ccing + new charas!
there is a limit of 3 CCs per character per month. 4 characters per user. you can have 2 muses from the same group if the group has 5+ members, if the group has 9+ members, you can have up to 3 muses.
2nd charas can be gained with an upvote. 3rd charas require a blog post. 4th charas simply need to be requested.
