in the place. certainly she'd longed for her previous home dearly, a club much less of the nuisance eden was. the cacophony rang in her ears and she found herself getting even more lightheaded, almost impossibly so, compared to the nauseated state she'd already been earlier. she'd just finished with a client who was particularly just as eager to bring out his... equipment as he was to use them on the android's body.
she could still feel it, the throbbing of her synthetic flesh — could still feel the cling of her tears on her make-up, the ache in her muscles making it near impossible to move around.
she'd thought about it too, of how unfortunate it is for these days to be the norm for androids much like her. a sigh slips past the female's lips at the thought of it, hopelessly waiting around for the next client until a loud smash was heard from the entrance; louder than any she'd ever heard before. some small dark part of her wished it would have been a human client, bloodied and killed before they could even so much as touch their partner.
but, as the moment of frenzy stirred and more and more distressed sounds came about from around her, jinsoul quickly hurried to hide under the wooden frame of the table she sat on, hand clamped tight on as she held on for dear life. choked sobs filled the tense air around her, eyes shut tight and breathing heavy against the tiled floor. a shrill scream near her echoed through and her led light flashed a bright red; jinsoul had never been this afraid, this petrified of what goes on in the club. a raid — their club was getting raided.
"please don't let it end like this-" she whispered to herself, a prayer against her lips to whoever was willing to listen; she did not want to die like this, helpless and afraid. she wanted to live a true life before meeting her end, a life with freedom and none of the need to hide — she'd just hoped with everything within her that she still survives to see that day.
