Here we will discuss the making of the webtoon. Everything you need to know will be explained by the admins when the time comes around. For this room and this room only we won't be stressing over being 100% IC as the webtoon we are making is more of an OOC thing. If we see it being IC is not helping it will turn into an OOC meeting room.
