The defacto leader of the underworld, NCT is the reigning mafia within the city. they're known for their international reach, and having claws in every reach of society from the military to high class to the slums. having recently gone through a rewashing of the cards, nct is currently run by a group of youngsters. As many start to get ambitious on making themselves a new place, NCt's unshakable reign may be challenged.

Like pirates, TZ invaded the city a few years ago, and since then this gang has scratched its own spot into the complex system. Compared to NCT's polished ways, TZ is more brutal, known for their violence as well as ruling over this city's drug dealings. They are a smaller group and often land themselves into the police station, but somehow somebody finds enough money to bail them out.

Despite the many allegations of corruption within the system, the city's Police division has recently received some new blood and are looking to wipe out all criminal activity. They are the staunch defenders of the innocent and the law, but don't be surprised if a few member's fingers are a little dirty.

THE MOst mysterious group, Weishen is said to be a group of informants that have recently expanded over from overseas. Nobody knows who the members are exactly, and Weishen has caused much panic from within. Weishen is exclusively an invite only group and its members will not be revealed!.
ONE
More like white collar criminals than a proper gang, ONE is an organization that started amongst top businessmen and have since expanded to include high ranking individuals at all levels and promising students. Unlike the classical mafia, they rarely engage in violence or battle for control in the underground, but their recent push to the spotlight has suddenly brought them into the main stage. ONE must contend with dark forces that they previously did not while attempting to expand their control. For various reasons, they are in good relations with the police force.
