POSITIONS
Upon joining everyone will start out as an intern, you get promoted the more active you are and getting posts and contribute your part in the making of our webtoon. Once you have enough posts you can ‘evolve’ and join the department of your dreams and hopefully climb up the ladder into a better position. To claim a position you will need X amount of POSTS, not points, that to ensure positions aren’t hogged, and used by active people. You WILL lose a position by being inactive. Claiming a position doesn’t cost points but changing it will cost 200 points.

THE RANKS
⍟ — High rank position [1500+ posts]
The highest rank reserved for department heads and managers. You must address them with respect and never call them by name, unless you want to get fired.
★ — Middle rank position [1000+ posts]
Generally employees with more experience under their belts, likely been working in the company for over a year. They have a specific role assigned to them and are considered important to the office. They would be the ones in charge if no higher ranks supervisors are present.
☆ — Regular rank position [500+ posts]
No longer interns but hasn’t exactly found their place in the company just yet, They are typically looked upon by higher ups and dream of climbing up the ladder one day. At least they can order the new interns to make coffee instead of them.
✦ — Low rank position
Employees such as iInterns, they are usually not treated too nicely and looked down at. They have to follow everyone’s orders, or in other words: coffee makers.
