@♔ Ning³ Karina yawns once she gets to the cafe that she and Ning are supposed to hangout, she forgot to drink coffee in the morning as she was almost late for their class earlier. She sighed and looked at the people inside, the blonde looked around the cafe until she saw that specific red hair in the corner. Some people in the cafe knew Karina as bubbly, full of energy kind of person, but now, she's as tired as anyone and she doesn't know why. Maybe, Jimin killed another Kwon assassin again that night and went straight to bed, worrying Karina would wake up in horror. She walked to Ning with a smile, "Hey Ning! You're early." She greeted before sitting across her seat. facing in front of her.

@☾ Karinaᵉ Final exams were upon the current university students of the city, and even with other responsibilities, Ning had to carve out time to cram all the bits of knowledge she could while she had the chance. So did one of her best friends, Karina, so they had taken the time in a currently busy cafe to meet and snack and study. With her burning red hair with a pink headband to pull it back from her face, Ning was able to snag a small table for the two of them, having arrived a bit early and patient enough to locate two seats. She shrugged off her simple black backpack with a large smiley face keychain to the ground, plopping down into the metal chair and releasing a heavy exhale from her chest. 'What a week' she noted to herself, wanting to melt onto the floor like a puddle of goo. "Coffee..." she muttered, looking behind her at the menu on the wall. She wouldn't get up until Karina arrived for fear of other students stealing their spot. Which was fine she could wait...she thought.

@? Apoᵉ Soobin was just finishing his tea as Christopher left. They still hadn't mended anything between the two of them yet and he wasn't sure when, or even if, they would. Thankfully, they hadn't fought or even come close to one, not that they have ever really gotten into a physical altercation. He was considering ordering another tea, having gotten up to do so before returning to his table to wait for the drink. Soobin was taking his tea to go this time. As he sat back down at his table, he sent a message to his own driver and one to his bodyguard to come and get him. Whichever of the two came first was fine with him but he'd have to wait either way.

Deciding to read a book on his phone while he waited, he glanced up as someone walked up to his table. There was no clear expression on his face or emotion in his eyes as he looked up at the familiar face. "You could have at least started with a greeting," Soobin easily returned, his tone just the same. He returned his gaze to his book, "He said someone was picking him up but I guess he left on his own. I don't know where he is." Soobin glanced over at the pickup counter, just keeping an eye out for when he'd be called over to receive his order. "If that's all, I would suggest you give him a call," he added, gaze still on the digital book on his phone.

Soobin still had mixed feelings at just the mention of Apo's name. He hadn't seen him in so long, he hadn't expected much of a reaction out of himself toward the other. That clearly wasn't the case, although he doubted he was actually showing the thoughts going through his mind at the moment. They hadn't spent time together or talked in a long time either so there was no telling if the other could even manage to read him anymore. Then again, Apo had become another person toward whom Soobin had learned to put up a guard. He hadn't been as carefree around the other since around the time of their breakup. He'd already learned his lesson then.

@⚡ Soobinᵸ When Apo thought God of fortune has finally took pity on him and made his life easier by working alongside Christopher, got easy money and financial freedom (thank's to salary as direct heir's bodyguard), someone from his past walked in confidently and shattered all his self fantasy. The 27 years old male wouldn't bother if it's anyone else but Lee household current heir, Lee Soobin. It would take pages in order to explained their history but to make it short, they used to be in a relationship, way back when he's still in military academy. They never crossed path even once, so why now? While his mind full of his own questions, his phone beeped, signalling a text from his boss.

'Pick me up in the cafe.'

Reluctantly, Apo picked up a Lambo key and drove it to where his boss had a meeting with Soobin earlier. 'Better be quick.' He hoped deep inside, didn't want to spend even a minute with his ex. Whoever wanted to be with their ex in a shared space when they broke up in not so nice way. Parked the vehicle on the side, he turned the engine off and entered the cafe to escorted Christopher back to the main house. Instead of his usual boss appearance, he saw no one except the one who he didn't want to talk to.

Looking around, no sight of Christopher were seen and no text message too. With no clue and ticking time, Apo forced himself to talked to Soobin. "Where is sir Christopher?" He asked in a monotone voice, clearly didn't want to communicate futher with him.

@Tsuki Soobin wasn't surprised to see the cafe as bustling as it was while he waited for a table to be available. He also wasn't surprised to see the cafe clearing out as he was finally able to get a seat. He sat off in the back, a book tucked under his arm. With most of the rush having cleared out, he was now able to just enjoy the quiet that came with the dying down of the hustle and bustle. He decided to just read his book until he was able to place an order, gaze finally drawing away from the pages as someone came to his table.

His brows furrowed as he felt he was having a moment of deja vu. "A hot chai tea and a plain croissant, please," he nodded once, assuring her that he was done with his order. Soobin kept his eyes on her for a moment, absolutely sure that he had seen her somewhere before although it wasn't quite setting in just where yet. The other thing bugging him was that he was sure he'd seen her in a few different places before but, at least for the moment, he was allowing himself to just think that he was still a bit tired and that he was mistaken.

@⚡ Soobinᵸ She’d been at the cafe for roughly five hours so far, and it had been a busy day. She knew she looked a mess, her hair frizzing out of the ponytail she’d tied it away in, her uniform wrinkled and unkempt, granted that wasn’t so unusual, she’d never really bothered finding the time to iron it. Still she did her best to keep a smile on her face, avoiding as many complaints as she could and trying to keep as many of the customers happy as possible. Luckily it was past the busy time, and more tables were leaving making it a lot easier to keep on top of everything.

Smiling, she nodded to a table, placing down the various drinks for the table of six.
“One hot chocolate made with oat milk, two mochas, a latte with three pumps of caramel, and one pot of Pu’er tea.” she recited the order as she placed the drinks in front of the people she was certain each drink was for before nodding and bowing slightly. “I hope you enjoy your drinks, and if you need anything don’t hesitate to call me over.”
She started to head to a now empty table to grab the mugs and plates to take to the kitchen when she was aware of a new customer sitting back in their seat. Almost immediately she grabbed her flip-pad and pen from her pocket before making her way to the table.
“Hey there, welcome, do you know what you’d like to drink?”
