/he says with a small nod before trying a bite of meat and hums in approval, eating another and slurps up some noodles.

/jungkook takes the bowl from you with a smile, feet tapping against the ground in excitement; it's been so long since eating something you've cooked that although he absolutely will wait for you, he steals a small bite of meat, but not before swiftly kissing your cheek.

/he whispers softly, turning back to the task at hand with a permanent smile on his lips. humming softly, he nods slowly while listening to you, finishing up with cooking the rest of the meat and placing them on a plate before switching the off button on the hot plate.
well, it's all ready to eat now.
/reaching for a bowl, jimin starts serving the noodles and placing a few meat pieces on top, giving you the first bowl before making one for himself.

The first of a million I’m gonna take this weekend. But mmm, yeah, I’ll see if it’s safe or not. We don’t have too but dunno, could be kinda fun? We’ll see. Mmm, that meat smells so good, im excited to eat

/he laughs softly, muttering a soft 'thank you' when you open the packets and pour the flavor in. his lips lift at the corners into a small smile when feeling your lips press against his cheek, trying to focus on watching the noodles boil and placing the meat out to cook but that was difficult with you watching him, causing butterflies to flutter in his stomach; stealing brief glances at you, smiling and laughing a few times with a giddy feeling. he nods a little at your mentioning of the lake again, looking over at you after flipping a few of the pieces of beef.
going for a swim would be nice, if it's safe of course- huh? oh.
/jimin blinks and smiles brightly for you.

/he says, eyes twinkling as he takes the packets from you and opens them, pouring the powder into the broth. He sits back, still with his head on your shoulder but giving you a little more space, watching you cook the meat.

/he says after a moment, kissing your cheek with a smile. He pulls out his phone to snap a picture of the little set up; one with just your hands in the photo and then another that has you in it.
I was thinking maybe we’d see if the lake was safe to swim in, would you wanna do that? Wait, hyung, give me a smile-

@⋮ jeon jungkook /jimin hums in question, tearing his eyes away from watching you getting all the items ready and set up, leaning over to the cooler again and searches for the marinated meat. he pulls out a bag of marinated beef and closes the cooler, glancing over at where you're resting on his shoulder, chuckling softly as he grabs a few ramen packets.

/he laughs, leaning forward a little with a wide smile while laughing before turning his head towards you and pecks the side of your mouth.
why are you being so cute for? of course hyung will cook for you, koo.
/he says happily with a smile, opening the ramen and takes out each packet of seasoning while waiting for the hot plate to heat up and pot to boil. he hands the packets over for you to open them once he's able to put the noodles in, dropping them in the pot before switching his attention on the meat and gets to work on cooking them.

/Jungkook confirms, sitting down on the log next to you. He busies himself with setting up the non-food part of their set up; the hot plate with a pot filled with water from a bottle, bowls and utensils.
There should be some marinated beef in there, or chicken.. I dunno, I can’t remember what I packed anymore
/he pouts, leaning his head on your shoulder to watch you put together everything(and perhaps to also be a minor inconvenience- because that’s always fun).
Hyung will cook for his most favourite person in the whole wide world, right?
/he asks, twisting around so that his chin was resting on your shoulder and he could pucker his lips to smack numerous butterfly kisses and flutter his eyelashes.

@⋮ jeon jungkook there's a lake nearby? we should definitely go check it out later, maybe after we eat.
/as they arrive back at the campsite the fairy lights catch jimin's gaze first, his eyes sparkling while he smiles brightly, imagining what the lights would look like when it's dark later. his eyes travel down to the seating area, taking in the blankets and pillows laying out. he chuckles lightly, looking around again in awe at the set up.
woah.. jungkook, it's so pretty ~
/he leans into your arms, placing his hands over your arms wrapped around his waist while tilting his head to look at you.
hmm I could eat anything right now.. pick whatever you want, koo.
/he says, grabbing onto your hands and walks over to the seating area near the cooler and campfire where he sits down, letting go of your hands to open the cooler to see what was inside.
how does meat and noodles sound? everything sounds good to me right now-
/he laughs softly.

@park jimin I’m sure we will, hyung, maybe later we can come out for another walk? You know, I heard there was a lake somewhere nearby, we could check it out, see if it’s safe to swim in too?
/he squeezes your hand gently as the two of you arrived back at the campsite; now looking very different to when Jimin has left it, Jungkook going the extra mile to set up a romantic little eating area situated around the campfire; a log that he’d moved to provide seating with an outdoor blanket stretched across the top of it sat near the campfire, a cooler with all the food they’d brought sitting nearby with the portable hot plate, all very standard camping gear but he’d brought along some outdoor fairy lights that he’d strung from the tent to the surrounding trees; although , and not really casting much light during the day, still glowed a soft amber. More blankets were spread across the ground between the campfire and tent with random small pillows he’d managed to tuck away with Jimin noticing, so they could spread out outside the tent if wanting too.
It’s not much but I hope this is nice enough for you

you should have seen it, the picture doesn't really do it justice. it was adorable ~ I sure do hope we see more later.
/he laughs softly, swiping out of the app and putting his phone back in his pocket.
let's head back to the tent, I'm getting a little hungry.
/he says, taking ahold of your hand and starts walking in the direction of the tent.

@park jimin /jungkook watches you with a smile, leaning into you as you pull out your phone, and he looks away when you pull up the photo of the rabbit; smile getting just a little wider, sharing some of your excitement at the little woodland creature.

@⋮ jeon jungkook /jimin finds a narrow path not far from their tent and walks along it, glancing around as he took slow steps, taking in everything with a smile on his face. he spots a few birds flying from tree to tree, gazing up towards the tops the trees, admiring the colors of the leaves. he pauses to take out his phone, pulling up his camera and angles the phone up, taking a few pictures of the beautiful view. he's interrupted by the sound of rustling leaves, turning his attention down and over to the roots of a tree, gasping quietly when seeing a bunny. he crouches down slowly with phone in hand, a wide smile on his face as he holds his phone up and takes a picture of the bunny sniffling around the ground. a message ding from his phone makes him jump and the bunny hops away.
Aww..
/he pouts, standing up right and opens the message to look at it. while typing out a replay, jimin hears your voice in the distance.
I'm over here, kookie!
/he shouts in the direction of your voice, pocketing his phone and jogging over to you.

@park jimin Have fun, baby!
/jungkook calls after you, following you out of the tent except he heads out to his car to bring out everything to set up the campsite; a blow up mattress that he sets up in the tent and leaves to fill with air while he sets up a little eating area around the campfire. All in all, it takes about 20 minutes to do that, throw some pillows and sleeping bags onto the mattress and he’s done.
Ok, done…
/he takes out his phone and sends you a quick message, letting you know he’s done and heading in your general direction to also explore and find you. After a few minutes of walking, he calls out just too see if you’re around.

I kind of wanna explore a bit. once you get everything out and placed in the tent, come find me, okay?
/he leans over, pressing a quick kiss to your lips and walks out of the tent, wandering into the wooded area around them.

@park jimin /jungkook mirrors your actions and in no time, with little difficulty, the tent is set up and jungkook can step inside to the tarp that blocked out the clear patches in the tent’s ceiling; tying them away.

/he asks, slipping his arm through yours when he’s back at your side; nudging your hip with his.
I have a mattress and our other stuff in the car, you wanna help or go explore a little bit?

/he drags out the words a little in amusement, a smile on his lips while threading the pole through. his cheeks redden a little at the unexpected kiss placed on his cheek, biting at the inside of his cheek while smiling widely, then making sure the tent stands up right by pushing a peg through the corner of the tent into the ground.

@park jimin /Jungkook meets your eyes and doesn't say anything; his lips twitching. He eventually breaks out into a smile, shaking his head as he does so.
