@⤳Yeonjun This place is usually this crowded though. I don't think its me or my group
/my eyes don't fail to notice the way you push your legs against me, deciding that it wouldn't hurt to flirt around with you a little bit. I'm able to momentarily forget about the mistake that had been occupying my mind previously. I tilt my head slightly as I watch you down the drink, staring at your eyes then at the sight of your bare collarbones, watching your adam's apple bob up and down after swallowing the liquid/
You're interesting. You want to play around with me, huh? That's what the club is for anyways... to let loose.
/the corner of my lips curls up into a mischievous smirk as my right hand snakes its way towards your leg, brushing my palm by your inner thigh. I tilt my head slightly, waiting to see how you'll interpret my words, not being quite clear with what I mean/
/catches my members signaling me to knock it off, shaking their head when they see me approach you, thinking that I'm ing around with another stranger. One of my hyungs motions towards a couple of people holding their phones and pointing it at us, trying to be secretive about the pictures they're taking. I groan in annoyance when we get disturbed, feeling like my sacred haven had been infiltrated with nosy, disrespectful fans. I cage your body against the couch, blocking your face from the multiple cameras around us/
Looks like the two of us together is enough to get people talking, should we get out of here?
/motions to the side door which leads outside/
@⤳Sehun *the discovery that you actually knew of my group left me rather shocked with awe, it wasn’t common for such a highly revered veteran to bother with such a fact many newer groups were well aware of but hearing you knew at least the name was more than enough to leave me with a sense of pride, feeling as if we were headed in the right direction from that alone*
really? i’m honored i didn’t think you would..
*it was all thanks to the saturated hues of the lights that the vibrant blush of my cheeks could go unnoticed giving i had blurted out my response without thinking it didn’t give much room for your own introduction regardless of it being not exactly required, as it were only a very small number of people who actually didn’t know who you were and i certainly didn’t belong to that category myself*
ah sorry about that but of course i know you.. it’s probably your fault this place is so heavily packed now that i think of it..
*there was an underlying hint of laughter to my tone as i tried to play off the initial embarrassment, my eyes shooting down to the place of contact between our legs, a soft curl of my lips signifying my growing interest as i subtly pushed my leg against yours as i leaned my weight on my arms which were propped up on it via my elbows, shrugging my shoulders slowly in response to your prodding, i hadn’t really thought of where the night would go and quite frankly i didn’t exactly care either as long as it was fun*
don’t make it sound so haunting! i think i can handle whatever so yes i do.
*as if to further prove my brave words i reached a hand out to take the cup from yours, keeping my sharp eyes locked on yours as i took the contents of whatever the drink was straight down my throat, shaking my head as a reaction to the strong aftermath the mystery drink had left*
i hope that answers all your questions sehun sshi..
() sooo sorry that was my fault i thought i tagged you ><
@⤳Yeonjun *I noticed the way you looked at me, leaning ever so slightly to take in my features. I took note of your subtle movements, not sure what your intentions were towards me. It was obvious you weren’t just here because it was the only available seat since all the other booths were unoccupied. I suspected that you came to seek me out, not believing that someone would be at the club alone just to sit by some random stranger. I didn’t mind your presence however. I wished to know more about you and why your face seemed familiar to me*
Hmm.. what did you say
*I was able to hear you despite the blaring music resonating in the room. I leaned forward, propping my chin on the palm of my hand, my elbow resting on my crossed knees. I placed my face inches away from yours, pretending that I had difficulting hearing you as an excuse to shorten the distance between us*
Ohhh TXT’s yeonjun? I know who you guys are.
*I had known about your group, sometimes hearing the name at award shows or performance shows, but I never got around to familiarizing myself with the members. I wasn’t the type to keep track of the new rookies, more because I was uninterested rather than feeling a sense of superiority over them*
I would introduce myself but it seems like you already know who I am. You can call me Sehun sshi, I don’t mind.
*I scoot myself next to you, my thigh making contact with yours. I push the drink towards you, not even sure myself what type of alcohol it is. My members had just been offering drinks to keep me occupied and I downed whatever I was given*
You really want to drink with me? You’re not worried what I could do to you?
*raises my eyebrow questioningly, challenging you to see what reaction will come out of you*
() I didn't see your response sorryyy ;; I don't think you tagged me
*with the varied flashing of the lights it took a bit more effort to see just who it was seated in front of me, i found myself leaning in a bit before my eyes focused enough to take in your features under the dim lit, i would recognize those anywhere the piercing gaze those eyes held along with the enchanting natural pout and the sharp definition of your jaw was undeniable. I could have very well spent the night admiring every point of your features but instead i found myself suddenly seated by your side as you tugged my arm to lead me to there, not that i was complaining the slightest but instead enjoying the mere notion that my company wasn't instantly repelled the moment i walked over* Oh that's a relief cause it was definitely getting way too crowded out there.. *the fluttery sound of my laughter was no match for the booming bass and clamorous volume of every song that played across the premises, filling every inch of the building with its sound so much so that you could almost feel the music as much as you could hear it, i couldn't say i minded it per se but it did produce a bit of difficulty when it came to having a conversation without the need to lean in beyond the bounds of ones personal space. nonetheless here i was leaning closer to you as i offered my responses, surely we had yet to acquaint ourselves formally but as the saying goes better late than never* oh right um im txt's oldest yeonjun, i dont think we've ever had the chance to speak yet but it's an honor really.. sehun sshi or hyung if you don't mind me calling you that.. so what are you drinking? i think ill have whatever you are.
@⤳Sehun Seokjin had been telling himself that, indeed alcohol was a good choice for tonight. Every sip of his drink was quickly followed by the harder, albeit pleasant pounding and ringing of the club music in his mind and ears. He could sense the intoxication course through his veins each time his heart pumped blood along with it, and Seokjin could not wait to let the effects of alcohol consume his physical capabilities. His absorbance and attention to the atmosphere was however quickly snatched away once his phone lit up its surrounding dim premises with a notification; Jin found himself embarrassed as his hand was a bit too eager and quick to pick up with a glimmer of hope that it would be Sehun. And alas, it was. As if puppets were teasing at the corners of the man's lips with string, he felt tempted to twitch them in to a smile of relief and excitement at the potential opportunity to get back in touch with a long lost friend.
Once his phone was unlocked and the text appeared on screen however, the man could not help but to let out a small exhale of disappointment. Sehun definitely seemed no different than the last time they were in contact, cold, distant, and making it quite obvious that he no longer wanted anything to do with Jin. His fingers absentmindedly tapped at the side of the device in contemplation; was it worth trying and potentially annoying a person to try and reconnect, or should he just give up? No. Seokjin could not afford losing a dear friend of his for a second time, and besides, he believed 'you won't get what you want in life unless you are annoyingly persistent'. He typed once more.
- Well.. we drifted apart and I was just thinking about wanting to talk to you about it?-
- I lost a good friend of mine, you know. And I want to reconnect >:'c-
A double text never hurt his pride- but the playful '>:'c' slightly did. It was a feeble attempt to lighten the heavy mood created in their text conversation; not to mention how it added a smidgen of adorableness to the end of his message. The phone was locked and placed down once again, but Seokjin could not relax back in to his seat. That one response from Sehun was good enough to have Seokjin's hopes held above average... Vulnerable to this, he grabbed yanked his phone off the table.
- Are you free now?-
@⤳Yeonjun *I was seated at the corner of the club, sipping aimlessly on a glass of tequila while my group members were mingling on the dance floor. I choose not to join them, not interested in dancing against other sweaty bodies or having any women cling on to me today. My group often spent our free time in this venue, the lively ambience was contagious and easily lifted our spirits after a grueling schedule from work. Compared to the other members, I was especially fond of clubbing. The blaring music resonated throughout the room, each beat allowing me to feel the vibrations. The club was an escape from reality where you were able to leave everything out the door. Everyone was in their own bubble without a care in the world. I could escape my expectations of being an idol. Today, however, I wasn't in the mood to let loose. I had made an embarrassing mistake during our performance this morning which left me discomposed the whole day. My members dragged me along to our favorite spot hoping to ease my worries, while instead I only felt more burdened. I choose to stay out of the dance floor and to the side, instead hoping the blissful effect of alcohol could assist me tonight. It wasn't long for my thoughts to be interrupted by a voice calling out towards me. My eyes assessed the person who gathered my attention, first observing the outline of your tight pants, moving up towards the slight skin peeking from under your shirt, and landing on the other's face. The light illuminate off your feature, causing me to be immediately drawn towards your eyes, the dark makeup causing your pupils to stand out even more. The edge of my lip curled into a smirk at the sight of someone who happened to be just my type seated in front of me. I felt deflated the whole day but it wouldn't stop me from making.a move from the captivating person in front of me*
No.. no.. I don't mind at all. There's definitely more space for more than one
*I grab you by your forearm and pull you down to the space next to me. Your face wasn't unfamiliar to me but I had trouble remembering how we're acquainted*
Do we know each other?
@⤳Sehun *it had been a little over three hours since I let my members know i would be in rather late today, with the groups increasing popularity down time was gradually becoming a less than common occurrence. however, with a number of the members off doing other schedules that allowed just enough free time to kick back for a moment and wind down for the rest of us. I decided to spend my designated free time navigating a new club i had yet to explore, and with the recommendation of a few of my close friends, I figured now would be as good of a time as ever to see what all the hype was about. Clad in my tightest pair of faux leather pants and an uneven blouse which hung off one shoulder while being cut just above my navel, a bit of dark makeup framing my cat like eyes as a touch of pink tinted my plump lips to complete my look. I surveyed the area for somewhere less conspicuous to hang out despite my choice of clothing, I would much rather stay out of the spotlight if only for the night. Finding the perfect spot situated towards the further part of the establishment I noticed it wasn't quite vacant but I was hopeful whoever it was already seated there wouldn't mind a bit of company, not wanting to seem rude I made sure to call out before stepping up into the more so secluded area* Excuse me.. I hope you don't mind me sitting here..
@⤳Jin Sehun was just watching. Observing the girl in front of him, slightly surprised that she had the audacity to casually touch him. She positioned her hand on his inner thigh while the other was placed on his chest. Around him were his friends, each situated in groups of twos hoping to get laid tonight as well. They stared at him with envy, watching as his girl was practically throwing herself onto Sehun while they struggled to grab their women’s attention. Occasionally, Sehun felt like reciprocating energy back to those brave enough to approach him but on most days, he’d rather not be bothered. He agreed that his real personality contrasted with the false persona he had presented to the media, but which idol didn’t separate their work from their real life? After working in an industry that forces its idols to do just about anything to please their fans, the last thing he wanted to do was deal with people who didn’t deserve his time.
Sehun peeled the girl’s greasy hands off him, pushing her over to make his way towards the door. Tonight he felt unusually more dissociated with the environment around him, barely being able to register the loud music. He needed some fresh air, somewhere that allowed him to process his thoughts and clear his cluttered mind. Sehun stumbled outside, the effects of the alcohol suddenly making its appearance, causing him to feel clumsy. The chilliness of the night wind stung his face, sobering him up a bit. His lips desperately craved for a cigarette, smoking being the only thing that could relax his uneasy mind. His hands fumbled through his pockets to see if any rouge cigs happened to be stuck in between the crevice of his pants. The search for his comfort was quickly interrupted by his phone, the vibration coming from his back pocket. He whipped his mobile out, the name ‘Jin’ displayed on the lockscreen, followed by the text, ‘Hey, it's Seokjin. Been a while, hasn't it. What are you up to? Let's catch up and talk’. His initial reaction of shock quickly turned into anger, the usual emotion he felt when hearing the other’s name. In a fit of impulse, he roughly texted back, ‘What do you want. Why are you texting me?’ Sehun held his phone tightly, not sure why he was so quick to text back. His old friend’s name always stirred his emotions, causing him to act rashly. It was hard to be indifferent towards someone which he felt so passionately about before.
@⤳Sehun On rare occasions, Seokjin would find himself lured by the mysterious ambience of the night club; yearning to be lost in the music without a care in the world, amongst people alike, looking for fun, looking for an outlet. It happened to be one of those days when the man stepped in to the dark embrace of the club with one goal in mind. To forget. Privacy and freedom was little known to people in this industry as the world had their eyes on those like him, and as a result, there was little time to focus on personal emotions and events. It was no different for Seokjin, who now found himself seated alone in a dim-lit private booth of the club. He hoped that maybe the seemingly blissful effects of alcohol would be of assistance tonight. Below him, sweaty bodies grooved against each other to the pounding music, finding company and fun for the night ahead, lost in the embrace of strangers. Lonely souls, they seemed to be, but he was no different either.
Seokjin reached in to the depths of his pocket to pull out his phone. He thought himself to be pathetic, hoping his ex partner would have some remorse and text him back; it was even more pathetic to wonder how is childhood friend was doing. It was a thought that intruded the silence of his mind quite often as he was never able to put his finger on why Sehun lost contact with him. It was a mystery he was too cowardly to approach. But maybe it was the music, or the darkness that coerced him to do it, he gripped his phone and began to type a simple message to Sehun, wondering if the same number was kept.
-Hey, it's Seokjin. Been a while, hasn't it. What are you up to? Let's catch up and talk!-
He hoped nothing from it. Or at least he made sure he didn't expect anything to avoid disappointment. And so he distracted himself by placing the phone aside and pouring himself a drink sweet but strong enough to help him get through the night light headed.
@⤳Jin Sehun was seated at the stools in the corner of the bar, swirling his glass of rum around in circular motions. His eyes were fixated on the brown-colored liquid in front of him rather than the music or ladies abundantly present around him. This club was said to have a seductive charm as his friends bragged to him several times. However, even with the club's alluring ambience, he didn't particularly feel like wasting any energy picking up another chick tonight.
The heavy bases of the loud music resonated in the whole room, each vibration surging through his body, somehow leaving his head less clearer each time. He wasn’t sure if he was getting tipsy but was certainly feeling more tired, all of a sudden not really possessing any desire to get up and move. He looked down at his drink and brought the glass up to his lips, chugging the liquid all at once. He didn’t particularly enjoy the cheap taste of the liquor but refused to let it go to waste either. After roughly placing the empty cup on the bar table, he stumbled over to the middle of the dance floor where his friends were calling for him. Another group of girls had intertwined with his own group, the number of girls equal to the amount of men in his group. He watched as each of his friends silently claimed one of the girls for the night, the girls doing the same within their group. Sehun was uninterested in their ordeal, finding each one of the girls unattractive. As he attempted to escape from getting matched along with the others, he felt a small tug on my shirt sleeve. Turning his head around slowly, his face held a blank expression when met with the sight of a blond bimbo pressed up against his forearm, her face leaned towards him to expose her chest.
‘How annoying’ he thought before brushing her off coldly.
