@☾ nymeria ursulae the price of the deal was too much for the poor girl to pay.
as one would expect of the sea witch's spawn, nymeria requires costs of high importance for her services. what she asked from this particular customer was too valuable for her and thus made the offer that slight bit harder to agree to. ever a woman of patience, nymeria graced the client time to consider her offer, a duration of three days.
time ticked by fast. the girl looked ready to cry. she didn't want to lose what she held dear, but she needed the deal. without it, she would be done for. so she needed to come to a conclusion as soon as possible.
and that's where ten came into the picture.
in all his glorious exuberance, the impish man slid into the bench beside the sad girl, instantly catching her attention. with a charming smile that set the shy girl off into a flustered mess, he greeted graciously. "it's an honour to meet you, serena. i heard from a little bird that a fair lady like yourself is in a dilemma?"
the hesitation on her face was answer enough to his question, his smile growing as he continued to speak, voice ever so gentle and smooth. "it is okay, my dear. i know of this problem you have. fear not, for i can help you!"
"t-thanks, but i already asked someone else's help," was her answer, which ten had a response to. "oh, i've heard. unfortunately, the price isn't something you could afford." the girl looked ready to protest, but not knowing what to say, she just kept silent, prompting ten to continue, "i can give you what you want, but at a cheaper price." a smirk graced his features, mischief glinting in his eyes. "a price that you can afford."
the girl seemed to contemplate his words for a moment, glancing back and forth at nothing. finally, with a deep breath, she nodded her head. the smirk on his face broke off into a grin, glancing off to the entrance of the cafeteria.
just in time to find nymeria entering, to ask the girl about her final decision on her deal.
((i'm sorry this came out much longer than i hoped skksks qvq you don't have to mirror, and so sorry it took so long for me to write this starter OTL))
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole puts down the burger and replied, "No, I hate responsibilities... but I can help you, if villains are made by heroes, then in vice versa, heroes can be made by villains..." She grins, but not in a bright one, in a more vicious way. "Remember Megamind?" She asked.
@☾ cole winchester Eyes widening, Luciel nodded her head. "That's right. I wish I was a hero. All my life I viewed myself as a heroine. I want to be the good person, you know?" She heaved a sigh. "Don't tell me, you too?"
@☾ luciel leckermaul "It's rare to meet someone with the same interest and pet peeves." Then she starts getting the burger, discarding the vegetables from it and takes a bite. "You want to be one of the heroes... am I right?" She asked.
@☾ cole winchester Luciel was surprised with what Cole had said. She had not really think about it. "We are?" She tilted her head. Then she realized, indeed, they were. They were the same. They both hated their fate, lonely that they could not change it or do something about it.
@☾ luciel leckermaul "It's just a normal day," She then grabs a bite of the steak and then sips a bit of her drink. "Well, this is my favorite spot." Cole answered before biting another slice of steak, "You know," She put down her utensils before looking at her straightly. "I think you and I are just the same..."
@☾ cole winchester Seeing Cole grin gave assurance to the worried Luciel. So, she was actually welcomed. She smiled at that. "How's your day?" She asked as she take a spoonful of her cake. "I'm glad to see you here again today."
@☾ luciel leckermaul Assoon as she was about to bite on a steak, someone called her and her eyes went up to look on Luciel who sat across her, putting her smile happily before Cole nods a bit and grins a bit.
@☾ cole winchester It was another day to eat. Luciel practically ran to the cafeteria. She ordered a slice of chocolate cake for herself. When she turned around, she noticed Cole. Happily, she skipped to that table. "Hello!"
@☾ luciel leckermaul Next day, Cole went to the cafeteria and this time she bring her wallet with her before buying foods contists of meat before seating the in the same vacant table from yesterday and starts eating quietly.
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole sighed again and stands up from her seat, "I need to go now... Thank you for the stake and hearing my untold confession." She said before she starts to walk away back to her dorm.
@☾ cole winchester Of course Luciel knew how their fates were already engraved. Any efforts to change it would either be futile or would destroy the balance they had. She could only purse her lips, once again lost for words for the umpteenth time during the day. "There's nothing we can do, huh?" She mumbled to herself.
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole looked down and sighs, "There's nothing I could do to change it." She muttered and pulls her hood up and looks at the book. Being a wolf is a pretty tough struggle to her since she had questioned his father's appearance and his habit, it took her many years to accept who she is, sadly it was not a pretty one.
@☾ cole winchester Luciel did not know what to say. To be fair, she thought her mom was the worst villain of all but she did not say anything about it. The other girl was obviously not feeling happy with her parent. "Just because they're the worst, does not mean you have to be. It's okay to hate it but remember not to beat yourself over it."
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole looked down, "It was horrible, more importantly I can't control my form when the full moon appeared. I lose myself from my instincts." She muttered and sighed before looking over to the students around them. "And I'm the only child of the worst villain of all, it and I hated it."
@☾ cole winchester Luciel leaned in, a bit surprised at Cole's sudden confession. Of course she had thought that it was a possibility but she did not really think that the other girl would trust her enough to talk about it. For a moment, she did not know what she should do about that information since it seemed rather sensitive. "How was it? How is being a wolf? Is it that terrible?"
@☾ luciel leckermaul "Kids likes sweets. It's a wise thing for your mom to do it." She replied before getting a book of little red riding hood, "This is book made me think twice of what I should do." She told her before opening the book and seen the huntsman sewing the wolf's stomach after filling it up with chunks of rocks. "I would be the huntsman than the wolf butI think it is already coursing through my veins." She told her.
@☾ cole winchester Luciel smiled at that. She was glad she met the girl in the cafeteria. "Why, thank you. I don't have an outstanding sense of smell but I can tell that you are such a nice person." She nods her head. "And about my mom, yes, I think it was wise and stupid. If you have so much sweets in your house, why try to eat little kids?" She frowned.
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole snorts a bit and replied, "Full of sweets to lure young kids to be her snack. Wise." She then looks at the cake before pinching a bit and sniffs on it. "It smells the raw floor before baking it. The reason why I told you have a sweet scent it's because you already have it all along, just like this cake." She explains why her sense of smell is like that before humming, "And because of your sweet scent, it seems you're not a bad person." Cole added and crosses her arms.
@☾ cole winchester Luciel pursed her lips, trying not to burst out of laughter at the girl's comment about the Gingerbread Hag. "I guess not many knows that she has a name." She paused. "You know, I did not know Mom was a villain. I lived separately from her but her house is full of sweets and delicacies. I thought it was paradise."
@☾ luciel leckermaul "Oh... the gingerbread hag has a name." She muttered and looks at her again. "I have heard of her, but they are just like the real villains." She commented and leans on the chair, "No offense, but it's true."
@☾ cole winchester Confused, Luciel tried to sniff her clothes but really, the only sweet thing she smelled was the cake on the table. Dismissing it, she smiled and replied, "You've probably heard of her. Don't be terrified though. She's Rosina Leckermaul, the Gingerbread Hag."
@☾ luciel leckermaul "What about you?" She asked, wanting to know the same as the other. "The sweet scent of yours, it's kinda familiar though." She told before sniffing again, it is true and looks at her again.
@☾ cole winchester Giving the other girl a smile, Luciel nodded in understanding. "I see," she uttered but what she actually meant was that she knew that Cole did not like talking about her parents. Whether she's ashamed of them or that she loathed them, Luciel was not sure. If there was anything she was sure of, it was that she should not be nosy no matter how itchy her tongue was.
@☾ luciel leckermaul Her eyebrows raised when the other girl asked her about her parentage, she hated it so much yet she accepted it, the part of being a wolf. "Me? Well, I'm just a villain... my parents are both villains." She answered but also lying, she doesn't want to go down the fact that they're talking about their parents.
@☾ cole winchester Luciel pursed her lips, now getting more and more curious about the other girl's identity. Personally, she knew she hated being a villain because she had always wanted to be the heroine—aside from the fact that she did not want to eat innocent children, that was. But she could not help wondering if the other girl had the same problem as she did. "If you don't mind me asking..." she trailed off, afraid to offend the other girl. "May I please know your identity?"
@☾ luciel leckermaul She just shrugged and answered, "Probably but you can break the tradition." Cole then puts her cheek against her palm. "Not because you're a villain doesn't mean you do bad things... mostly heroes are the ones who made the villains after all." She quoted, "Villain is the word that people call when you do bad things and it gets worst when you became a villain's parent."
@☾ cole winchester A nod of her head was the only thing Luciel could do. She understood completely. Her mother was a cannibal and it terrified her when she realized that she would have to become just like her someday. Why was it that fate was so cruel to people? "Being a villain... is it something so permanent? Like a tattoo we'll never get rid of." She let out a sigh.
@☾ luciel leckermaul Cole blinks for a moment from what the female stated before chuckling a bit, "Well... I am not fond of having a villain parent." She joked but 75% percent of it is the truth. She loathed her father. That is the inly thing in the world where being angry is the right thing. "People would label me as a villain but they are being in the majority without having dive deeper into our motifs." She added.
