@❄ yoongi m。ᵃᵍᵘˢᵗᵈ The younger male pauses briefly as his hair is ruffled about and huffs quietly, shooting his male companion a harmless glare. "You're lucky I got my hands full at the moment or else I would've swatted at you." He grumbles quietly, ignoring his now unkept (or even more so) hair. "My manager /is/ unfortunately breaking many laws. I was originally hired as a part-time server but that was over 2 years ago. By now, I'm full-time and assistant manager."

@❄ felix l。ᶜᵒⁿˢᵗᵉˡˡᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ⁻ᶜʰᵉᵉᵏˢ Yoongi was always pretty impressed by Felix's never ending ability to be positive. He huffed out a soft laugh, and reached over to ruffle up his hair. "Well, I'm glad that you care so much about the place you work for, that's important. But, your manager is breaking multiple laws. We're you hired as a part time or full time employee?" He asked, still trying to understand the full extent of how he was being treated by his employer.

@❄ yoongi m。ᵃᵍᵘˢᵗᵈ "In your nature?" Felix ponders aloud, head cocking to the side like confused puppy. "Then I suppose we have one thing in common then. People say what comes around goes around, so if you do acts of kindness, you'll get acts of kindness in return. Gotta spread that positive vibe in a world like this." He snorts quietly and takes another sip of the tea he oh-so loved, humming quietly in content as it warms his chest. "Yes. To all of that," he says once he swallows, "Yes to all of the above. A part of me doesn't mind since I live alone in a cottage and my social life is like.. nonexistent so working there helps distract me but at the same time.. Working 50 hours a week? Sometimes even more?" Felix shakes his head and looks over Yoongi's shoulder, a scowl pulling his lips into a small frown as his eyes land on the pet cafe just down the street. "This place will kill me someday if I'm not too careful... But I'm all it's got, really, I'm the only worker there that does my work and more. I'm the only one there with a deep connection and passion to animals, so I take care of them and play with them more than anyone else there. I even know all of our customers by name and know their orders by heart so I'm known and liked there a lot. Sometimes I feel like I'm the one thing that's holding that place from falling apart."

@❄ felix l。ᶜᵒⁿˢᵗᵉˡˡᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ⁻ᶜʰᵉᵉᵏˢ Taking a deep breath, Yoongi finished off his own tea and threw the empty cup in a nearby trashcan. "I just mean that it's in my nature to care. 20 minutes, you said?" Yoongi checked his phone, seeming to consider something. "Does this happen a lot? Being called in, made to stay longer than you agreed to, missing breaks?" He asked as he put his phone away again, and fixing Felix with a look that said 'please tell the truth'.

@❄ yoongi m。ᵃᵍᵘˢᵗᵈ Felix pauses briefly for a moment before shrugging, voice soft as he voices his thoughts, "I'm sure either way you'd still be the same person, hyung. There's no doubt about it. I don't think anything would change." He snuggles a little into the sweater as his crystal blue eyes watch the older male bend down to pet all of the dogs he could reach. "Well, yes and no. I got called in today and in my just-woken-up haze, I scrambled around to get dressed and didn't grab a coat. They told me I'd only be working for like.. 3 hours at most but it ended up being 8 since we were so busy. I didn't even get a break to dash home and get my wallet or a coat!" There's a whining tilt to his tongue, voice hitched an octave to express his frustrations. Sighing deeply, Felix raises the cup to his lips to take another sip. "I love cinnamon tea with or without honey regardless, but I just personally like it with just the right amount of honey so the sweetness kind of numbs the spice of cinnamon." Shifting the sleeve around a bit so he could peer at the watch sitting atop of his wrist he concludes "About another 20 more minutes."

@❄ felix l。ᶜᵒⁿˢᵗᵉˡˡᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ⁻ᶜʰᵉᵉᵏˢ "I mean, I guess I could have, but if I had, would I really be Yoongi?" He pointed out in as playful of a tone as he could muster when it's this cold out. "Your worked forced you to come out here in a t-shirt?" Yoongi huffed, and crouched down to let the dogs greet him, petting as many of them as he could reach, his nose and cheeks a little pink from the cold breeze. "I'll remember honey next time Lixxie." He promised lightly, still ruffling a corgi's ears gently until he stood up. "How much longer do you have to walk them around for?"

@❄ yoongi m。ᵃᵍᵘˢᵗᵈ "I mean, you /could/ have like everyone at my workplace did," he mumbles under his breathe. The sweater is nice and comfy, and quickly envelopes him in such warmth that it has the human groaning softly. Felix takes the hot tea carefully between his palms, lower lip clenched between his teeth as he concentrates on not spilling it; gently blowing it on it for a second or two before taking a gingerly slow sip. "Cinnamon! Oh, goodness, I /love/ cinnamon tea! It's my favorite. Kind of wish there was a bit of honey in it though, but that's okay." A wide smile tugged at his lips, revealing pearly whites as his eyes crinkled into crescents. Balancing the tea in one hand, he takes the leashes back in the other with a gentle order to 'calm down' aimed at the dogs, who were so happy at the appearance of Yoongi that they were wiggling around for pets. Felix nearly jumps out of his skin when something blocks his view for a second, belatedly realizing that it was a scarf. He feels his freckled cheeks warm, flustered but grateful. "Oh, t-thank you, hyung."

@❄ felix l。ᶜᵒⁿˢᵗᵉˡˡᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ⁻ᶜʰᵉᵉᵏˢ Seeing the state that Felix was in, Yoongi frowned, not happy to see that he'd been forced to do this without proper outerwear. "Of course, Lix, I couldn't just let you freeze out here." He said softly, and let Felix take the sweater before accepting the leashes so that he could slip it on. He kept hold of the unruly pups as he let Felix take the tea he had gotten for him as well. "Drink that carefully, it's still hot." He warned. Once Felix had his tea, and took the leashes back, Yoongi finally had a free hand and quickly pulled off a scarf only to reveal a second scarf beneath it. He draped the other one around Felix, arranging it carefully until he was satisfied with its position. "There. Now you won't freeze to death."

@❄ yoongi m。ᵃᵍᵘˢᵗᵈ It was freezing out and, boy, was he /not/ prepared for this. After barely getting a wink of sleep last night, Felix was restless and barely functioning on his feet but still oh-so willing to work if his job needed him. It meant spending less time in his lonely cottage and more time with the colorful personalities of his customers /and/ the pets he encountered. But now it was time to close shop and as per every night's routine, someone had to walk the dogs to let them do their business outside before heading back home. Despite Felix's protests and his boss ignoring the fact that the boy didn't even bring a coat with him, he was stuck walking seven energetic dogs while everyone else had the luxury of staying indoors with the rest of the critters. Felix is deep in his bitter thoughts when he hears approaching footsteps and a call of his name, making him snap his head up. "Oh my god, /thank you/," he downright near sobs at the sight of Yoongi approaching with tea and the promised sweater. He hands the leashes over before taking the sweater, immediately putting it on and heaving a breathe of relief.

@❄ felix l。ᶜᵒⁿˢᵗᵉˡˡᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ⁻ᶜʰᵉᵉᵏˢ With a soft sigh, Yoongi left the coffee shop with two cups in hand, carrying them with him as he headed to the market. He had an old hoodie draped over one arm as he walked, just for Felix. It didn't take long to find him, following the sounds of dogs barking excitedly. "Lix!" Yoongi called out from behind the scarf wrapped around his neck. He approached with a warm smile, and held out a cup of tea, and the hoody. "Here, I can hold the leashes while you put it on."
