@childe He stood with his arms crossed as the policemen took the said Ex away, a soft sigh leaving his lips as he checks the time. “Great..” he mumbled to himself before looking over at Childe, his blue hues finally meeting the the red head’s. He finally got a good look at the male in casual attire, why would someone like him date someone that crazy, then again why question anything in this day and age. “The police might have a word or two with you.. not only for my safety but yours as well.. That kind of EX is not one to brush off.” He looked over to the barista that had happily held out his order to him, the timid girl with a soft smile and he gladly took it. “Thank you for your time, I apologize for such a scene. I hope to be able to enjoy these here one day.” He flashed his signature smile, fixing the frames of his glasses as he bowed his head in appreciation. His attention went right back to Childe before he finally made his way. “I’ll be in touch. Please take care of yourself.” He held out his business card that had just his name and number on it, something that Satoru barely gave out but he thought seemed appropriate in this situation and finally made his way out the cafe for his operation.
( I was thinking maybe we time skip, and gojo calls childe later while he’s at work to check on him? )
@gojo satoru Childe crossed his arms over his chest with a frown. "Kind of. Yeah." He answered. He was about to step forward and over to the man when he saw him getting ready to throw a punch. But to his surprise the white-haired male seemed to be ready for it. The entire cafe let out a collective gasp as the seeming unsuspecting man had the hostile on the ground. The mention of learning manners made Childe snicker. "You could hypnotize this and he'd still find a way around it or fake that it worked." He crouched down with a smirk. "I told you karma would come for you. And I was right. Wasn't I?" He took the other's phone and put his name in. "I'm Childe... This... Is Jay, my ex. But that's not important." He finished putting the information into the guy's phone. He watched his ex struggle on the ground and it made him so happy. He deserved it for the ty way he treated Childe. He stepped off to the side when the police arrived, humming softly.
@childe Satoru didn’t expect another bystander to step in, most of the time people observed or filmed because that’s what this generation was best at instead of taking action. “You know him?” He looked at the red head behind him, hands still in his pockets as he tilted his head curiously. “If you know him then you take care of him.” He mumbled as he stepped pass the yet hostile individual, ignoring the man as he ordered with the barista. Satoru was good at tuning out unwanted noises and especially in such a public area. It was always better to avoid conflict than start it but even avoiding it can start it. The stranger was now throwing another punch toward the Doctor’s direction and this time from behind and when everyone thought it was lights out for Satoru he easily had the man on the floor in a blink of an eye. “Did anyone ever tell you that it’s rude to hit someone from behind? I think you need a lesson or two on good manners..” he took out his phone dialing one of his closest buddies in the police force asking for assistance while keeping the stranger detained. He looked over to the red head once again holding his phone out to him with his free hand. “Give me your name and number alone with the name of this guy… Assault is a big charge buddy, I hope you’re ready to pay an arm and a leg..”
@childe Blade an eyebrow as his eyes fell upon the younger male. He scoffs a little at the younger boy's teasing. He glances at what Childe has ordered. "Chai latte, hmm? Is that good?" Blade asks curiously. Blade was tired, exhausted, but the younger boy's excitement seemed to infect Blade a little. Blade smiles a little. Claude reminded Blade of his little puppy back home.
@blade Childe made a slight face when the other bumped into him. But the face disappeared when the other looked at him, replacing it with a smile. "Am I? Says the man who just stood up in my path to spin like a ballerina~." Childe teased, moving to the side. He sat down at his favorite table, which was just next to the other man's. Ordering his favorite chai latte.
@childe Blade yawns a little as he trudges into the bright café. He rubs his eyes tiredly and chose the nearest seat that was available to him. He calls out to a waiter and orders a cup of warm coffee. Once he was done ordering, he stood up and stretched lazily. When he spun around, he bumped into a younger man who seemed to have just entered the café. "Hmm..." Blade muses thoughtfully, "You're in the way."
@gojo satoru Childe hummed softly deciding to go to his favorite cafe to relax for a bit before work. He walked in just in time to catch the calmest man he'd ever seen trying to de-escalate a clearly irate man. Not wanting to get in the way, Childe stood near the door, silently agreeing with everything the calm man was saying. "Hmmm..." He hummed. "I'd step in but-." He flinched when the hostile one of the two men threw a punch at the calm one, making Childe let out a tiny gasp. Everything he thought to do would be deemed inappropriate but it was how he would de-escalate issues at the bar. The dancer wasn't even in provocative clothing, just a pair of shorts and a hoodie with a pair of sneakers. So even if he tried it probably wouldn't have worked. He couldn't help but notice the calm man's doctor's coat. That... Makes a lot of sense.
"He's right. You really should leave. Some of us just want to have a quiet, relaxing moment here. No one asked for you to have such a horrid attitude." Childe said finally. His arms crossed over his chest, one hip popped out a little bit to show some sass. "The most unattractive thing about some people is their ability to yell at an innocent person doing their best at their job. Ugly on the outside and the inside. Ew. No one wants that." He walked a little closer but stayed somewhat behind the doctor guy. Childe recognized the hostile guy's face after a moment. "Oh... I know you..."
@childe It was another long day of work, something that Satoru was used to but today he needed a little pick me up, something to get his energy going like usual because today he felt drained and he couldn’t figure out why. He took this opportunity to visit the local cafe near the hospital, one many of his coworkers talked about but lost for the cute staff and sometimes the pastries. Satoru never really thought of visiting the place but today seemed like the right time as he was already standing before the entrance checking out the specials on the chalk board outside. “Tiramisu..” he mumbles softly before nodding in approval, he opened the door for an elderly couple who had happened to show up and followed suit. The sweet aroma of freshly baked good and bitter coffee filled the air along side the distinct chatter from the scattered people in the cafe. It had a nice atmosphere, one different from clubs he was used to but what was he expecting. It was almost his turn to order when the customer in front of him started to pick a fight with the barista at the register. “Great..”
Satoru hated when people fought and thought it was idiotic but he never liked to interfere because someone would always get hurt and it wasn’t him it was the people who picked the fights to begin with, then he’d have to play doctor and patch them all up. “Look can you just order and leave? We have things to do.” The man turned around with a glare asking who said that and Satoru willingly raised a hand that was once in his Doctor’s coat. “You’re holding up the line with your complaints.. not all of us are as high maintenance as you are. So please be on your way.” He motioned toward the door and took a step back when the man had thrown a punch without warning.
There were eyes everywhere watching the doctor, watching his every move, he was one of the best doctors anyone has ever knew but he was also known in other ways. Some for dancing, partying, and sometimes even fighting. “It would be such a shame to see you in my ER.. please either order or be on your way.. your rudeness is causing a disturbance in a public area, it’s not appreciated here.” He spoke in a nonchalant tone so the people around him remained calm while the stranger grew more hostile, but it was one of Satoru’s things, he was always up to fight with people if it was entertaining enough.
