how long do mortals live? what happens after they "pass on"?
mortals have a life expectancy of 70 years. after life, mortals will have access to the underworld as souls. reincarnation is not considered character change and mun may choose a different faceclaim or keep the current one.
how can i change my species without using character change?
after achieving the requirements, a thread to explain their process of changing is needed. please tag an admin for proof before they change your muse's species.

can mortals travel through portals to the otherworldly places?
no. mortals may have encounters of immortal beings in their world but as they are still in their physical forms, mortals cannot access other worlds. besides, due to the mortal's innovation, immortals prefer visiting the earth, instead of their own place.
can mortals see otherworldly beings?
yes, as long as the otherworldly beings have a physical form. only ghost do not have physical forms. however, with high spiritual powers and cultivation (rank 4 and above), mortals will be able to see otherworldly beings.
are deities and immortals inherently good? Likewise, are demons and ghost inherently bad?
There are cases where there is evil deities and kind demons, especially if they are born under such circumstances. Good and evil is a spectrum, hence the kind can eventually become a deity while the evil-doer can eventually become a demon. Likewise, if you like to switch it up, it can be another process again. Nothing is stagnant.
