Types of housing

Beachfront bungalows
— weekly payment, total cost: 10 points ( single ownership)
— deducted every sunday of the week.

Uptown apartments
— weekly payment, total cost: 12 points ( 4 - 6 points depending on number of roommates you have, max 3)
— no single occupancy
— double and triple occupancy available
— deducted on every sunday of the week

Downtown apartments
— weekly payment, total: 16 points ( 16 - 8 points depending on the number of roommates, max 2)
— single and double occupancy available
— deducted on every sunday of the week.

Rental rules

— upon renting the apartments points will be deducted based on the number to the next sunday. (eg, if you started your rental on a wednesday for a bungalow, you will have to pay 4 days of rental for that week, 5 points )
— all rentals will be deducted every sunday.
— if you fall short of rental, you will have 24 hours to gather enough points or to give up your current housing. you may downgrade to stay with a friend, in which case, rentals will be divided accordingly again.
