@⁰¹ hyewon k. hyewon's evident excitement doesn't pass her as the two strut through seoul, gaping at every boutique they come across, but even though she also anticipates the upcoming school event, there's a certain tinge of anxiousness that tugs at her heart; she shouldn't get a dress that stood out too much, right? and should she bring backup shoes in case her feet grows tired of her heels? and most of all—who was going to be her date? "i'm excited too," she chirps back with a coy smile, subtly pulling hyewon's arm closer to her side. "i just hope that it'll all go perfect, y'know? and it will once we find our dresses! maybe complimentary colors? for style, i'm thinking maybe off-the-shoulder? what do you think?"

@⁰¹ minju k. the prospect of a gala was thrilling—hyewon's been to a few parties, sure, and birthday cotillions here and there—but none of them quite as fancy and proper as a gala. she bites down a smile as she links her arms with minju, her roommate and best friend, as they scour the streets of seoul in search for the best dresses. "what do you think should we wear? do you wanna do, like, matchy colors? or complimentary color? or matchy silhouettes? or like—" hyewon's train of thought is quickly interrupted by a giggle, upon realizing how much she's blabbered. "sorry, i'm just—eeee, i'm so excited! aren't you?"
