@p sora "funny, isn't it." seungwoo cracked a sliver of a smile, growing to like her gleaming reaction. he quickly took notice of her movement slowing down to match his, it made him feel much more welcomed into the dance floor which was pleasant. with the way things were proceeding, he guaranteed his fantasy was gradually becoming a reality; but he didn't want to get ahead of himself just by a mere squeeze. he wanted to test her. to prove that this meeting was meant to be. "sora." he repeated simply-put, mouthing each syllable slow and with delicate care. he wanted to ensure that he made memory of her name, it was essential for what they were heading towards to. "mr. han is fine. or han, i don't mind." he smirked at her deliverance of words, eyes lowered towards his hand making way to her wrist. he gave it a gentle rub with his thumb, leaning in to make his words crystal clear amidst the noise blasting in the background. "let's get acquainted.. that is, if you're plenty done dancing?" he tucked a strand of her locks behind her ear as he pulled himself away.
@h seungwoo “You aren’t up for either, yet you’re here.” Sora’s smile was brilliant, wide as she took in his statement. Her hips slowed as his own body started to get a feel for the dance-floor. Why match the beat of the music, when she could match the movements of her dance partner. Besides, with a handsome face like his, Sora wasn’t planning on keeping him in the club for long. She had other intentions for the young man. “You may call me Sora, Mr. Han.” Her dark eyes sparkled as she returned the squeeze. “Do you mind if I call you that? You look like such a serious man. Or do you rather me speak informally to you?” Sora may not know his intentions, but she knew hers. Whether it was to make money or to have his hands on her, she was still making up her mind. “Maybe we could become...more familiar with each other.” The words were dripping in lust, sweet like honey.
@p sora out of all the people dancing, seungwoo couldn't have imagined himself taking a dip into the pool of people and finding himself a beautiful flower swaying in the waters, unbothered yet enticing. her response made him lightly chuckle as he silently rocked to his own beat, not paying much to how relaxed his speed really was. "you're certainly doing a good job." his face softened as his hand gently touched her shoulder while she continued to inch closer. "that's why i'm not very into dancing... and talking for that matter." he shrugged gently as his hand slithered downwards from her shoulder to her hand, giving it a squeeze. "han seungwoo, pleasure." he nodded. "yours?" he asked, the close contact making it a bit difficult for him to concentrate, but his strict poker face made it impossible to know what his true intentions were.
@j hoseok "I'm sorry..." She said quietly. She sighed softly. "I don't know... It's worked for a little bit... But I can't get everything... Usually I'm able to cover Corvus' crimes... By replacing bullets and whatnot... But there's no bullet here... Just... Stab wounds... I can't replace stab wounds..." She shrugged. "It's supposed to just keep issues to a low... It will never completely stop them. Not until we're all dead and gone... You don't have to... You can go... My cruiser is around the corner... We can throw it in there..." She looked in her bag and pulled out a pack of gloves. "I always do."
@c sofia "I guess so," Hoseok said with a disappointed tone. He wanted an explanation now, rather than later. Especially if he was possibly going to take a fall for this . Much to his, despite him claiming that it was alright to explain later, Sofia gave him a run down. "I still don't get it, how is this supposed to fix anything? Is it to just keep the cops off of the trail of Corvus? Look, I am sorry that that ha happened, but why bring me into this...I get you probably panicked, but shouldn't you be used to this by now?" Hoseok sighed and took a look at the body. "Do you have gloves."
@j hoseok Sofia sighed. Had she not explained to him why she does this sort of thing? She'll have to do that later. "Can I explain later?" She questioned. There was a reason. And one she only started acting on a year ago... "I'm sorry I dragged you here... But I panicked... Usually it's just small things..." She let out a soft sigh. "Right... You're right... It would..." She looked at Hoseok for a second. "I do this... To keep activity between cops and gangs to a low... Two years ago... My fiance was shot and killed by a cop over a misunderstanding... He was a member of Corvus... We had been dating for five or so years and he had just proposed to me four days before he died... I still have the ring and everything..."
@c sofia Hoseok gave an exasperated sigh and looked at the body. “Why not just, you know, leave it there? You’re acop, aren’t you supposed to be calling this in Sofia?” My god, what was he supposed to do? He supposed that he knew someone, they didn’t mind that he was no longer affiliated with Aureo Rosa, in fact the person had been happy that he had left. But he needed answers from Sofia first. “Burning the body would bring too much attention, the smell would be too much. Tell me why you’re disposing of it, instead of calling this in. Otherwise, I will leave you on your own. You know I have been trying to avoid this work.”
@h seungwoo Not only was he handsome, but he was certainly cute. The shy look that came across his face made the woman’s stomach twist in such a pleasant manner. All the more exciting to know, by the looks of his clothing and the scent of cologne that wafted off of him as he drew near, he was expensive. The man was exactly what she sought out for on her day ‘hits’. “I thought this place could use a bit of color,” she responded in a sultry voice. “Wouldn’t you agree?” Her slender fingers d under the color of his suit jacket, inching closer to the buttons that kept it together. “If you aren’t careful, you’ll sweat out such a beautiful cloth. Can I have your name, handsome?” Her lips curled upwards as she drew her body closer to his, their hips pressed flushed against one another.
@j hoseok Sofia let out a soft whine when he glared at her. "Sorry! I was trying to settle my nerves! I really just need you to help me get it somewhere..." She inhaled softly. "I don't know! I didn't know if you would know or not! I just assumed! I'm sorry! I panicked and saw your name first!" She ran her hand through her hair. "We could burn them... Or... If you have a better idea... We could try that... We could take the body out... Like way far into the woods..."
@c sofia Hoseok shot Sofia a dirty look for her small joke. "Hey. We are dealing with something serious right now." He said whilst on his teeth, hands on his hips as he tried to decide what to do. "What the /hell/ made you think that I would know? I'm not a killer. And if you didn't kill them then WHY are you hiding it." The best ways to hide a body were to properly dispose of them. Which meant finding a good place to melt it with cyanide. But how the would they get that when he had zero affiliations with the mafia and she was a goddam cop.
@j hoseok Sofia became slightly more alert when she heard someone's footsteps getting closer. She sighed softly in relief when she saw Hoseok. "Was that an invitation?" She questioned. She looked down at the tily covered body. "I told you I wasn't kidding..." She was mumbling a little. "I know. I know... You probably don't want to deal with this... But I have zero body hiding experience..." She gave him a small smile. "I really appreciate you coming here to help me..."
@c sofia Hoseok cussed to himself the whole way to the club, deciding to break into a jog so that the cop didn't have to wait too long for him. He hoped that this was just a sick joke. Sure, he's dealt with dead bodies of past es and those who had dared lay a finger on his girls at the time. But after leaving the mafia, he had /hoped/ he wouldn't have to deal with this stuff again. "Oh, / me/ you weren't kidding," he said with a heavy breath when she came into view.
@j hoseok Sofia sighed as she stood in the alley, having covered the body with some stuff she found in the alleyway. Sometimes she swears they kill people just to keep her on her toes. Even though they, knowingly or unknowingly, have her loyalty. She leaned against the night club and waited for Hoseok to arrive.
she shoved her pistol into the leather harnesses on her waist, safely tucking it into the pocket so it wouldn't slip out or stolen; she didn't need more blood on her hands tonight. doyeon was in a good mood for once, even if her angelic visage was set into stone cold canvas as she made her way inside the crowded bar. it was unusually packed for a monday evening- then again, it was the beginning of the week and it was fair for people to want a pick me up to get through the rest of it.
she easily maneuvered through the throngs of drunk and mildly sane patrons, pushing past bodies to head to the bar, eager to drown herself in whiskey for the rest of the night. she'd earned her day off tomorrow and she was going to make the best of it. her hand raised to wave down the bartender before she began pulling off her leather jacket, remaining in just her flimsy lace bra and jeans. tucking the heavy leather fabric onto her lap, she ordered herself a glass of ice cold whiskey, turning around in her seat to people watch with a bored yet deadpan gaze.
but that’s how it always starts; staring a crowd of gyrating bodies in the face until the alcohol sinks in. she had no idea how much she’d drunk, having built up a high tolerance from all these years. so with whiskey and tequila running in her veins, inhibited and unhinged, she swayed to the music, body moving from side to side in rhythm. but it wasn’t enough, never was for the girl. she always wanted more after all— picking herself from the stool and her jacket, she traipsed along the way to the backdoor, sure to meet a dealer somewhere. there was one thing on her mind; pleasure and she would not stop until she found it.
@l ten The other man’s hesitation had him almost frustrated, mainly because he already pictured the male trembling beneath him on his silk sheets. Taehyung almost his lips at only the thought, his eyes piercing right through the other as he waited for what felt like a century to him. His eyes shifted as another voice appeared, one answering for the man that he had originally approached. One of his friends as it seemed, he was close to commenting on it as the man finally agreed to his invitation for a dance.
Without a word Taehyung led the male onto the dance floor where quite a few other couples grinded their bodies against each other like there was no tomorrow. In the crowd, maybe no one would even notice if some actual ing was going on in the club. Though, Taehyung was more the type to take those he met at a club to his nearby hotel. For what other reason would he have bought it?
“My name? For a moment I thought you might have seen me before, something in your eyes told me.” He commented on the question though it didn’t take him long to reveal it after. “Taehyung. What’s yours?” His hands found their way onto the man’s shoulders moving them down to his back, brushing over his all the while his own body moved to the rhythm of the music. “You don’t strike me as the type to go to a club often.” His lips were by the other man’s ears causing their bodies to be even closer as he leaned down. It didn’t take long for their chests to be pressed against each other as Taehyung guided their every movement.
His face moved closer to the man’s, hot breaths mingling as his lips almost brushed those of the male. Nonetheless, he only hovered them above. “Ever made out with a stranger at a club?” It was almost a dare, his groin brushed against the man’s for a short, teasing moment as he waited for the other to lock their lips.
@h minhyun irene hums, her lips curling into a sly smile. "you know you can call me however you want," she says, a light lilt to her voice. "though i suppose, most people call me miss irene nowadays. especially those lads from the police department," she continues on, a thoughtful visage coloring her countenance. she's been around the law enforcements much more often these days, with several cases rising almost with a week interval with one another. while the rich enjoy employing her skills (which are, for most times, honorable, and sometimes, not quite so), she's beginning to get tired of the same cases every single time.
minhyun's remark makes her pause a little, and she glances at him from the corner of her eyes, raising her glass to her lips. "is that so?" she utters, drinks from her liquor, before she moves her glass away from her tiers, held securely between delicate fingers. "what a coincidence. i was just about to say the game." she then places a hand in between them, leaning a little closer to the other as she turns her head to face him. "let's see..." she drawls a little, and her eyes glint mischief. "what do you say we take things up another level?"
@p sora when seungwoo was caught in his trance, a cheeky smile appeared on his face. he shyly looked downwards at his drink, swirling around what's left. he watched the dark caramel swirl and swirl before he made up his mind. he wasn't the dancing type, funnily enough, but he felt bored with the lack of company. he wanted to go after this one drink but... it wasn't like he didn't have to continue on this plan alone. he stood from the booth and made way towards her, relaxed steps that stuck out from the hyped bouncy music playing in the background. his get-up was classy, his suit perfectly accentuated his lean body. it wasn't hard to tell he was wealthy. he greeted her with a smile then leaned closer to her ear. "what's a flower doing with a bunch of weeds?" he whispered, breath ghosting her ear.
@b joohyun the music that comes from the speakers of the nightclub are not that louder than the voices that continue to play inside his head. if any, the cacophonies of laughter and ual hymns are nothing but background noise to him at this point. hence, minhyun looks nothing close to bothered as he sits by bar, an exposed finger aimlessly running along the rim of the glass of whiskey he has ordered. he's not alone, no. he's meeting somebody tonight. someone who has always had a push-and-pull relationship with him, albeit in a very friendly sort of way. one may think that they may act as ex-lovers with all the playful banter that goes on in between them. they, however, know that it isn't the case.
"did you really call me predictable, joohyun?" minhyun murmurs, picking up his glass with a gloved hand and taking a sip. "- or shall i call you miss irene because 'm feeling quite naughty tonight?" the male laughs at his own joke. they were friends - are - but perhaps, not close enough to be considered as such. after all, doesn't friendship entail a very amicable relationship? theirs isn't - not when they are daring each other left and right as a means of communication. speaking of -
"isn't it about time we stop with these dares? getting quite bored with them. i'll have you know my pastime is much more...entertaining than this."
@h minhyun the taste of liquor is strong against , and irene is then reminded of why she doesn't enjoy alcohol as much as the others. but it's easy to ignore when she puts her attention on her target for the night — there's a glass in her gloved hand as she maneuvers through the crowd, her petite figure making it easy to go through drunken bodies as they dance against one another (now that would be quite difficult for her to ignore, as she isn't too fond of big crowds; she hates the feeling of other's sweat on her skin).
a smile immediately plasters itself on her lips as she reaches the familiar figure (of what, a friend? she supposes she can call him that, though their relationship doesn't quite fit the friendship bit, yet not the acquaintances status either; perhaps this is what people may find similar to 'more than friends, less than lovers,' except this one, they're more along the lines of, 'more than acquaintances, less than friends!'). she sits next to the lad casually, high on a stool, and she taps the surface of the counter in front of them with her free hand, which is also gloved. "i must say, i quite expected you to choose a quieter place to meet," she says, the sound of the music muffled by the walls separating their area from the dance floor. "but i suppose having drinks as our company isn't so bad."
@h seungwoo Sora was becoming bored by the club-goers. They all acted the same and looked the same. And honestly, all were much too far gone to even want to do with her. And she was /not/ about to be vomited on tonight, especially if one of the girls or boys decided to pay her for her expert services. It was not until she felt eyes on her that the e began to feel excited. The man that watched her was handsome, causing her to allow her hips to sway a bit more freely. There was something about his gaze, despite the void of emotion, that told her that if he wanted something he would take it. A smile tugged on her lips, a finger curled in gesture for him come to her. “Dance with me,” she mouthed.
@k taehyung () LMAO All good babie u v u / Your writing don’t , hush
Genuine surprise was written across Ten’s countenance as he gazed at the other man in surprise, not expecting an offer like that to leave from said male. The man was admittedly good-looking, and the offer was very tempting. After all, he did come out to have some fun, per his friends’ suggestion, and Ray was in good hands so there was nothing to worry about on that aspect.
Still, he was hesitant.
Before he could turn down the proposition, his friend at the side, who overheard the conversation and noticed the way the tattooist got ready to decline the proposal, quickly piped in while slinging an arm over the male’s shoulder. “He would definitely love to! Right, Ten?” He patted the Thai’s chest twice before unhooking his shoulder and pushing the male forward, almost sending him stumbling into the second-in-command of Olhos Verdes. “Go and dance yourself silly! We can handle ourselves.”
The unimpressed and disbelieving expression on Ten’s features spoke volumes of how much he didn’t trust his friend’s words on being able to ‘handle themselves’. Even so, on second thought, he didn’t want to be rude and reject the offer, so he smiled to the male and took his hand, giving a short nod. “I would more than gladly accept.”
He allowed himself to be led to the dance floor, the music loud and rumbling, basically earth-shaking. If Ten was honest, he was nervous. He never danced with a stranger before, and looking around himself, he could clearly see that many customers were dancing rather ally, grinding themselves up against their partners heatedly.
Not that Ten was unfamiliar of such sight, but to commit this with someone he barely knew, it sent his heart thumping in trepidation.
“What’s your name?” He decided to ask instead, to get his mind off from the nerves, trying to calm himself.
adorned in a glittered minidress that seemed to hug tightly around her skin, chest partially exposed as she leaned against the bar, yeji quietly stirred her drink before turning to glance around at the noisy room. the music was too loud, the dance floor was crowded with people, it was the perfect place to just let go and ignore all the worries and anxieties of reality. she was on her fourth drink and had perfectly reached the state of feeling the happy buzz, a balance between being too out of focus to face real life but not hammered enough to forget who she was.
it had been a while since she had last been requested for work and she didn't like the silence that came with it. no distractions meant that she had to deal with things she'd much rather run away from, her soul practically begging to be fed something, anything, that could help her feel pleasure. she wanted to be swept away in it, drowned in it. it felt too nice.
@p sora seungwoo was avid in dwelling the dark side of the city where his terror of an organization ran amok. it was natural for him to distract himself of his financial 'worries' out in a nightclub somewhere. the only intent was a distraction, to get himself intoxicated, and just have a good time with strangers that also seem to agree with his ideas. so, in a private booth, away from the sweaty bodies squirming in the middle of the dance floor, he took a final sip of his drink and set it carefully by the table, though one person on the dance floor took that attention away from him. he sat there staring, watching her every move, with a blank poker face.
Sora didn't frequent the nightclubs often, but when she did, she just wanted to get lost. It wasn't about work here, she was too good of a girl to be only easy for those at the clubs. The men and women here reeked of being lower class. Their clothes clung to them and looked cheap despite how well they tried to dress. She could tell when a prada shoe was fake now. Even so, she came in and swayed her hips along with the rest of the drunken clubbers.
@l ten [I forgot the exact circumstances of why Taehyung asks Ten for a dance but I hope this is okay fsdfgdg also sorry my writing in this I’ll do better next time]
He was more so the type for a place less crowded than this. Bodies rubbing against each others, making out on the dance floor, all these people in their mid-twenties seemed more like teenagers at the first ever high-school dance. His friends, other gang members of olhos verdes, had told him to tag along and Taehyung wasn’t the type to say no when he had particularly craved alcohol the last few days. There had never been a chance to relax with a drink as the boss of olhos verdes had given him quite the exhausting task to handle.
“You need to find some to take home, Taehyung.” One of the boys shouted over the loud music for him to hear. “No need.” He replied as he took a sip of from what was his third glass of whisky. His eyes scanned the club and no one really caught his interest, not from afar at least. “We all need to take someone home tonight.” Another of the guys said and poured another shot down his throat. Fine. Taehyung wasn’t the type to ruin the mood and as a few of the guys left to find someone to dance with, he decided to follow their actions.
A group of men intrigued him, while everyone got wasted one man seemed to stay rather lowkey about his alcohol intake. Tonight it would be a man in his bed, Taehyung decided as he patted the guy’s shoulder. His face was just as handsome as the few details that Taehyung had managed to make out from the stranger’s back. The man surely was his type and now he was almost glad that the guys had forced him to find someone just like they did.
“Care for a dance?” He had leaned closer to speak right into the male’s ear, the music would have drowned out his voice otherwise. He held out his hand for the stranger to take, ready to pull him onto the dance floor.
@j jeongguk ten spotted them the moment they appeared. he was no fool. those men thought they were stealthy, but ten had experience, they couldn't possibly go unnoticed by him.
he was on the phone with his baby girl, assuring her that he would be home soon. there had been a celebration for one of his colleagues, so they opted to drink at the nightclub and party their hearts out. however, as a single father, he had duties to fulfill, so he couldn't stay for long.
it was while he was discussing with the nanny when he caught sight of those men. even from a distance, he could tell they were tall, shadowed figure broad and burly. they stood in the darkness, trying to conceal themselves, but years hunting in the dark improved the ex-hitman's night vision to discern the details.
there were two of them. a bit difficult to handle, but ten believed he could manage. their size was his disadvantage, but their lack of knowledge concerning his finesse was his advantage.
"i'll call you back." with that, he hung up. he sent a quick text to the group chat announcing his leave, then casually, he made his way to the exit of the dark alley. they were standing there, waiting to pounce, but he was ready.
as soon as he was in the proximity of the closest man, he ducked, in time for the stranger to pounce. he straightened to throw a direct punch square in the second man's face, the latter leaping out from their spot when his comrade was down. he acted quick, sending a kick to the first man once he got back to his feet, not wanting to give them time to recover.
once he was sure they're distracted by the pain he inflicted, he made a run for the exit, just a few more metres.
ten heard footsteps catching up to him, so he turned back around only to bend low, avoiding an arm that shot out to grab him. he elbowed the man in the gut, hoping it would deter him, flinging him to the side right after. the other man was still regaining his footing, so he had the perfect escape.
unfortunately, it seemed they had called backup while he had his back turned. a shadow suddenly loomed over him and before he could dodge, he was held around his waist and hoisted off the ground. he looked back, aiming his fingers to poke the man in the eyes, only to feel a sudden jolt in his side.
electricity coursed through his body in a second, a cry of shock leaving him before his brain shut down, darkness engulfing his conscience.
well , who knew they had tasers on them?
() this is probably much longer than it should so feel free to shorten it LMAO OTL
@b andy "Yeah, and sometimes they ask us for whole corpses that recently died. I call those kinds of cannibals gristle hunters... they want dead meat that's not fresh. And sometimes we have customers that want decomposing corpses. I call those cannibals the dead heads. Those kinds like their meat to be shriveled and rotted. Whatever floats their boat I guess, as long as I get to have whatever shade of blood on my hands and some cash in my pocket I'll do it. And maybe we can conduct some business since I just got confirmation that you're a hitwoman." Allison said as she carried the body to the car with Andy's help. "Ah I see, winding down after work? Wish I knew how to do that. My friends tried taking me out tonight but I'm just an uptight person in that regard." Allison said as she unlocked her trunk and lifted her end of the body up into the trunk.
@h allison "You have cannibals ask your gang for corpses?" She laughed finding that idea almost amusing. "I should have known of that before, I could have offered some corpses for you." Andy said indicating that she was an assassin. She helped the other woman carry the corpse over to the car checking the area once to make sure that no one saw them, they would have needed to get rid of another person in that case. "I was in the nightclub a few streets away from here. It's the only place where I don't mind being around a huge place of people since I end up drunk most of the time anyways."
@k taehyung his friends wanted him to loosen up, had him put ray under a trusted neighbour's care while the group brought the single father out for a drink. heavy bass reverberated his body, shaking him so much he could feel it in his bones, the vibrations apparent as the deejay amplified the music. the tunes drummed his veins like the alcohol rushing in his blood circulation system, adrenaline filling his being as he swayed slightly to the melody, laughing alongside his friends. he wasn't really drunk, had a drink or two, trying to control his alcohol intake and stay sober for the night. he had a feeling the group would be wasted by the time everything was over, so he gave himself the responsibility of staying conscious so he could bring everyone home later that night.
he felt a pat on his shoulder then, turning around to come face-to-face with a stranger. umber eyes quickly scanned the man before him, recognition sparking at the forefront. he definitely knew the man before him, of course not on a personal level. maybe normal citizens wouldn't know who this male was, but ten wasn't an ordinary citizen. the good thing about being a hitman, or a former one in ten's case, was they're bound to know the higher-ups in other gangs, while still being anonymous.
"how may i help you?" ten quizzed as he leaned against the bar counter, swishing the whiskey in his glass as he eyed the second-in-command of olhos verdes.
hello ^^
three days ago i updated my application for juyeon and i commented it under the comment where i commented that i applied for juyeon where i dont think any of the admins saw it ^^; and it was my fault. sorry about that
