@ω ham wonjin ♡ Kihyun could hear the sounds of someone approaching near to him, his ears flicking softly in the dying sunlight. His golden eyes opened for a moment, looking around and seeing nothing in the direction he was facing, until he looked the other way - finding a softly colored wolf in his line of sight. He growled a little bit, the sound being more of a warning than anything else. "Can you understand me?" He asked, his vocalizations taking on a definite pattern now, not sure if he could communicate with pack link to this little wolf. He wasn't sure they'd ever even met before, but that wasn't surprising. "You should be careful, pup. The rocks close to the waterfall get very slippery and you could get wet. Best to avoid that area unless you want to swim." His small growls and yips took on the tones of the wolves nearby - a language he'd come to know from how much time he spent shifted in this area - so that he could be understood as best as possible. It didn't even cross his mind to use something other than dialect when taking to the other creature.
@α yoo kihyun Playful was definitely one of the words to describe the young omega as he pounced lightly at some rocks. Watching the pebbles fall off the sides, using a paw to try to mold them back in place. Its been a while since Wonjin has been in his wolf form. Letting his light cream colored fur warm up thanks to the sun above. He makes the smallest yelp in pleasure as he lays in place. Stretching his limps out as far as he could. His ears twitching from side to side, hearing the smallest crunching from fallen leaves and twigs. In some ways the noises left the omega a little frighten. For one he didn't know who or what it could be and lastly, Wonjin wasn't a fighter. He wasn't necessarily small but he also wasn't strong. The best safety he knew was moving far from what scares him. Wonjin wiggle to get up, wanting to move away from any possible danger.
Walking was a nice breather for him, it allowed his mind to wander as much as he wanted. Getting caught up in his day dreams was something that happened quite a lot for him. And being lost in his own fantasy world cause him not to be aware of his surroundings. So when Wonjin nearly walk under the waterfall, his eyes widen as he jump backwards in surprise.
@ω ham wonjin ♡ Since breeding season was a time that Kihyun preferred to avoid at all if he could, it went without saying that he left the pack lands to take refuge on the mountain. It suited him better, plus it ensured that his head didn't get muddied with all the pheromones floating around in the air. He had a small, single-room cabin built up here that he would stay at, and plenty of fish and game to eat, as well as wild fruit and berries to be picked when he was in his human form. However, today was a day for basking with his fur out in the sun, the ruddy brownish-red color (that always reminded him of rust or dried blood on concrete) looking much more red than brown in the spring sunlight. It made him feel so much better to breathe this way - to feel normal for a change. In his wolf form, it didn't matter how big he was, or how muscular - wolves always shared a same general size and appearance, and he fit into the normal range perfectly. It was only his human form that betrayed his second gender, and made him feel like a failure of an alpha. Here... Well, that was why he came here.
Out here, he was alone.
Out here, he was free.
Out here, under the sun and in the tall grass, he could simply exist and enjoy his life, like a vacation from the real world. And so he did, Kihyun carrying on as a wolf would, his four strong legs carrying his down the western slope as the sun began to set, stopping by the base of the waterfall to enjoy the sight. This place was a slice of heaven, he thought, laying down and resting his jaw atop his paws as he relaxed and took in all of the sights and sounds of the falling dusk.
