@bae jinyoung She received the hand bag and put it behind her back. A simple thanks were mumbled by her after. A smile appeared upon hearing the respond from her date partner. "Then I will sue the magazine from giving the false news." A joke, of course. She laughed a little after saying that.

She folded her arms on the table. The male's answer succeed made her chuckled. "Well, who doesn't love free food?" Minji shrugged in comical way. Then she reached to grab the drink and sipping it more. "Big thanks to this island which generously held the event and giving out vouchers." She put the glass back on the table as she said, "Don't worry. I'll make a good story about how awful my date partner is." A mischievous smile appeared.

She leaned over to see the menu more clearly. Minji nodded several times as he explained about the star things. "Alright, then I will avoid the no-star menu. Besides, the price is cheaper than the stars one. I, of course, want the best and the most pricey food here while I can get it for free..." Her index finger finally pointed at one. "I am thinking of Filet Mignon but... do you have any suggestion?" She looked up at him.

@kim minji Jinyoung watched as she exposed her ear, taking a moment to look at her hair that seemed as if it were in its natural state: straight with a slight wave and healthy. She didn't seem like the type to do her hair often, especially if she didn't do much more than blowdry it for a date. But that was a lot to assume just from looking at her hair.

As she sat down, Jinyoung went ahead and handed her bag back to her so that she could put it wherever she may please, then returned to his seat across from her. He chuckled at her little tidbit about the drink and answered with, "Well, if you're asking me if I'm a workaholic, I don't think I'd qualify as one."

Then he laughed at her straightforward answer, nodding in agreement as she explained herself. "If I'm to be honest, I'm here for the free meal, too," He confessed, "It never hurts to drink on somebody else's money." And he gazed at her fondly between their mutually ridiculous motivation for coming out tonight. "If it helps, you could always tell your mom I was an and that matchmaking doesn't work," He offered as he took a sip of his drink.

"Anyways," He shifted gears, pushing the menu in her direction, "Have you taken a look at the menu?" Then, he pointed out some of the items on the menu, "Anything with a star next to it is pretty good, I have a friend who works here and, now keep this a secret, the items that don't have a star next to them are more often than not just microwaved in the kitchen."

I cant drink much. After all, I have to be sober most of the time so yeah... but don't worry. If I'm about to pass out, I'll tell you hahahaha

@bae jinyoung She tucked her loose hair behind her ear. Something that is often done by those female lead whenever they met their potential s/o. Even Minji thought this action was ridiculous and her tomboy nature might didn't do it right, but at least she need to do what her mom said, right?

"Good evening." She returned the handshake. "Yes, Kim Minji is here. It's nice to meet you, Jinyoung."

"Thank you!" A faint smile appeared as she sat on the chair. The first thing she note about her partner that night, he is a gentleman. At least know how to act like one.

The female received the drink. Cranberry vodka is a good choice if she might say. It's not very strong and you don't really taste the alcohol. "I ever read an article that said those who prefer cranberry vodka are workaholics, aggressively initiating projects at work or home, to the point where they have no downtime. Is that true?" A small laugh accompanies the end of the sentence.

While sipping the vodka, she answered the given question. "Me? I'm just signed up for the free meal."

Too honest? But that's how Kim Minji is. She never sugarcoats her word.

"And my mom keeps pestering me about getting a partner these days. At least she would shut up for a while knowing me looks like make an effort to find one. How about you?"

@kim minji She approached him dressed like a flower with her puffy red sleeves. He warmed up with a smile, standing up and introducing himself to his date for the night, "Hi, good evening!" and he reached his hand out for a handshake, "I'm Jinyoung, and I'm assuming you're Minji?"

Then he reached to grab one of the drinks that he'd just ordered, a cranberry vodka that was always a safe bet when meeting someone new. "I got here a little early and ordered us drinks," He said as he handed it to her, "It's a cranberry vodka, but if that's not your thing, I can order you something else."

After handing his date the glass, he very cordially pulled her chair out to sit and gestured to take her bag as she sat down. "So, what brings you out to try the matchmaking event?" He asked just to get conversation going.

@bae jinyoung Minji looked at herself in the mirror. She has a date tonight. Not a 'proper' date though. She signed up for an event held by the resort for a free meal promised and in exchange, she had to do a blind date. Her mom who kept pestering her about getting a partner of course thrilled about it. In contrast with our girl, she didn't even make an effort to make herself look perfect that night. First, she picked out a pair of dress pants and a blazer, something that she always wears daily. But the thought of a casual bar made her shake her head. "Too formal," she said. She took off the first outfit and went back to her closet.

A pretty puff-sleeve red top and colorful mules bought by her mom were her final choice, paired up with her favorite jeans. She arrived at the bar right on time. After mentioning her name to the waiter in the front, she was escorted to a table. There, already sat a young man... much younger than her she guessed.

"Hello?" Minji greeted awkwardly.

@kim minji His black button up tucked neatly into his jeans, a black belt kept it in place. With his hair slicked back, his sleeves rolled up to his forearm (because he washes his hands after he pees), and his fake rolex on his wrist, Jinyoung was ready for his blind date - or really, his free meal. The island did this event often to get single tourists to go out and experience all the coupley things they had to offer (you know, for the next time they come with their significant other), but being from the island, and doing this often, it eventually boiled down to a group of locals looking for a free meal who acted as a tour guide for a night. It wasn't a bad deal as Jinyoung had often met interesting people on these blind dates and he was happy to keep somebody company and have fun for a night.

Jinyoung walked up to the waiter in the front and mentioned that he was meeting his blind date here for the island event, then confirmed his name before being escorted to a table. He looked around and saw that his date hadn't arrived yet, so real quick before she came, Jinyoung went to the bar and ordered two drinks, one for him and one for her (or two for him, if she didn't show up.)

@kim yoohyeon Ah ? Well I cannot say no with that, enjoy your vacation hm?
*looks at you curiously, raising a small smile after taking a small sip*
Of course it is strong, can you handle your alcohol?

@han dong Well I'm on vacation anyway, might as well be lazy all day no?
/clinks her glass with yours then takes a sip of his whiskey, scrunching her nose a little after/

Ahh alright then, seeing the sun rise is nice, wait back to sleep, you woke up , came for a walk and drink and going back to sleep, I wish I could do that

@han dong /walks to the bar area after taking a little stroll along the beach line. Was not expecting to see anyone since its already almost dawn but still a pleasant surprise. Makes her way towards the lady and heard her contemplating the choices, letting out a little chuckle/
Why not starting off with a scotch, followed by whisky and cola and end it with a beer on lighter note?
