/he says with a smile, walking through the alleyway alongside jungkook. the cool afternoon air feeling nice against his slightly heated skin, starting to notice the alcohol was making him feel a bit warm.
it's cozy? I like cozy, sounds nice.
/jimin looks around as they walk, stealing glances at jungkook every now and then. their hands would brush once in a while, wanting nothing more then to hold his hand again. he couldn't wait until they were at jungkook's place so that he could.

/one of the other perks about the bar was that it was only a 10ish minute walk away so he set the pace to a slow stroll, hands in his pockets. Getting late in the afternoon meant that the heat was starting to dissipate and the wind tunnel created by the alleyway was a nice way to keep cool.
I think you’ll like what I have planned next, it’s… cozy.

@jeon jungkook /jimin paused, stopping at the edge of the booth and looks at jungkook with a soft hum in question, confused as to what he means. he watches in surprise as jungkook downs both glasses of wine that had remained on the table, laughing in slight shock and amusement while shaking his head.

/he stands from the booth as jungkook does, following him out.

/jungkook paused, having copied Jimins actions to leave the booth however he hovered in his seat, pursing his lips, staring at the remaining two glasses of his wine in front of him. His gaze flickered to Jimin.
Don’t judge me for what about to do-
/quick as anything, he took both glasses and downed them in one go, making a satisfied ‘ahh’ sound and wiping his mouth clean of any residue.
Ok, now let’s go!
/he grinned, tongue flicking across his upper lip as he pulled on his mask and slid out of the booth.

/he says, making sure the mask is secure and begins to scoot himself out of the booth.

@park jimin /his hand drags down his face, pausing when he realises Jimin is staring at him; god, he’s absolutely star struck by his hyung. He takes a deep breath, shakes out the fuzziness that plagues him and smiles back.
So… I have half a mind to say it to the rest of this wine and food. What do you think? Do you, um, want to come back to mine? For the third part of our date? I’d like to be alone with you and not worry about being caught.

@jeon jungkook /he kept his gaze down as they sat in silence for a moment, his heartbeat pounding in his chest as a wave of shyness washes over him. he had honestly thought that jungkook knew, and the realization that he hadn't made a different kind of nervousness take over. his eyes wander along the table and walls beside them, unable to get the courage to lift his gaze until hearing jungkook's words. slowly looking over towards him, biting at his lower lip(a nervous habit) and pauses to glance down when their fingers intertwine, staring at their hands.

/a giddy feeling spreads within his chest, bringing a smile to his lips as he puts his focus on jungkook. his eyes widening a little, as does his smile while he listens and watches him. giving jungkook's hand a little squeeze, jimin laughs lightly with a small shake of his head.
that's alright, I don't know what to say either.
/he admits, too many feelings going on at once was becoming a little overwhelming, making it somewhat hard to think. so jimin just let himself feel as he watches jungkook, smiling so much that his cheeks were beginning to hurt. that was okay though.

/if jungkook was pink before. He was absolutely flaming red by now. He’d be lying if he said the thought hasn’t crossed his mind earlier but he hasn’t allowed himself to entertain it for more than a moment. Why would he? What if he’d been cocky, assuming this only for Jimin to tell him no; he’d have just embarrassed himself. Jungkook was ok with being embarrassed for saying stupid or not knowing something but this would have cut him to his core. Having that fleeting thought confirmed though- he felt like his heart would burst out of his chest.
I’m so glad, that it’s me.
/he said, deciding it and reached across the table, lacing his fingers with jimins. It was all he could do for the moment but it was enough, he felt, his thumb caressing small circles.
And, um, I’m sorry- but my heads gone a bit fuzzy now. I don’t know what to say
/his free hand came up to hide his expression, but anyone would be able to tell from the slight tremor that he wasn’t feeling anything but excitement, joy, all the good things.

@jeon jungkook /jimin laughs a little while shaking his head in amusement, placing his arm over the other one while leaning against the table. noticing the slight coloring of jungkook's cheeks, a fond smile appears on his face and he just admires the look of bashfulness being displayed. his heart fills with warmth and feels tight all at once when hearing his words, a sort of bittersweet happiness; not understand why it felt like that.

/he says softly, tilting his head to the side and trying to make eye contact with jungkook as he seems to be avoiding doing so. though when he registered what was being asked jimin pauses, straightening his posture as his eyes widen. he was shocked that jungkook didn't know, was he not as obvious as he thought he was?
I- you mean, you didn't know? you didn't-
/he leans back, hiding his face in his hands as his face heats up in embarrassment, peeking out from between his fingers to look at jungkook. he slowly lowers his hands back onto the table and reveals a shy smile, it now being his turn to avoid eye contact.

/he teased, his lower lip jutting out in a small, cute pout. Jungkook put his phone back down on the table, listening to Jimin speak; the more he said, the more jungkook could feel his cheeks heating up. It wasn’t like he hadn’t had his own moment of sincerity earlier back at the rink but receiving it in return? It left him feeling bashful, unsure of himself(in a good way).
I- yeah, of course, hyung. I’d do anything for you.
/he avoided meeting Jimins eyes by looking at the table, his fingers fiddling as he want wanted to reach across the table and take jimins hand within his own. But he couldn’t.
Um, can I ask you something? You don’t need to answer but I’m curious; who were you going to ask? If I hadn’t offered to take you on this date.

@jeon jungkook /jimin leans forward slightly up against the table, wide smile on his face when jungkook got his phone out. he wiggles a little in excitement as the screen is turned at him to see, cooing softly at the live video of bam sleeping.
what a cutie ~ I can't wait to see him, I'm in need of bam kisses and hugs.
/he laughs lightly, looking at the screen of bam sleeping for a moment before switching his attention on jungkook again, smiling softly.

/jungkook unlocks his phone and scroll to find his home video feed, he clicks through the feed until, yep, there’s Bam, sleeping on his bed with his legs up in the air and belly showing. Jungkook chuckles and shows his phone screen to Jimin.
Told ya! He’s going to be so excited to you, I know he misses you. I might end up needing to fight for your attention

@jeon jungkook /as jimin leans back in his seat, he his lips in case there were any crumbs or dip on them before looking across the table at jungkook, noticing the unreadable expression on his face and not knowing what it means. so he doesn't let himself overthink about it. he reaches for the napkins off to the side of them and hands one to jungkook with a small smile, using one to wipe his own mouth. he once again rests his arms on the table, looking curiously at the two other wines they hadn't tried yet before his attention returns to jungkook. he just stares for a moment, trying to think of anything to talk about, his face slowly heating up the longer it takes him.
um, how's bam been doing?

@jeon jungkook /jimin imminently takes the offered dessert wine and takes a few drinks of it to get the still lingering taste off his tongue, this one being much more to his liking. he laughs a little at himself after the fact, finishing off the wine before setting the empty glass down.
it probably did, ice skating takes up more energy than you would think since it's so much fun.
/he says in agreement, before eating the second stacked bite he made, finishing it and just then looking up to notice the bite jungkook was holding out to him. his eyes flicker up at jungkook as the idea of leaning forward to take that bite makes jimin's heart race and face feel warm, but he does so anyways. opening his mouth as he takes the small bite between his lips and from jungkook's fingers, humming in approval while chewing.
mm mmm ~ wow, that's so good.
/he voices how much he enjoys the flavor.

/ jungkooks laugh was perhaps a little louder than anticipated, and he covered his mouth with his hand, using his other to pass over the smallest of the wine glasses.
To be fair; I’m pretty sure that ice skating this morning burned up all our energy.
/he served himself another bite, though swapping out the cured meat for a dip instead. Wow, he might’ve liked that better than the bite before. He made a small, single bite sized version and held it out, wanting to feed Jimin(innocently- he thinks to himself, definitely. Maybe.).

/he says, slowly hesitating as he brings the glass up and takes a little sip before placing it back down on the table, pushing it towards jungkook with a slightly crunched up face.

/his attention turns towards the food when hearing jungkook's high approval for it, reminding him of the fact that he hadn't had anything to eat all day. having been unable to eat before the date because of his nerves, he was suddenly very hungry.
was it really that good?
/he asks with a soft bubble of laughter, reaching over to also make himself a little stacked bite of the items, eating it.
mmm ~ this is so good.
/he says happily, already making another to eat.

/while he waited for Jimin to take a drink, he eyed the selection of food on the table; only just realising that after skating, boy, he was hungry. He made himself a little bread, cheese and meat stacked bite and ate it, making a noise of delight at how tasty it was

@jeon jungkook /jimin watches as jungkook takes a second drink of the wine, his eyes briefly flickering down just as his tongue swipes over his lips. he nods a little at jungkook's words of agreement before doing the same and finishing off the rest of the wine in his glass, setting the empty glass back down.
I think I'd give it an 8.5.
/he hums, leaning forward while looking over the other glasses of wine.

/he asks, reaching out to the sauvignon blanc and picks it up, curiously bringing the glass towards him and sniffling it

@park jimin /jungkook takes off his own mask, and follows suit; taking a swig from his own glass. It’s not bad as far as Riesling’s go, but he’s always liked reds over white. He agrees with Jimin, nodding as he takes another drink and his lips.
I like it too, it’s not bad. I think it could be a littler dryer but that’s me.
/it’s not very classy the way he downs the rest of the glass; tipping his head back as he drinks the remaining mouthful in one. But wine is wine, he’s a little bit of an alcoholic when it comes to it honestly.
I think that was a solid seven out of ten wine

@jeon jungkook /jimin smiles softly at their planned sleepover being called a date, a second date. he glances over in the same direction and pulls out his mask, hooking the strings of the mask over his ears before securing it on the lower half of his face. looking at the wines being placed down as each one is explained.
woah..
/he mutters, waiting for the waiters to retreat before pulling his mask down, also reaching for the glass of riesling and raises it up to gently clink their glasses together. he holds it up to his nose to smell it first, then takes a little sip and pauses.
hmmm
/he tips the glass back to take a bigger drink, his lips while looking at the glass and smiles at jungkook.
It's just slightly sweet, a little dry but I like it.

@park jimin Awesome, it’s another date then.
/jungkooks eyes scrunch as he smiles, his eyes flicker away from Jimins as he notices movement; that being a couple of waiters carrying trays of various wines and little bowls of food. He gestures to Jimin to put his mask on, doing the same himself, and thanks the waiters when theyve explained each wine type(a riesling, a Sauvignon Blanc, a rosé, merlot and a Sauternes dessert wine to finish up).
This is… so good.
/he says, eyeing everything. He picks up the glass of Riesling and sniffs it, humming.

@jeon jungkook /his palms remain on the table as he straightens up a little, watching jungkook with wide eyes as he seems to be thinking over what he'll make jimin do so that he's forgiven. jimin nods quickly at jungkook's words, feeling a smile lift at the corners of his mouth.

/he mutters happily, laughing a little as his smile widens and he leans back in the seat.
super fair. it really has been too long. a sleepover will be lots of fun. we can watch \some movies or play games, or both.

/jungkook leans back, folding his arms across his chest as he pretends to consider how to forgive Jimin. His fingers come up to tap his lips, mouth twisted like he’s concentrating on a difficult math problem.
I’m feeling pretty forgiving today. And cause it’s you maybe I can make a special exception.

A sleepover. At yours and sometime soon cause it’s been too long since we’ve done that. Does that sound fair? :P

/he placed his phone on the table, face down, and linked his fingers together; elbows propped up on the table and his chin resting on his hands as he looked at Jimin, glittering mischievousness written all over his face.

@park jimin /the booth itself isn’t anything flash nor is it 100% hidden away but it’s private so that when Jungkook slides into the seat, he takes off his mask. The place is empty but better to be safe then sorry.
