How long will it take to be paired?
— We are looking to have a schedule of matches every Friday at 6PM -8GMT/Saturday at 10AM +8gmt. As long as you have your application filled out before then, it is very likely you will be paired.
How many characters are we allowed to have?
— at the moment, we have decided to limit the amount of characters to two to make it fair to other users.
What happens if we don't like our match?
— matches are not always perfect and it's absolutely okay to tell cupid if you're incompatible with your match. You and your match will simply go back to the pool of unmatched and will be able to qualify for the next round of pairings.
How long will pairs be matched?
— there is no time limit on matches. Instead matches will go through three stages as quickly or as slowly as they may need. The three stages are as follows:
Stage one: talking & getting to know each other
— each person will ask at least five questions. Both parties need to answer every question asked. We will have a list of questions to choose from if matches need some help to brainstorm questions.
— once the match is finished with stage one, they will decide if they are compatible and choose an activity for their first date together.
Stage two: First Date
— cupid will not micromanage how a match's first date goes, but will be on standby if they need help with direction.
— all that matters is that both parties have fun and get to know each other better in person.
— at the end of the date, the match will decide if they're still compatible and will move onto stage three.
Stage Three: A mile in their shoes
— stage three actually has two parts! The match will each roll the dice with the higher roll determining whose daily routine will go first.
— the match will meet up in the morning and follow the person with the higher roll on their daily routine on their day off. After the person with the higher roll's day is over, the match will meet up the next morning to the other person's daily routine.
— this is used to determine if the match will be able to fit in each other's lifestyle and if they decide that they are still compatible after this stage, the match can decide whether to become an official couple or not.
