once an application is accepted, redirect them to the admin room and welcome them, while also asking them how long their characters have been in their gang. depending on the duration, their ranking will vary:
- 1 year and under : beginner
- 2-3 years : amateur
- 4-5 years : intermediate
- 6-7 years : intermediate / professional (dice roll to see which they are)
- 8-9 years : professional
- 10 years : professional / master (dice roll to see which they are)
- above 10 years : master
for the ones whose characters land on the years that need dice rolls, ask them to roll the dice
then, using a LIST RANDOMISER, write out 4 of the lower positions and 2 of the higher positions
after randomising, check where their dice land and that will be their position
on the other hand, for a hitman, ask them to roll twice
the numbers that they rolled will be added up and depending on the sum of the numbers, that will be their rank
